I'm on my third pair of glasses with the company, and because delivery has been so slow in the past, this time, I ordered and paid for expedited delivery. Today I discovered my new glasses are with DHL for delivery, but it would be 2 weeks before I had them. Customer Service was decidedly unhelpful. I suggested that either delivery needed to be faster or get back the money I paid for expedited delivery. The rep. All but hung up the phone on me. I'm undecided about ordering from them again. I've tried every way I know how to upload copies of the emails proving purchase. That didn't work any better than customer service, but it helped me decide about using GlassesUSA again.
