I worked with gotprint through their reseller program for over 15 years. Last year I started complaining heavily about their customer service and lack of empathy. I got no real change and so I moved my complaints to social media, instead of working with me or attempting to better their business practices I got threatened to stop posting critics or else my account (which again I've had for 15 years) would be closed. I continued to complain and they closed my account and even blocked me from posting anything bad about them. They took the critics like a spoiled child instead of an accredited business looking to fix their bad customer service. They doubled down and now put my business in danger because since they closed my account I have not been able to go in and reorder for customers I've had for over 10 years. Something needs to be done about how they treat and hurt people.
I couldn't get anywhere designing a business card as I want it. I called customer service and she told me she couldn't stay on to help me. So, I struggled to get it right. In order to save my design, I had to sign up, which I tried to do. The website wouldn't let me sign up, so I called. She told me I had to clear my cache. I didn't want to do it, but I did it anyway. Still didn't work, my design was lost and the woman on the phone said, "Oh well."

I'm taking my companies' business elsewhere, all 300 employees.
I placed an order on 3/14 with next day shipping. They said the estimated arrival would be 3/17-3/23. It is now 3/25 and they have not even shipped my order. I've called and emailed them multiple times and they keep giving me the same answer, the order will ship out once it's done being printed. Then why did I pay extra for next day shipping? Such a scam. DO NOT USE GOTPRINT

Production time is separate than shipping time, Production of the product starts once the order has been approved and charged, at the moment we are experiencing extended production times and this has been listed on the site. We have the production time listed before uploading or creating artwork on our website. We do offer expedited shipping for when the order is finished in production, unfortunately at the moment we are not offering any expedited production or rush options to produce orders faster.

Not only was the ordering process super easy, but they're online editor made the process seamless. The order came fast as promised, and the cards came more beautiful than I ever would have expected especially for the price 11 out of 10!
I have been using gotprint for many years, mostly with no reportable issues. Recently, I ordered business cards (3-sets), and one set was cut incorrectly. I contacted customer service to see if I could get the one set redone. My issue was escalated to "quality" who basically does not interact with customers, and just provides canned responses with no real information, many days later. Finally, after multiple calls, over weeks, for specifics, the missed cuts were blamed on the art file. I'm not sure how that can be... same art file for all three sets, and on gotprint templates. They refused to reprint. Definitely NOT satisfied at all with my last print job.

We reviewed the order and found that the files provided were missing bleed, the files were not uploaded correctly, therefore issues were noticeable once the cards were printed. We did offer a courtesy discount of $15, you can accept the code via email.

Very easy to work with. I messed up my original order and they were very gracious and gave me a credit to replace the cards. I thought that was super!
However I paid for a 2 day delivery and received the cards 4 or 5 days later, other than that it was ok.

Process appear easy yet print execution is a toss up: never sure how is going to look. I did two different one, one was Ok the other was set off wrongly had to discard. One has to approve the product on line, but look is deceitful.

I ordered for the first time from gotprint recently. Previously i'd been ordering business cards for many years from another company but they had lost my artwork. I found gotprint and put together a simple card using one of their templates and it was an almost trouble-free process. I got error messages a couple times about something being out of the predesignated box area (where you fill in with the text of your choosing) but eventually i ignored that and ordered cards despite the warning. The cards had a color that matches the trim color i have been using for 29 years on my rental properties. However, when the cards arrived, i saw the color was much grayer and darker than what it appeared on my computer screen. The shipping was slow (2 to 3 weeks) but that didn't bother me. Overall I'm satisfied but i doubt i will order again due to the issue with the color. I know computer screens are not 100 percent accurate color, but this color is way off

I ordered 1000 business cards. My proof looked good...
My order came today. There is a "border" that i did not "create" on the bottom AND right side on the front.
The back has a border on the left side. If there was an issue, this should have been caught.
I called about the issue and was treated badly.
Lesson learned: you get what you pay for with companies like this.

We do offer the option of a manually processed PDF proof for an additional fee, the files would be checked by our processing department for resolution, bleed and, depending on the product, positioning. I do see that our Quality Control department had given you a full store credit as a courtesy. Thank you
I ordered several hundred business cards that all have a flaw in them (a yellow ink line through them). I reached out about the issue trying to get it resolved and have only heard back 1 time since the month ago when I received them. So not only did I not have the cards for the event I needed them for, but they are absolutely no help at all. Will never use them again.

Couldn't hit the middle of a business card if they tried. Customer service is worthless at best. They are perfectly happy with cards that would be an embarrassment to you and your company.
I ordered the most expansive Triple layer card and paid for two day expressed shipping. After I got them, totally useless. Everything has color bleeding. Complained to customer service and sent all photos as requested to *******@gotprint.com, things simply gone into a black hole. No update ever.

Got print generally does a great job. But then sometimes they do a poor job. And when they do they'll bend over backwards to avoid fixing it. So be aware you take the risk of them not accepting any responsibility if your order is poorly done.

I used got print since 2010, spending thousands of dollars every single year, mainly because their prices were the best, despite the many customer service issues, however, now their prices went up significantly, up to 100% for some products over the past year. Good luck staying in businesses after losing their only competitive advantage, price. I will shop for another printer, and you should look carefully at the competition prices before buying from them

I made the mistake of ordering 350 bookmarks for children and business cards. The proof was correct on their proofing screen, they sent a notice THEY had proofed it, yet the finished product was horribly distorted. They said it was our fault as the image wasn't proportioned correctly. Yet on the computer screen it looks perfect. Rather than offer to help fix images to be correct for their program, I basically got two Tough $#\£ responses!
Poor quality cutting on the business cards. Some have obvious wide areas of white on the right side. All going in the garbage and my charity organization is out over $70 bucks and children will not get a bookmark for reading. Very disappointing experience!
My suggestion, go use Vista Print or a better customer service company.

The order you placed was using the Instant Online Proof, and we do not check your files as you are confirming that the files you uploaded are print ready. We did notice that you have left template lines on your files and as a courtesy we did email you to let you know. We are unable to adjust customer files and the business card file did not have bleed, the image stopped on the blue safe zone. The bookmarks were printed exactly as they appeared on the approved proof, although there was not a print issue, we did offer you a promotional code towards a new order.

There is absolutely NO personal service, despite the advertising on their site that claims, Personal Account Rep to "assist you through the ordering process and monitor your orders every step of the way". I have 4 emails, 2 phone calls (On hold over 15 minutes each), and 1 Chat over 9 days to correct one problem. Corrected it yesterday and this morning, same problem.:(
I finally did a Process As Is. Needless to say, so far a 1-star. After receiving product, I will reassess. But really, no matter how good the product is... is this non-customer support attitude worth it?
*I am ordering some samples for a company, so this is worth $1000s in business. GotPrint should be doing better.

I ordered some yard signs and yes I misspelled a word on the yard sign, my mistake. But Gotprint says they don't check for spelling errors so they just went ahead and printed it. What a scam! How many orders have been paid for that had misspelled words? Good way to make more money! NEVER again will I use this joint!

Before you are able to add the order to the cart, you are required to initial that you agree to the sentence that states: "I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I also know that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors."
GotPrint does not check files for spelling and/or grammar, however on this occasion, our Quality Control department offered you a discount code for the full amount of the order as a one time courtesy that you have already accepted.

They were good at one point but don't waste your time. Head over to. 4 over 4.com, minuteman press or some other printer. They have good printing and cheap comparable prices but don't let an issue go wrong with your order they screwed up because they will ask you thousands of questions then you have to submit an antiquated system claim on their website. It's so old I've never seen a site operate so slow. 10 days later someone emails you, not a phone call but an email to ask you a billion questions. Who got time for that! Please I'm done

You advised us that there was an issue that when you tried to peel the stickers from the backing it was not coming off properly and was damaging the sticker. Due to the nature of the issue you reported, we requested for you to send us 5 of the stickers so we could confirm the issue, which you refused to do.
