I ordered stickers, they sent me pieces of paper. I inquired with customer service about the discrepancy and they told me that despite their website lacking any of this information, I should have known that the paper size (that they have as an option for their STICKERS) means it won't be Sticker and it is my fault. I asked for a refund as the product is completely worthless to me. They refused. They offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and do not uphold.

I ordered stickers, they sent me pieces of paper. Do you want to pay more for your print job but get lower quality? Do you wanna have a nice PDF done by a great marketing company, but have something produced at substandard quality? If you are looking for the absolute worst in color matching in font reproduction stay tuned, you may have just found the source for your next print job. I can tell you from experience this company produces the worst material that I have yet to encounter. And they don't stand behind their product at all. Photo on the left is the PDF submitted. Photo on the right is what you get back font almost illegible the black colors milky at best.

Tip for consumers:
I have nothing but time my hands because I’m so furious that I can’t even focus on anything but letting other people know how horrible of a situation I got myself into by believing that this company could produce a quality job

Had Got Print produce business cards and two-sided flyers. The flyers were printed with good quality but printed incorrectly---Got Print blamed us for the error and offered only a partial refund despite the evidence we provided. The business cards were awful -- poor print quality and cut lines showing despite providing a full bleed file. They blamed us again and offered only a partial refund. We had everything reprinted at Staples without issue (and lower cost).

A digital proof is only as accurate as the format. Our birthday cards were printed upside down inside and we were unable to recoup our money. Everyone who looks at the proof says it looks fine, but if you don't rotate it correctly it will print upside down and no one at GotPrint seems to know how a birthday card works.

Which way they flip the proof before printing, short side or long side.

Couldn't hit the middle of a business card if they tried. Customer service is worthless at best. They are perfectly happy with cards that would be an embarrassment to you and your company.

Tip for consumers:
their refund policy is only a partial refund - you eat the shipping if you are not happy with their poor quality. and I guarantee the shipping is above retail cost, because I do a lot of shipping.

They didn't deliver my entire order, only received a partial shipment. I contacted them and they basically told me I was lying. They didn't send me the rest of my product nor did they give me a refund. Don't buy from them - they will not help you with any issues you may have. For reference my order was over $1500 and they were willing to do nothing.

I've used Got Print for various jobs and had very good luck until recently. My last order was completed and supposedly ready for shipping on March 28th. It's now April 14th and still no order. They don't really respond with any sense of empathy and such. They just use a canned message and blame us for choosing economy shipping. All my orders in the past used economy shipping and they got to me quickly. The package weighs less than a pound and they need 20+ days to get it to you after completion? Not to mention they charge $6.95 for shipping. I could have rode my bike to them and got these cards quicker. Probably another foreign company that is Nickle and diming to make bank on shipping charges. Right now it looks like I'm not getting the little order until April 21. My new staff have no business cards and all they do is send these defensive emails that sound as if an AI computer wrote them. Good Bye Got Print, Hello Staples! Or Vista Print, or Moo or any of the many online printers. Too bad, they used to be good and had efficient shipping. Now they are a joke.

Beware of their shipping policies and if you are on a deadline, do not use this company. Their customer service is abysmal.

Have been using these guys for a few years now for my company business cards. Have have 12 employees. Never had an issue with quality until my recent order. We are moving, so I had to do cards for all 12 employees and myself. Cards came in in a timely manner, but the quality was bad, the colors where not correct and the printing was light. I called and was on hold for 30+ minutes. When did talk to someone, they said I had to do the compliment online, so I did so. They sent an email asking for pictures of the old card compare to the new, so I did so. I just wanted then to reprint the whole order. They sent me another email asking me to send 5 of the old and new card of each employee. I emailed back asking them why don't they have samples of my last & previous orders, I said I don't have time to screw around with this. I never got a reply.

I've had several issues receiving orders on time. I've paid for expedited production times (when applicable). I've had to call several times to remind them that I paid for expedited production times only to be told they don't honor them, EVEN THOUGH they charged me for expedited production, which is different than expedited shipping.

On 12/1/22 I ordered 100,5"x7" postcards, double sided, with rounded corners. I received them on time, but they didn't have rounded corners (which I was charged extra for) and they didn't trim the bleed off. Therefore, the cards didn't fit in the corresponding A7 envelope.

They initially offered to refund ONLY the cost of the rounded corners, ignoring the fact that the card size was still incorrect. I also provided pictures as proof. They then offered a full refund if I paid to ship them back. So I'm out more money to get some of my money back.

They don't call back when they say they will. Supervisors are "finishing up on a call" and will call back when the next one is available. It's been over a week and I have to different issues waiting to be dealt with by a supervisor.

Tip for consumers:
Their production times are not reliable. The customer service is terrible. They are just bodies to answer the call with no follow thru. The company is hit or miss in terms of their quality and reliability.

Dear GotPrint Team,

It is with great disappointment and frustration that I feel compelled to leave this one-star review to express my dissatisfaction with GotPrint's services. I have been a customer for approximately 10 years through my internet marketing company, LaraNet.

First and foremost, I want to address the issue of production times, which have been extremely long and frustrating in my recent experience with your company. Just last week, I purchased the Reprint service for some business cards. Despite prices having increased significantly, now triple what they used to be, I was willing to continue with your company due to the high print quality you used to provide and the satisfaction I had with your customer service in the past.

However, my patience reached its limit when I connected to the live chat to inquire about the status of my order, as I noticed it was still in production long after the expected timeframe. When I expressed my frustration in a polite manner, I received a response that was nothing short of mockery from the chat representative, Janae G, who replied with a sarcastic Your Welcome! I cannot believe how a company can be so eager to lose customers. I expected a kind explanation and reassurance, but instead, I was met with a message that essentially said, I don't care if you go to another company. Seriously? After years of working with you, this is the first time I've complained, and this is the response I get? It's truly disappointing.

I would appreciate it if you could review the chat transcript. I was not rude, but the person who responded to me was. It's a shame.

They don't care about your order much less if you order is late. I was with them 15 years and every year the customer service got worse and worse to a point i had to take it to social media for them to listen to me, they listened to me but instead of working with me they closed my account. I tried emailing and calling and they won't respond. The only way they responded is when I sent a complaint through the BBB and event hen they wouldn't admit they did anything wrong. Poor company ran by someone with a short fuse.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them or if you do, don't complain and expect a month turnaround for everything.

Printed some rather large job with the a few weeks ago and the result was not good. Even those cards have been printed before with them and I had good quality this time the printing was terrible. Everything was to light and colors were faded. Our customer is refusing the order and we are stuck with this bad printing.

I have used other printing services in the past, and thought I would try GotPrint. Poor choice. I have never had issues before when I created my own design, but GotPrint had the cards cut poorly, so everything was off center. They did, however, offer to do a reprint, and it was worse. The card quality isn't bad as I ordered a higher quality card, it's their cutting that is not quality. Won't use again and definitely do not recommend for business cards.

I ordered Christmas post cards from GP.
1) I chose the economy shipping. That was a big mistake. My Christmas post cards arrived after Christmas. GP said I should have used the more expensive shipping option. Checking with the UPS website it appeared GP delayed getting the order to UPS after the cards had been printed.
When the post cards arrived on December 28th I found the quality to be good. I stamped and addressed the post cards and took them to the US Post Office planning to send them as Epiphany cards, only to learn they were too small. They were 3"x5". I revisited the GP website and looked under the "Post Cards" tab. 3"x5" cards were listed there along with many other sizes. Their 4"x6" card was labeled as the "Official Size". There was nothing to indicated the 3"x5" card would be refused by the USPS. IMO, their 3"x5" card should not be listed as a post card, or it should be clearly marked as a size that is an unacceptable size for USPS mail.
My time and money spent on this GP post card order was a complete waste.

Unfortunately Economy shipping is the shipping method with the longest transit time, this can take 7-14 business days to arrive after the order has shipped from our facility. Standard shipping may have been a better option. We do offer a large variety of postcard sizes but if you are using the post office or a mail house to mail these out we highly encourage that you check with them before placing an order with us as they will be the ones to mail this out for you and we are simply providing the printing and there is no way for us to guarantee it will be meeting their mailing guidelines. I see a full store credit has been provided for this order.

After going through their process their small images should a lack of clarity in the words. I messaged the company asking if they could print one scan it and send it in a email so I could verify quality. They never addressed my concerns and just were unwilling to work with me in any kind of way. I ordered 500 business cards after trying to communicate and all attempts failed. When I got the cards in all the words were blurred and on some of the cards the cuts took off the first letter in some of the words or was up against the word. It looks as if they hand cut each card.

They do not have good customer service. They printed me 250 postcards that were not printed correctly! I asked for a replacement or refund. But they wouldn't give it to me. It's hard to get a hold of anyone by phone. Vista print has been much better!

I have been ordering posters, banners, business cards, postcards and other items from a competitor for over 10 years but decided I wanted to have things printed in the USA so I tried GotPrint. I wasn't excited about how much their shipping was considering the cost of the poster that I ordered but I wanted to try them out. The next time I ordered was bad, it took over 10 days for shipping to arrive then it was the wrong size of poster. I should have know when they were on sale and I thought I ordered the correct size then I had a hard time getting into my account so I called and they said to get on their website but it would take 2 to 4 days for a response. So I did a chat seeing if I could get some help and same thing. I did open a ticket and told them how dissatisfied I was and they did actually email me back within 2 hours saying they would give me a $5 credit and I could put that toward my corrected order. Nothing about free shipping or anything, just that they were sorry I ordered the wrong size. This is the reason people don't want to buy or order from within! Very dissatisfied with the whole company. Find somewhere else to order from.

I worked with this company for over 15 years. In the beginning it was perfect, orders came in quick and prices were really good. I never had a complaint until just a couple of years ago. Orders started coming really late (weeks late) not only that but the quality greatly decreased. I made several complaints but what i found after years of being with them is that they take 0 ownership for their mistakes. I would always be questioned about my artwork or things i did incorrectly which was almost never the case. They would drag their feet to find resolutions. And when they did it was a $5 credit here and an apology there. So i started to complain on twitter about the service i was getting. Thats when they finally started paying attention to me, I found other customers who had similar experiences to me. My goal was to try to get them to improve the customer experience, instead they responded like a toddler. Threatening to cancel my account if i kept critiquing them. As more and more orders kept getting delayed I kept posting about the service. Until one day out of the blue they close my account. Mind you I rely on the service for my customers. I reached out to all the other customers who were complaining similarly to me and no one had their account closed. I reached out and called, only to be told no one was available to talk to me, I called every day trying to get it resolved but they refused to even talk to me. The only difference I could see between me and the other clients was my name. Pedro. I even asked the service rep if this had anything to do with anything and they laughed at me. I sent emails which were just ignored, and even filed a complaint with BBB in which they lied to the responses saying that they tried to resolve the issue with me. This place doesn't care about you, doesn't care about good service, and will never acknowledge their mistakes.

don't use them, they are unreliable and will never admit to mistakes

My previous, positive review of Gotprint for promotional products has been deleted. After it took my friend and I multiple attempts to create a gorgeous business card and stickers with my logo, I put my order of 500 cards and 100 stickers into the cart.

When I opened the cart and proceeded to check out, they split my single order into two, separate ones, charging me $20 shipping for each. I was so upset, but I continued with my order because of all the effort we had put in. I then emailed the company after they did not answer their customer service line to report what happened and ask for the reason why. I paid $44 in shipping costs for $60 of product from the same distribution center. Their response to my disgruntled email was, "if you don't like how we manage our company, take your business somewhere else." Shocking!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company...Vistaprint or Moo are much better to work with!

This appears to be a misunderstanding. The order split into 2 different orders because the items on there had different shipping options. This does NOT affect shipping costs, though. Whether the two items remained on the same order or not, the cost of shipping would not change either way. We tried to explain and offered to assist you placing the order correctly but we were told to cancel both orders, which we did, and we provided a full refund on both.

I was hopefull for this company. I needed more business cards, but my previous supplier went way up in price. I spent about two hours using their designer, only to find that my design wasn't saving, as well as other issues. I used their life chat option, which took about 15 minutes to contact with someone. When I finally connected, the rep seemed unknowledgeable, didn't listen very well to my concerns, and seemed completely unmotivated to help me. After a few minutes going back and forth without her actually answering my questions, she just stopped responding. I waited about 20 minutes, never responded. So I quit that chat and tried someone else. Mind you, I was not rude in any way to the rep, I always try to express value to employees who are helping me. Next rep came on a bit faster. She didn't listen very well either, but was better than the first one. She kept on telling me that there were options that simply weren't showing up on my end. Eventually she said I needed to switch from Edge (the only browser my computer can run on) to Firefox or Chrome, because it doesn't work well on Edge. Well that would have been nice if they let me know BEFORE I wasted about three hours on their site. She took gave very little indication that she was at all motivated to help me. No apologies for the difficulties, no offers to help or to escalate, she too stopped responding. I had no choice but to abandon my project and lose everything. I don't have this kind of time to waste on this kind of thing.

My suggestion if you use these guys is to upload your own business card design, and don't expect much help from their chat

I ordered 1000 postcards with an advertised 1-3 production and estimated standard delivery between April 15 and April 28. I spoke with them on April 18, hoping that the cards were out for delivery. I was disappointed to find out that they were in the print stage. But since placing my order, they had posted on their website that orders were delayed due to material shortage. I already knew that paper was in short supply. So I understood this problem that was out of their control.

At this point, I was hoping to get it by Friday, April 22 and would do it by expediting shipping if the postcards were done by Thursday. They did call me on Thursday to tell me the cards were done and could overnight them to me. To make a long story short, since I was currently in another location than my home, I wanted them shipped to me. They were unable to over the phone change the address. This is ridiculous! Instead, I had to stop what I was doing (driving my car) to send them an email with the new address. Only to find out that the fastest time to ship to the new location (40 miles from my home) would take 2 days (and no weekend deliveries.)

In the meantime, I looked through their reviews for the past 6 months and they were all 1 or 2. Not a single 3,4, or 5. Now, my concern was that the postcards would be crap. But I was pleasantly surprised that when they arrive on Friday at my home (I had a friend pick them up and bring them to me) they were perfect! The paper was plenty thick. The quality of print on both sides was wonderful and colorful.

So if you want to use GotPrint, order early and give lots of time for shipping.
