I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses. I received them and realized i entered the prescription in error. My fault. Used the 20/20 insurance to have them corrected. Received the new glasses. Cannot see at all our of them. I verified the script i sent was correct. Now i cannot get a straight answer on what to do. I either want my money back or a script redone for free. It was their mistake the 2nd time. I am livid. The language barrier doesn't help. I have not been able to wear them since i originally ordered them in March. Almost 4 months. Pathetic
Still have yet to receive my two pairs of glasses. About to be a month and they apparently have been shipped but haven't left the state where they were prepared. Tried to get a refund for express shipping but was told they have no control over shipping! Hmmm, why do you offer express shipping? So here I am still waiting, almost a month later. Customer Service is under trained and slow to respond. I give up! Would highly recommend another company.

The web site has all the input boxes needed to order your specific lens prescription. Just insure you are very careful inputting the necessary numbers with their plus and minus signs. I've made multiple purchases from GlassesUSA.
Wasn't sure how this would go but I am very happy with my new glasses as fraction of what they cost at the doctor. Great fit and finish. Took slightly longer than I thought but was worth the wait.

Have used them in the past and have had no problems with products or customer service. My recent order was for prescription glasses and they shipped sunglasses instead and will not make it right. I have an email trail showing what I wanted but that makes no difference. Product / prices are great, customer service / satisfaction not great.
I have problems with vision. I always buy brand sunglasses to protect eye from UV. Your company provides great service. I received what I expected.

This company has zero standard for quality. They are a fraud. My glasses finally arrived almost 5 weeks later completely misshapen with one of the arms stretched out so badly that it was pointing the wrong direction. They also only offer store credit if you've returned something before, which is super convenient for a company incapable of producing a quality product. Do not order from them.

Awful customer service! 3+ weeks after paying I still have not received the glasses. After numerous calls to customer service I researched GlassessUSA on the Better Business Bureau and found that they 1,343 complaints in the last 3 years. The glasses are produced overseas and just arrived in NJ. The customer service representative told me that they would be sent ‘directly to me', however according to the tracking information that was incorrect. She finally told me that it won't be sent to me in Maryland until it arrives in Illinois. Aside from the delays and time wasted dealing with customer service these are prescription glasses. I understand why they have so many complaints with the BBB!"

I ordered glasses. I provided my vision prescription several times. They still sent me the wrong presciption twice. They also shipped to the wrong address twice. I have been dealing with them for four months!
They will not refund me. They want me to take the glasses to a doctore and get a written note that the lenses are incorrect.
I got some glasses and did not like them. When I returned them, I was unable to exchange them for a pair that I liked. They then held my money hostage and would not refund because of a ridiculous policy where they send you a code with only 24 hours to use it. I did not ask for a credit code. I simply asked for a refund. The returns people were extremely unhelpful when I tried to tell them my problem and will not refund my money which was more than 100 dollars. Never buy anything from these guys.

Stay away from this company! I ordered glasses that were supposedly shipped in April 6. It's now April 22 and still no glasses, no tracking number and no refund. They sent an email that said "rest assured" your glasses are in the way. But no tracking number has been provided. This company is a scam. I paid over $300 for these glasses. Looks like I'm just out $300. Lesson learned the hard way.

Paid for shipping of 3-5 days, over a week and a half later still dont know when it is coming. Paid for 3-5 days. At least say when itll actually coming. Still dont think they deserve the money I spent on the shipping genuinely needing glasses. No fault to the customer service people for working for such a terrible company but they couldnt even give me a time frame of when they would come. Just apologized that this company didnt tell me that 3-5 days would be production then 3-5 days for shipping and guess what still passed that and don't have them. I was happy I got my glasses cheaper but at least when I spent $400 a pair they would give me real expectations. Thank you GlassesUSA for making me realize Id rather spend more money on truth and actual customer service. I've never been one for reviews online but felt like I needed to help people not make3 a bad decision and not reccomend this to friends like I did at first.

I had no idea not all glasses from GlassesUSA are made in the United States. Shame on me for not looking into the company more. It wasn't until I got my tracking info did I see they where manufactured in India. I'm still waiting for them, 2 weeks and counting.
There is no need to ever purchase contacts from GlassesUSA when there are other that give much better customer service. When your prescription changes you need new contacts. Inevitably you have unused contact lenses. And the law does not allow you to resell those unused lenses so the ONLY option is for the entity that sold them to you to exchange them. I purchased two 90-count boxes of Acuvue Moist from GlassesUSA a couple of months before the COVID lockdown. I'm 67 and have hardly left the house in over a year. So I never wore my contacts. Now I have the vaccine and am able to go out again. My first trip was to get my eyes tested and of course my prescription has changed. I asked GlassesUSA to have some empathy for the situation and accept an exchange for these mint-condition unopened 90-count boxes perhaps with a restocking fee. They flat refused and have a 30-day return/exchange program that is RIGID. Even hearing my story about why I never used them and the fact that it makes no difference to them to do an exchange and they KNOW that my only other option is to throw them in the trash they refused to do anything to assist. Why would a contact lens wearer EVER buy from GlassesUSA when they are others like EZContacts, who have no limit on exchanges as long as the contacts are less than 2 years from expiration, and Visionpros who have a one year return policy?
Stay away from GlassesUSA or at least be aware of how you will be treated when you need to do an exchange. BTW, who will ever want to do an exchange on contacts within 30 days? Prescriptions don't change that fast...

I ordered from this site about 3 weeks ago. I paid for the fastest shipping as I need my glasses ASAP. It said they would be delivered in at least a week. I have now been waiting 3 weeks, every time I try to email them I get the same email sent back time and time again. I am so unimpressed with this company and expected more as their rating is so good. My glasses haven't even been SHIPPED yet. At this point I might just cancel my order.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
