I have been using gotprint for many years, mostly with no reportable issues. Recently, I ordered business cards (3-sets), and one set was cut incorrectly. I contacted customer service to see if I could get the one set redone. My issue was escalated to "quality" who basically does not interact with customers, and just provides canned responses with no real information, many days later. Finally, after multiple calls, over weeks, for specifics, the missed cuts were blamed on the art file. I'm not sure how that can be... same art file for all three sets, and on gotprint templates. They refused to reprint. Definitely NOT satisfied at all with my last print job.

We reviewed the order and found that the files provided were missing bleed, the files were not uploaded correctly, therefore issues were noticeable once the cards were printed. We did offer a courtesy discount of $15, you can accept the code via email.
