I linked GotPrint from Google because it advertised free shipping.
After going through the design, the free shipping was not eligible.
I called the company and they said they do not honor 3rd party coupons. The customer service rep, named Jim, said he had not been familiar with Google in a patronizing fashion. I asked if I could speak to a manager and Jim gave me the runaround and said he would see if one is available. I was on hold for 15 minutes, Jim offered a link and an email that I could send and request free shipping.
When I read this review, Jim said that he did not patronize me. However, he still was unable to find a manager on duty.
I recommend VistaPrint.

In general, any coupons we offer are on our coupon page on the website and the screenshot you have provided is just a search for free shipping and shows a link to the Gotprint website, not any offer for free shipping. As for your phone call, all our calls are recorded and we have management review it. Thank you
