Absolutely awful. I purchased two pairs of glasses and paid expedited shipping because I had a flight soon, and one order says shipped but hasn't arrived at USPS for 7 days and another has been in production for 11 DAYS now. I call and they just keep telling me it's on the way and the order is shipped. NO IT HASNT. I have a flight tomorrow and now I'll be blind in an airport. I can't tell you how mad I am.
I still have not received a refund from an order over a month ago with wrong prescription contact lens. They claim to verify with your eye doctor, but they don't. My eye doctor did not verify the wrong prescription, but they shipped the product anyways. It costed me about $5 more to ship back, which was 2 weeks ago. They keep telling me they have not received the return yet, I live in the US. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they claimed to not have one... This is really sketchy and I am starting to think it is a scam. They stopped responding back to me. I think I will have my bank start a fraud claim. If I could give them a negative 3 Star, I would!

Title says most of it, I'll also note that after having the glasses for a few months the prescription doesnt seem as accurate as when I first got glasses, I can go back and forth between my first pair of glasses and this new pair and the first pair gives me crystal clear vision where this new pair is just kind of a middle ground. Not super impressed with Glasses USA, I would definitely shop around before ordering again considering the 4+ week ship time and less than accurate prescription.

Refuse to provide numbers for company senior managers where I could call to resolve. I ordered prescription sunglasses from GlassesUSA but apparently, there was an error in processing because my order came up as "fashion" frames even though I had uploaded a prescription and selected Rx glasses. I called right away and the agent assured me that she would communicate with the production department and that they would check with me before beginning production to have me approve any price difference for a prescription. There was no word from them for a couple of days and I kept getting e-mails about how the glasses were moving through production (I ordered rush shipping since I was going abroad). I called twice to verify that the agent had communicated the error on their form and how I didn't want the glasses if they weren't prescription. Again, assurances but clearly no communication between departments. I received non-Rx glasses and then got an e-mail a couple of days later from the production department saying, "We shipped fashion frames."
Clearly, there was no actual communication between the customer service rep and the production department. I would have canceled the order right away when I called the first time, but the agent assured me they could fix it. Now, it's been a week since they received my glasses back (according to tracking) and no confirmation of receipt until I messaged them again asking for a refund. And they're still vague on whether they'll give me a full refund. They sent me a receipt with adjustment charges included now, which they never actually did when it came to my order.
Will never be purchasing from them again as I've probably been cheated out of funds and I don't have glasses for my trip of several weeks that I really needed them for.
Horrible company. Do not recommend.

My glasses fell apart just after a month of receiving them. All I needed was another screw. I contacted customer service who said they'd send a screw. I waited... and waited... and waited. And reached out again. And waited. They've been saying they'll look into this and send me a screw for four months now. There are NUMEROUS other online glasses retailers--please use one of them rather than this company.

I spec'd out a pair of Ray-Bans with polarized prescription lenses and submitted the order. The email I received said I had ordered two pair of non-prescription Ray-Bans with basic lenses. I immediately contacted them and asked them to cancel the order. The RMA form they sent me didn't work and despite repeated phone calls and emails they still shipped the glasses to me and charged me for them. Now I'm stuck trying to return them and arguing to get my money back. This has been a terrible experience and I'll never use them again.

If you are buy prescription sunglasses plan on them taking well over a month to be shipped to you. We ordered a pair at the end of May for a trip in July and as of early July still didn't have them. In fact we cancelled our order because of the run around we felt we were getting. Every call/email/chat we were told there was a problem in production and our order was being expedited. Here we are 3 almost 4 weeks later and still nothing. Never experienced this type of service before. You can't call to cancel your order you have to fill out a form on a PC not a mobile device and it will take at least 10 to 14 days to receive our refund. We hope we see that in a timely matter.

I ordered premium eye glasses from here. I didn't know how to read my prescription so I asked a glasses USA pro. They said I was far sighted when I am near sighted. I had to go back to my doctor to ask. I return my glasses about 3 times and now I can't get my money back or exchange them for the correct prescription. I wish I would of never gotten advice from their "pro" and gotten my full refund. They don't work well with stigmatism it is very hard to purchase glasses online. Now I'm left with glasses I can't see out of. It's a really nice frame.

I have been charged for my glasses 3 times from them when I have tried to work with them they refuse. It's completely unacceptable to just not work with your costumers. I've called them numerous times. When I tried to have them reverse the charges they told me it was only to make sure I had the funds in my account for the glasses. Then was told it may appear as a double charge when they are trying to refund me? Which just doesn't add up considering it's a negative charge not a positive. Now they are saying the third one is just the first one refreshing. I'm not working with my card company to dispute the charges. I absolutely can't believe they have any rating over 1. I never received a tracking number either. After complaining about the 2nd charge, my order number became unrecognizable in their system. It takes days to hear back from the billing department which you can only reach by email apparently. Just an absolute scam all around.

My order was sent 20days ago and has been "en route" for 15days. I have tried to contact GlassesUSA several times and told them that there might be something wrong with the delivery. DHL, which I think is the shipping partner of GlassesUSA, showed "tendered to the shipping provider". Whereas, I've confirmed with the local USPS, they have not received any items for this tracking number.
The customer service just gave me a bunch of canned message saying that they were within the timeframe which is 7-10 business days and it takes long long time to produce glasses. My question was where is my package not how long will it take to produce! BTW, the initial estimated delivery was even June 10th, 2021. I guess even it arrives on June 10th 2031, it can still be "en route". After waiting for many days, when it came to not within timeframe, I contacted GlassesUSA again and asked if they could track the package correctly and tell me where exactly is the package! They just told me to cancel the order, which I really had nothing to say. When they were within "their" timeframe, they let you wait. When the delivery is delayed, they said okay you just cancel your order. Then what's the point to order glasses from GlassesUSA! Always canned messages, no problem-solving skills or even intentions. Stay away! Red flag!

I was very nervous getting RX lenses online especially because their price was a lot lower than most. I ordered Oakley Splitshot's with RX lenses, and after ordering changed my mind on the color, I called their customer service and they changed my order with no issues, it did take about 3 weeks to get my glasses but they arrived yesterday and I am extremely happy with the accuracy of the prescription and the build quality. They shipped with a case, cleaning cloth and we're packaged well. I will definitely recommend them to friends, and no Im not getting paid to write this and don't work for them. I'm just truly happy with how well they did with my glasses.

I have purchased several pairs of glasses through Glasses USA, including prescription glasses and prescription sun glasses. Generally Glasses USA is okay to do business with but I find their Ray-Ban Sun Glasses do not hold up compared to original Ray-Ban Glass. A little over a year on this purchase and the inside of the glasses have started etching. I reached out to customer support snd they just don't stand behind their product and i find their customer service to be lacking. It's almost like their glasses have some kind of a film over them like a window tint. Glasses ship from Israel or Thailand. They just won't last much longer than a year. Also for this level of support and the fact that you don't get the Ray-Ban logo on the glass, it just makes more sense to buy directly from Ray-Ban. I only recommend GlassesUSA for regular glasses, if you want good prescription sun glasses with a name brand, this is definitely not the place. You will end up buying a new pair of glasses every year and sometimes Glasses USA charges you more then other websites for the frames. Your not really saving that much money and the level of support just is not there.

Ordered 4pair glasses same day 2 distance 2 near, took over month for 2 to show up then 3 weeks more for other 2, all 4 cannot open easily incredible hard to fold, they had to ship in huge triangle cases as cannot fold enough to fit in regular case, had to bring to kens crafters who said why would someone shape these like this clearly no one inspects, who inspects these and ships anyway wtf no quality check and someone should be fired, customer service on chat room could give a crap said ship back and will replace, wait so two more months without glasses, stay away pay a little more elsewhere for better workmanship and better customer service you've been warned!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.

Multifocal / bifocal / tinted lenses / polycarbonate lenses: approximately 6 business days
Once your glasses are ready our Quality Assurance Team will test them for approximately 1-2 business days before shipping them out.
Shipping can take between 5-10 business days, depending on the Courier:

Expedited (additional fee): up to 5-7 business days
