Easy to look up on the internet. Just need to have the Prescription with you when you order. Everything is easy to measure and you have an opportunity to Chat with someone if you have any questions. Can't get any easier than that!

I got glasses from Glassesusa.com last year. They fit and focused great. I just managed to lose 2 pair in one week. I'm sure they will show up but I need them now. They should be here in 3-4 days. With BOGOFREE it was $100 for 2 pair single vision using my old rx. (Each added option will cost more.) You can fax the rx or fill in the blanks. You can "try them on" with your computer camera.
I was trying hard to find a way to get a prescription for my glasses without having to pay an arm and a leg! Glasses USA's Prescription scanner saved me money and the choices of glasses are endless! This has been the worst online ordering experience ever! My glasses have not arrived in going on 3 weeks. I ordered fro glasses.com on the same day and received my order in 4 days with email updates every step of the way. I had not gotten any updates on status after waiting two weeks so I inquired. Customer Service responded as if this was typical and gave me a canned FAQ response rather than researching my issue. To date, my glasses have not been delivered and cannot be tracked and even with inquiry to customer service I have not been helped nor has anyone shown any consideration or offered apology. Cheap glasses because they have a cheap poorly trained staff. Not worth it. Glasses.com is my now go to. So much better than Glassesusa. Dont waste your time

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
