Stole $193 dollars from me by talking me out of refund and issuing a credit that expired. Ordered 2 pair, one worked, and other didn't. Sent bad pair back for refund and they called and persuaded me to get store credit. Well that was a mistake! Loss the money cuz credit expired after 90 days... RIP off! And the pair of glasses I did keep ended up stretching and fitting lopsided with 2 months... very low quality frames.

One was supposed to take 65% off and took 4$ off a 100$ order. Another one was supposed to give me a second pair of glasses for free but wouldn't direct me to choose a second pair and when I would just do it my way and add a second pair to the cart it would be charging for both even with the coupon code. POOR QUALITY GLASSES AND THEY DON'T FULFILL THEIR WARRANTY CLAIMS. Within their 1 year warranty period the polarization on my progressive lens sunglasses that I paid $100 extra for started flaking off. I have always been VERY careful with them and always kept them in their case when not being used because I typically keep my sunglasses for at least several years before replacing them. I sent GlassesUSA pictures and details per their request. They reviewed everything I sent and agreed that the polarization was defective through no fault of my own. I expected them to give me a replacement pair or at least have them repair mine when I contacted them within their warranty period. Their solution? They refused to repair or replace my defective sunglasses. The instead backed their warranty by offering me a $49 discount if I buy another pair of sunglasses from them! My bad for believing their marketing claims regarding quality, service, and warranty!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
