My glasses fell apart just after a month of receiving them. All I needed was another screw. I contacted customer service who said they'd send a screw. I waited... and waited... and waited. And reached out again. And waited. They've been saying they'll look into this and send me a screw for four months now. There are NUMEROUS other online glasses retailers--please use one of them rather than this company.
