The site walks the customer through the ordering process every step of the way. I lost one of my lenses and when I called my local store they were going to charge me $32 for just the lens! With Glasses USA BOGO sale I am getting 2 pair of single vision glasses for $45! I just ordered them so I don't have an opinion on the quality or speed yet.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses one of which was prescription sunglasses. Was happy at first until the regular pair broke. I called customer service and was told I only had 1 day left of my exchange period and had to fill out a form immediately or I couldn't exchange them. Well I'm a thousand miles from home and won't be home for two weeks. I asked for a supervisor and she said there wasn't one. When I was able to fill out the form it says must send broken pair in within 6 days or it will not be processed. Went to Walmart and bought a cheap frame and needless to say glasses USA has lost my business and every one I know because of their poor customer service. UPDATE after submitting this review they reached out to me saying they were sending me a new pair thus restoring my faith in glasses usa.

Some nice ways to explore glasses, but found it hard to save frames and compare them... (and sites seems kind of slow. But could be my internet speed.)
But. I was promised a 65% discount on my first order. Found through chat that this didn't apply to frames on sales. Not thrilled.
