Overtime, I would say that at least one month something would go wrong: unable to reach my websites—agent would suggest it was a bad router, buy a new router, happens again and again—not the router, some security issue that the smart agent know about— and on and on and on. It feel personal, like all this complaining they will give me more trouble. That, and with an extraordinary renewal rate, a huge lie about uptime (I have the file to prove it); I am there only because moving on takes a lot of time and work. I have had some bad hosting companies, but the amount of time, frustration and ignorance on the part of this company — when the time is right—I will flee!
