Advertised 7-10 business days. On day 12 tracking said out for delivery but they never arrived and no further updates occured. It is now day 23. When we called for customer support on day 19, we were told by Chloe to give it 48 hours and the shipping management team would contact us. We received no contact. After waiting four more days, we called and were told the same thing by a customer rep named Laura Friedman. When we asked for another pair to be sent out, or for a refund, they told us they won't. When we asked to speak to management we were put on hold for half an hour. I swear the hold music was military grade torture sounds. When we were taken off hold, we were told management was unavailable by Laura Friedman, the woman who originally took the call and placed us on hold. Still no resolution. So here we wait, without sight... This company and their promises of fast delivery are a joke. Their service is dismal at best. Buyer beware.
Purchased the warranty plan for new glasses. Frame nose bridge was defective and nose pads kept falling off. I requested a refund or new frames. Instead they sent me two little nose pads to try and fix. The length of time, delays, frustration was too much so I wrote it off. On top of that the prescription was correct but was not measured correctly for my eyes and was also a problem but not worth it. I went to a regular optometrist and bought new glasses and threw the USA Glasses in the can.
I loved how easy it was to order and the BOGO free deal was great. They updated me through the whole process. The only thing to complain about it the misunderstanding with shipping. I paid for expedited shipping, and after the order went through, it was maybe a week in a half to produce and ship out. They shipped to Roseville IL, which was no where near me. I thought it went to a wrong address. I called and apparently that is another warehouse. They ship to them then ship to me. This DHL shipping is taking so so long. Hoping which this new ship date of Saturday, I will receive my glasses. Basically Glasses USA is fine, great. Its just this shipping confusion and DHL long wait.
They were sending me emails on progress until shipping. Then nothing. Took almost two weeks to get my glasses. It was crooked and didn't like the frame. So I initiated returning the glasses. Shipping label needs to be printed within a certain timeframe. When I missed this window, the link to print the label didn't work. Called to get another one, they said 1-2 business days to send me the shipping label. 2 business days later, still no label. Called again, they say they will send me a label in 1-2 business days again. How is it this difficult to return an item and how does it take 2 days to process a shipping label. Never buying glasses online ever again. Waste of my time and business practice is BS. Learn something from Amazon!

First of all I do like the option of paying in 3 installments but It took so long to get them that I made the second payment before I received them. The quality seemed average after getting but after a few weeks the frame just snapped and the lens fell out and they're telling me after 14 days they are not returnable because I didn't buy their insurance. And I still have the last payment to process. They have been a huge disappointment and I totally regret buying from them. Their name is very misleading as they are not in the USA which leads to the long delivery time. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for your glasses, I can't even buy a replacement frame anywhere as it's their house brand.
I ordered a pair of prescription glasses. I had to call several times to find out the status of my order since several weeks had passes and no glasses yet. One day I call customer service (very poor trained and worthless, by the way) trying to find out when I would get them and they said that their records showed they had already been delivered to me. I tell them that is not true and they have me go to the post office and ask them where the glasses are... after dealing with USPS they said they delivered the glasses which never happened. I call glassesusa again to tell them I never got them and that I want a solution for the issue or a refund. I ask to speak to a manager this time and the manager, Faith Prescott, who is not any more trained than the rest of the representatives there, tells me I need to waste more time and go to the post office again to file a claim and they can not guarantee I get a refund. I told her that for $80.00 I had already wasted a lot of time and I was not going to waste anymore. I guess their prices are cheap, but so is their process and customer service!

I would give zero stars if that were an option! I ordered glasses on the 24th of February and was not told one of the pairs was out of stock until a week later. I called and changed frames and was assured my order would be expedited. 2 weeks later no glasses. Customer service offered me a $15 credit... I said keep it I will not order from this site again! Go to Zenni.com you will be much happier!

I'm on my third pair of glasses with the company, and because delivery has been so slow in the past, this time, I ordered and paid for expedited delivery. Today I discovered my new glasses are with DHL for delivery, but it would be 2 weeks before I had them. Customer Service was decidedly unhelpful. I suggested that either delivery needed to be faster or get back the money I paid for expedited delivery. The rep. All but hung up the phone on me. I'm undecided about ordering from them again. I've tried every way I know how to upload copies of the emails proving purchase. That didn't work any better than customer service, but it helped me decide about using GlassesUSA again.
Twice they got my order wrong and their customer service ranges from incompetent to dishonest. They sent a completely different set of glasses than what was ordered but respond with passive-aggressive language blaming the customer.

This was my second time ordering glasses. The first time was no problem. The second time thats another story. I ordered glasses with a prescription for prism lenses. They got shipped to me and there was no prism. After sending them back I had to call four times, talking to four different people to get my return processed and to get the glasses redone. I sent in my prescriptions, both the prism prescription and the vision prescription. The prism prescription had all the information for the doctor incase there was any problem. I also let the person on the phone from glasses usa know that they were prism lenses. After waiting quite a long time for the glasses to be remade and a so called quality control check, they finally arrived and the glasses were wrong for the second time. The left off the prism! Making the glasses totally useless. There quality control must be stupid! I guess they can't read, because if they had looked at what was ordered the would have seen the glasses were not correct.

My experience has been horrible. I placed an order for Oakley Fuel Cell sunglasses on 2/25/2021. I received a condescending e-mail on 2/28 telling me to get my PD and send it to them so "your kid can get their glasses". I replied that I had clearly given my PD on the order form, and I have no "kid". I then received an e-mail from "Production" telling me they can't make the bifocal glasses as ordered because the lenses are too big for the frame. In order to keep my frame, I had to change my Rx to single vision. After conceding to this change in my order, they sent me an e-mail on 3/7 telling me it has shipped. Now, DHL tracking shows no movement in 6 days, and USPS shows they are waiting to receive it. My inquiry was forwarded to the "Delivery Dept" where Camilla responded that she received an update from USPS that it is "on it's way", and perhaps it just wasn't scanned. I checked the USPS tracking number again and USPS reports they have still not received it. I will never do business with this company again.

Ordered 2 pairs, 1 day apart. 1st pair has been shipped but for 7 days seems hung-up somewhere in shipping with no expected delivery date. I had no idea they were produced in a foreign country - their name is "GLASSES USA" for crying out loud! Their email said the 2nd pair would take "6 business days to produce," but 20 days later there has been no update. Online it has said for for 13 days that they are, "in production." I called Customer Service they said they have been in shipping department for for 6 days and they would check on it and get back to me by next day. They didn't! 3 days later I called again and was told they are "in production." They couldn't even tell me where in the process they are.

I purchased glasses online; no less than 15 minutes later, I contacted GlassesUSA and informed them that I needed to cancel a portion of the order because their mom had already purchased my son's glasses. I was informed that I did not need to contact my bank, and they would refund my money in 3 to 4 business days. I just called back to check on the status of the refund is, and I was told that I would not receive my refund for 14 to 30 business days per their policy. I will never use this company again.
After showing no update in tracking information on DHL's website for more than a week, I contacted GlassesUSA. After asking whether the glasses were actually delivered to DHL, they could not answer that question. After spending more than 20 minutes on the phone, the customer service representative, Mia Johnson, hung up on me when I pressed the issue. I called back and spoke to a Laura Foster, she said she had absolutely no notes of record regarding my previous call. Laura also provided me the same "canned" responses. Her supervisor, Peter Rogers, was unable to provide any sort of remedy to my frustration after being hung up on, so I will be cancelling my order and I won't shop here again. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This was my second order with Glasses USA. Once again, they delivered on price, quality and delivery. I will use them again.
I ordered a pair of glasses to replace my old ones. It took some time to make them, which is understandable, but once they went to shipping they disappeared. I contacted them with no reply. So I disputed charges via PayPal. Instantly after I disputed charges they uploaded tracking information to PayPal saying they were shipped. However if you actually ran the tracking number it wasn't shipped. The USPS was still waiting for the package. Fortunately I was able to get a refund via PayPal but can not recommend buying glasses from here

I ordered three pair of glasses; sunglasses, a pair for everyday use/driving, and a pair for computer use. I utilized one of the many specials I received via email blasts they send out - Buy One, Get One (BOGO). The computer glasses did not work as when I'd look down at the keyboard it was blurry. My eye doctor updated the prescription by making the lenses progressive for computer and reading. The rework did not follow their "BOGO Policy" so I was willing to pay whatever the difference as I needed them for work. They would not do the rework no matter what. WTH? You have a willing and paying Customer so I'm not understanding what the issue is. Who writes policies for their company where they aren't willing to take Consumers money? If I were a shareholder in this company I'd take a serious look at who is running it. It has almost been two months and still not resolved. Going elsewhere. DO NOT USE GLASSESUSA FOR YOUR EYEWEAR.
I selected a pair of glasses and put them in my virtual basket. Shortly after, I got an email FROM THEM
which stated these are 150.00 off. When I reached customer service to inquire how I could get it, they told me that I could only get the 150 off on much more expensive glasses!

My glasses from GlassesUSA are ridiculously and obviously defective. They are rimless and the temples are mounted badly to the lenses such that one side goes up and the other side goes down making them sit on my face at an angle. I can't imagine how they got through any quality control. Because I live in Europe the cost of returning them and then paying another tariff of Euro 43 was not worth the trouble. A local optician did the best she could to make them wearable but they still look ridiculous.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
