I ordered a pair of glasses which they initially sent out in record time. But when I received them I realized they failed to apply the prescription on one side for the distance but they did have the bifocals correct. Upon returning them to correct that issue, I also decided to switch the frames for another that I liked better. That was a process but it went well until I received the new pair and they had left off the bifocals. Then, since they changed my order number for some unknown reason, they kept acting like it was a separate order that didn't include a bifocal. I repeatedly called and would explain how frustrating this is that they still don't have this completed and it felt like no one was communicating the issue to fix it with the production department. I gave up after 3 months of this nonsense and requested a refund. I'll try with a different company and see if I can get better results!
Called after I ordered told me that I would have my glasses I'm three days if I paid the express shipping for 12.50 so I did they failed to tell it takes 6 days to make them put the order in on 5he 5th of February and still in production LIARS BUYER BRWARE
GlassesUSA is refusing to provide a refund for two pairs of glasses that I purchased. Both worth $190. They are offering a refund in the amount of $83.00.

Never have I ever had such unacceptable Service as I have received from glasses USA I place my order on December 28th 2020 today is February 9th 2021 and after numerous phone calls and numerous emails being told rest assured my situation will be resolved, today I was told that no it won't be resolved and that I have no more options. I will never ever place another order with this company again and I highly recommend you but everyone you know and their friends friends etc etc not to deal with this company. I also have never written a review such as this before but after such horrible service I felt it needed to be done.
Funny how in there name they have usa even though their product is not shipped from usa, it is shipped from another country. Ordered product on Jan 18th, said it shipped out Jan 23rd and then nothing. No tracking info or anything. Company said that it would take 7-10 business days. 10 business days later called and company said it would get to me by the 8th of Feb. The tracking info says it is being shipped from IL. To go from IL to MN doesn't take this long. Will never do business with them again.

They took almost a whole month to deliver my glasses. When I put them on I realized they seemed really cheap and flimsy. Come to find out a whole screw was missing from my glasses. It's safe to say I will NEVER purchase from this business again. I suggest you don't either.
To my surprise, I was promptly contacted through email and they offered me a more than fair price match refund. I honestly wasn't expecting much to happen but this renews my faith a bit in the company. Although, they did take off the price match policy entirely. Maybe in the future a better policy will be implemented!
Decent selections, but terrible customer service. They told me 2 different scenarios in to which why I couldn't price match. One told me I couldn't after 3 days. Another said I couldn't after quality inspection. None could explain the difference in price matching before quality inspection versus after? Are the materials going to magically change or something? Maybe damaged? Makes absolutely no sense, especially business wise. Their returns are easier than a price match which is ridiculous. Wouldn't the company rather I spend my money with them than fully refunding the item?
Not only did I save about $100 on glasses, but I didn't have the hassle that I normally experience when selecting glasses from my local optometrist shop. I consider myself exceedingly picky when it comes to glasses, and I could not have been more satisfied with my purchase. Will use this site again!
Purchased two pairs of glasses within 2 minutes of one another online- called customer service to apply discounts. They replicated the first order. Three weeks later I received within a week of one another, two pairs of the same glasses.
The return process has been daunting. Did the return on line- have to use a laptop as their links don't work on phones. Printed label mailed back. They received the glasses 9 days ago and never issued a credit or refund.
Called and was told " thank you for calling us. I'll notify the returns department to request a refund for your order. That should take another 3-4 days." I started this process in December before Christmas and am now at the end of January with one pair of glasses and waiting for hundreds of dollars to be returned. Never again!

They sent me completely different contact than what I ordered and what was on the prescription. I called them and three days later, they still haven't sent me a return label. They say they are working on it.
You would think after screwing up they would have more of a sense of urgency. They're claim of great customer service isn't supported by my experience.

Very disappointing. I ordered bifocals that would turn to sunglasses when outside. The bifocal level is set too low so I can't use them to work (on a computer) unless I lean my head back all the time. The left arm is loose. I tightened it, but it still flays out. The left lens is loose and makes a creaking sound when you pick them up. The "sunglass' feature doesn't work in the car and takes about 15 minutes to get back to normal once inside. Basically, these glasses are unusable to me except when walking my dog (and they are still loose). I tried to return them, but I was past the 14 day return policy. I would NOT recommend buying glasses from this site.
This was my first time ordering prescription glasses online and I was very happy with my order. The local eye glass store wanted to charge me over $600 for 2 pair of glasses and here I was able to get them for $200. Extremely happy customer and will definitely order again.
The shipping was fast. The glasses I received were crooked. When sitting the table only one side touched the table. The prescription in the left eye was off and the frames were 2 different sizes. I ordered sun glasses and it seems the frames only had a tint on them not actual prescription sunglasses. I wore the glasses outside and started feeling woozy in my head due to the prescription being off. I am so disgusted that I don't even want to go through the hassle of returning the frames. I'll just go pay whatever for the frames that I want. Such a waste of time and money. I even tried using the prescription tool online and that didn't even work.
I ordered glasses order was $117 While deployed. Took months to get a tracking number, which I received 2 different ones. I never received my order, Finally Requested a refund, my refund "was approved" but never got it. All in all I would never recommend or order from this company. Worst experience ever. As some one who works in Customer service, I know nice words mean nothing with out action.
I ordered my daughter's contact lenses 12/28/20 so over two weeks ago and still have not received them. Called in yesterday, they said they will email me the tracking information. Today I got a text and still could not track so I called them. They said they only shipped them out this morning and cannot do anything about it. Contacted GlassesUSA by phone today a full two weeks after order. DHL tracking says enroute with glasses apparently never being received by shipper since a week ago. GlassesUSA has no answers. Says they will contact me within 48 hours to let me know where they are. Unacceptable. 48 hours? Would never order through them again...

We tried to order replacement glasses for my son who broke his. We paid for express in order to get them faster - but over 3 weeks later and nothing. I tried calling and they can only say "still in production." No word on when they might be shipped. 3 different times customer service said they would call me and give me an update within 24 hours - I waited 48 hours before calling them back, only to be told nothing. We ended up going to a local store and buying glasses there.

Their costumer support has no idea where my glasses are. I have contacted them every few days and they do not know where my glasses are nor when I will receive them. It appear to me they are some type hustle.
After 21 days you would think they would have a handle on my order.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
