Ordered some business cards from here. The quality of the printing was bad. As someone who has previously worked at a printshop and knows what to expect - my printed cards from GotPrint was a big let down. The print was fuzzy and not crisp. It looks like my cards were printed on a plotter as opposed to an offset or a xerox / canon high volume image press (which most print shops have).
Ive been a graphic designer for 20 years and have worked at several printshop - i can assure u it wasnt a file setup issue. If u look at the photo, the halftones are HUGE - which implies either lower resolution or that plotter printer was used. Very disappointed.
Horrible customer service and short postcards every month! I just received my latest order, I paid for 10,000 postcards and received 8,644. After opening a ticket on their website and speaking to Jeff, then Miguel and finally Frank (Supervisor) in customer service I was told that "my order was weighed" so it had to be correct. Sorry GotPrint, you better check your scale because your shipments are short.
I am usually shorted between 30-50 postcards every month and consider it a cost of doing business with GotPrint. I just live with it. This month, being short over 1,300 postcards is unacceptable. Additionally to get no resolution is a joke. Not sure how they can treat long time customers like this and stay in business. I for one am done with GotPrint. I took a picture of the 8,644 postcards they sent me, I hand counted each.
I excitedly ordered several hundred wedding invitation postcard prints (and even upgraded to premium paper stock), but was extremely disappointed when I received my order. The printing quality was terrible and spotty, and the prints were loosely packaged in a box, causing damaged corners during the shipping process. I was shocked by the lack of care and quality control that went into my order, and immediately filed a claim and contacted customer service. Customer service was not helpful and only directed me to file a claim online. It has been over 6 days with no response, and as these are time sensitive invitations that I'd like to get out, I'm going to have them reprinted with a different company. I guess this order along with my money is going straight to the recycling bin. Would not recommend this company despite the fact that they claim to have a happiness guarantee.
Once a good place for inexpensive business cards, of late, they have no clue—using their own templates will not render any success in getting some printed correctly—there answer seems to be a offer a credit that will never be used.
I ordered brochures (same exact file as several companies in my franchise) and was told by the designer there were issues. I looped in our designer, who has printed the same file with them before, and they went back and forth and ultimately, GotPrint never responded to his email clarifying the size and info. I followed up, as I didn't hear anything for a couple weeks (and now we are completely out of brochures) and was told the order was cancelled. When I asked 'why', the response was because they never heard from us (a lie). When I asked to speak to a Manager, Jeff called me and started the conversation with "Oh You're (Name), So we did email you...". He came across so defensive before I even got a word out and was honestly the worst escalation person I've ever spoken to. He made it clear they don't care about their customers so I'd be careful ordering from them. I know I'm looking for alternatives to recommend another printing company to our 80+ signed up franchises.

The order was placed in the afternoon of 10/23 and we emailed the address on the order on 10/24 to advise of an issue with the files.On 11/5 your designer emailed a link to the files and we replied to the email on the account that we are unable to accept files via email and they would need to be uploaded to the website. As we didn't receive a response, the order was automatically cancelled 11/8 and nothing was charged to you. All of our calls are recorded so we will investigate the call you made 11/15 and if you were not given the service you should have, we apologize in advance.

Purchased stickers. Back will not separate from printed side. Junk! Most of the first 100 stickers worked but then it was over. Have only 6 days to determine whether or not you have an issue. Impossible. Threw 2400 stickers in the garbage. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again will I give money to people like those at GotPrint.
I've used Got Print for years for specialty items for my clients. My last order for business cards was rejected by my client because of poor quality. There were 8 different cards printed at the same time and only 1 card was of good quality. My client needs these cards asap and I keep getting the runaround from this company. I sent them a file with all 8 cards side by side and they still refuse to give me an answer as to if and when they will be reprinted. What a terrible way to treat a customer!

I've used this company in the past and haven't had a problem. I don't know if they recently changed owners or they just don't want to be in business anymore. This time I placed an order 2.5 weeks ago and still haven't received it. When I called today the guy who answered was not friendly nor did he even sound like he wanted to work there. Told me the turnaround time was another week. A 3.5 week turnaround time for 100 business cards is absurd. I will not use this company again.

The cards you ordered have a 3-5 business day production time and shipped 5/29.
The reason that you have not received the order yet is because the shipping method selected was the Economy Shipping which can take 7-14 business days to arrive. According to the tracking information on the order, it should be delivered by 6/14. For your information, if Standard shipping had been selected, based on the shipping address for the order, it would have been a 3 business day ship time.

I own a marketing firm, over the last few years I have given Got Print a lot of money. I'm done. This is the 5th time an order is messed up in the last year and their Customer Service refuses to admit they made a mistake (kind like the current regime in DC). Ordered business cards they should have been full color back to back and even on both sides look at the template and they are fine. Ready to print. I get them and they are flipped. IE upside down. I sent pictures of the product and the CSR states " We highly advise to always double check our website on how to set up your files properly." No actually I'm in the right your web site doesn't specify in fact I sent them screenshots of their own web site. Which doesn't specify. No response in over a week. The best part this is a reprint they have printed the same file before and were correct. Just a $#*!ty company!

I normally use Vistaprint but heard about these guys and wanted to support a small business. DON'T DO IT. They messed up more than half of my 1000 I ordered and I sent them pictures they said not enough so I sent them more they then just made excuses and then offered me $5 lol. When what they should have done is reprint them and do it correctly but I guess they can't? Definitely going back to vista after this they're doing this to themselves. The paper is so thin too it's insane it's like half of a half of printer paper

After leaving this review I was contacted by the social media team (and finally someone that was helpful). This order was refunded and I placed another order that delivered today. The cards are now printed and cut correct. I know a lot of people complain in hopes of getting free stuff, but I guess they'll try to make it right if you have a legitimate claim. A shame it takes leaving a negative review to get someone to actually look at the order.
If I could give the social media team a separate score it would be 5, GotPrint in whole - 3, so 4 stars.

Customer service is abysmal. We have used GotPrint on numerous occasions without issue. The most recent order was printed and cut poorly and their customer service is useless. After numerous emails all they have given me is excuses for their poor work. If you think you have found a printer that will stand by their work, think again. The second you have an issue you'll be back seconding my review.
Thieves. Thier system is crap. I email to make sure the picture is right, they don't look at email for 3 weeks then send out cut off words, and only give store credit. I tried again but Thier templates are ridiculous unusable too. Refusing to issue a refund but have time to bicker in emails talking about no time to issue a refund! They are lucky I tried again... They don't offer refunds they sound like in store credit is the only option then say i agreed to that and they can't change it. Bs lying thieves. I am a professional graphic artist and had a quick job for a fundraiser that I volunteered work for. I was so dismayed to receive my order with the inside of the folding card invitation printed upside down! I called customer service and they explained I set the art up wrong. Turns out, the print set-up instructions are buried under "Templates" on their site, which I didn't think I needed to review b/c I thought "templates" had to do with design layouts, and I had my own. But that's where the very important instruction was that informed me to set up my art with the inside text upside down, so that it would print right side up. NO ONE at GotPrint is overseeing printing so that a glaring mistake can be noticed. When I requested a speedy reprint (like VistaPrint offers and should be possible for any online print site do b/c they already have the files) I was told I'd have to start over and place a whole new order. My project was time-sensitive, so I had no time to do that. It was a totally loss of money and wasted print job. And on top of everything, the print quality was just so-so. Would NOT use this print site again.
I would include photos if that would show the mistake, but a photo wouldn't show it.
Not sure what to include for "Proof of Purchase", but took a screen capture that shows my "order was approved".
I have used them before, but now they are garbage. Messed up the order, then messed up the reprint, and now won't give me my money back. Never use them! Their customer service reps cant talk to quality assurance, QA doesn't talk to production, and QA can't write in English so you know it is being outsourced.

For the order you are talking about, you advised us that when you received the cards for both sets they were a different color from the proofs and did not have High Gloss UV coating on the back. We requested for you to send a group pictures of 5 cards from each set, you sent us a picture of 5 cards next to a card from an old order. Despite this, we did a free reprint on both sets of cards and when you received those, you contacted us saying there was the same issues and refused to send pictures so we could see the issue. As a courtesy, we refunded the full amount of this order and consider this issue closed.

Be aware that 'Next Day Noon' shipping does not include Saturday deliveries and will not be the next day as ordered. Expect to have a 5 day window of 'expected delivery' which is actually an expected ship timeframe. This does not have any information in regards to no Saturday deliveries nor that they cost an additional $20 if you want it included.
I've asked support if I had missed any of this information and they said no. They also refused to provide a refund or partial refund in regards to the false advertising.
The positives is 1. Cheap, and located in the USA (CA). I just hope the printed product I ordered will be as good if not better than the sample package they provided me with.
Not sure if I'll use them in the future after this per the false pretenses on thinking I requested the fastest shipping method. Else, I'll just plan to order a month ahead of acting needing my order and pay the bare minimum.

I apologize for the misunderstanding, unfortunately we do not offer overnight printing. Production time is about 4-6 business days depending on the printing options. We have the production time listed on the order page before files are uploaded to print. Shipping time takes into account once the order is done with production, Saturday is not considered a business day, if an order ships Next Day on a Friday, the order will be delivered on Monday. The screenshot provided shows a time range on when to expect the product, the time range includes the production time. Please provide order number to further review.

Do not use this printer. They changed their policy. I think they're foreign-owned. Words are misspelled on their replies to customer complaints. They make printing errors, then try to claim my files were not CMYK, which they were. I've been doing graphic arts for over 15 years and know how to prepare my files for commercial printers. Do not use them. Any savings is not worth it.

Extremely affordable printing and I've always been happy with the product. If you are having cards made with an image, you have to be careful yourself to make sure the resolution of your image is high. You can pay a little more to be sent a review, or you can just chance it on your own if you feel confident enough on the file you sent to be printed. You can even have them design it for you, if needed. I always order business cards from this site and get complimented quite often on how nice they are. Best part: you REALLY can't beat the price!

Printed some rather large job with the a few weeks ago and the result was not good. Even those cards have been printed before with them and I had good quality this time the printing was terrible. Everything was to light and colors were faded. Our customer is refusing the order and we are stuck with this bad printing.
They do not have good customer service. They printed me 250 postcards that were not printed correctly! I asked for a replacement or refund. But they wouldn't give it to me. It's hard to get a hold of anyone by phone. Vista print has been much better!
