I had ordered a pair of glasses on 5/26/18 and I fear my money is about to disapear. I returned the glasses because they were to big and had found a pair somewhere else that would suit me. Now some how, my money has ended up in "store credit" limbo. No one in customer service can help me except to send on email to the financial department. Today is 2/21/19 and I have now found out that if I don't use my "store credit" with in 9 months my money disappears. I NEED new glasses and they aren't willing to help me but to send an email to financing THEN only transfere me to one supervisor.
I have two sons and I'm currently wearing glasses with tape on them. Plus, fear that if these break I won't be able to work because I can't drive with out them.

Ordered 2 pair. 1 came severely lopsided and the second weren't even prescription. Was informed I could return... would take 45 days to send them back to Thailand and get a refund. Very upset.

@GlassesUSA is probably the worst low-grade online company I have had to deal with. On my 3rd incorrect pair of glasses I requested a refund. Simple.
They have sent 4 emails and 3 Facebook messages that their policy is only "zinc Store Credit".
I don't want anymore of their junk, look alike eyewear, I want my money back and learned my lesson. I was wrong. I did not shop local, thinking I was saving a couple dollars.
All they tell me is: Store credit is non refundable Russell, we're very sorry. You can place a new order with the store credit we provided.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
