I ordered 1000 business cards. My proof looked good...
My order came today. There is a "border" that i did not "create" on the bottom AND right side on the front.
The back has a border on the left side. If there was an issue, this should have been caught.
I called about the issue and was treated badly.
Lesson learned: you get what you pay for with companies like this.
One POSITIVE note: Production and Shipping time was decent...

Hello Scott. Please be aware that if you select the Instant Online Proof, it is an automated system and your files are not reviewed. We do offer the option of a manually processed PDF proof for an additional fee, the files would be checked by our processing department for resolution, bleed and, depending on the product, positioning. I do see that our Quality Control department had given you a full store credit as a courtesy. Thank you
