The lenses or prescription glasses produced by this company is a JOKE. This company is the very definition of SCAM artist. This company's actual name is OPTIMAX SERVICES based in TEL AVIV, ISRAEL and doing business under the name GlassesUSA while deceptively advertising that they are headquartered in the US. The name GlassesUSA is their online store name, but they ship products under another name which is Flying Cargo Logistics, and that latter name is also doing business as RIM Logistics. Confused yet? All of this is to shield their true identity from consumers to avoid liability. Once I placed the order, the company stated that it will take 6 days for production to complete the lenses, another 2-3 days for "rigorous 5-strip quality control check", then the glasses will shipped afterwards. It took two weeks to receive my glasses with the WRONG PRESCRIPTION, NO ANTI-REFLECTIVE coating, as a matter of fact, I was seeing the reflection of my own eyes' while wearing those horrible glasses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Chinese made lenses are far superior in quality and craftsmanship. When I asked the company rep how can the company send the wrong prescription despite their claim of "2-3 rigorous quality assurance test", the rep stated, "I'm not sure, we just tell customers whatever is written on the customer service scripts." Another rep stated that the company's sorting facility Optimax takes time to sort out the glasses that were shipped from Israel, so that's why the company says it takes 6 days for production and 2-3 for quality assurance. Deceptive practices, false advertising, and the worst, cheaply made lenses that I've ever seen in over 20 years of experience buying and wearing glasses.

After my initial review, Glasses USA got in touch with me. Though not admitting any responsibility, Glasses USA did replace my glasses.
They lost my glasses and blamed me.
The site indicated they had received my package. The site indicated my glasses were in production. The site indicated my glasses were in final, quality inspection. Then, the site said they were shipped.
All lies. Now, they claim they have not received them.
I'm enjoying my prescription sunglasses in less than two weeks after ordering.
Great selection and love the try on option. Good quality frames and lenses with fast shipment.
Good experience shopping for my prescriptions, better and easier than finding a place to do this. And I saved money and got a BOGOFREE.
Very easy to navigate I just thought I would get a discount or buy one get one
I was totally and completely ripped off by this SCAM company, which is based out of ISRAEL, not the USA. They sent me cheap Chinese GARBAGE, and to make a long story short did NOT honor their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee".
So I ended up disputing this charge with my credit card company and my credit card company DEBITED GlassesUSA for 100% of the purchase price and CREDITED me back. Wonderful!
What people don't seem to understand that since GlassesUSA uses Visa & Mastercard, they have NO CONTROL over Visa & Mastercard issuing refunds and debiting GlassesUSA back. GlassesUSA simply loses, and the consumer wins. Simple as that.
Of course GlassesUSA would never want this to get out, they make you think that you have to go through GlassesUSA for a refund. That is simply false.
I can't tell you how GREAT it felt to stick it to GlassesUSA the way they tried to stick it to me.

If you did then all the bad reviews would stop, and clearly they haven't. Have you even bothered to read how many people have been ripped off by GlassesISRAEL? (Your "US Headquarters" is nothing but a PO Box out of "Lex Pack & Ship". Do a Google Street View and you will see it clearly. GlassesUSA is really based out of Tel Aviv).
GlassesISRAEL only exists because it rips off it's customers. I have made it my mission to tell the TRUTH about your SCAM operation and will continue to do so on all formats and every review site that isn't manipulated by employees like you. The more people that I can convince to dispute their charges and get refunds is less money you can steal from your unwitting customers.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
