They will not fix their problems, and say its your fault.
I called because my business cards were cut wrong. They have a black background so the white on the edges was extremely upsetting. When I called I was told I had to go online and email my compliant, they do not do that over the phone. So to email I went. Every time I emailed back I got the same generic answer. I order for a business so I have purchased a lot of business cards and never had an issue. All they would say is that 'a reprint will only cause the same results." I will be using one of their competitors from now on. I will not pay the same company twice for the same product when they screwed up.

On researching your order, the reason you had white on on the sides is that the files you uploaded did not have bleed. When you upload your files, you will see 3 lines, the blue is the safe zone, anything within that area will print, the red line is the ideal cut line and the black line which is the bleed line, that way if there is any shift during the cutting process you are not left with an uneven border, as happened in this case. Although this is not a error on our part, our Quality Control department did already offer you a $10 code towards a new order with updated files as if we were to reprint this one, the same issue may occur again.
