This was my first time ordering. I ordered a pair I found a bit bigger than I normally wear. I ordered a second smaller pair and waited to have them both in hand to compare so I could make a better choice. I was contacted by iLook warning that the size was different than my previous, which at that time they were not aware of my size. I ended up returning the first pair which was made easy to do with the very clear procedure iLook communicated. The refund took a while but in the end came through. The customer service is top notch. They were in constant contact with me throughout the process even following up with a phone call by Zoey who was lovely and understanding and encouraged to always feel free to reach out if I needed any further assistance. So proud this is a Canadian company.

I've purchased three pair of progressives, one pair are sunglasses and I find they first quality glasses and I will return in the future. If you're like me you're hesitating at first but go ahead everything is guaranteed.

The customer service team is very helpful and assisted me in changing my address after a mix-up on my part. They also reached out to ensure that the glasses I ordered were correct as they differed from past orders (I needed a slightly looser pair to wear when experiencing a migraine). Altogether, I would highly recommend this site and look forward to ordering my next pair from them as well!

I have ordered a number of glasses over the years with no issue. This last order had a problem; one lense keept popping out and will not sit on the plastic wire properly. This is frustrating. I appreciate the quick email response. I am still waiting for further instructions.

I was cautious that these glasses would not be what was advertised but that vanished when I received my first order of glasses. They worked out better than I could believe. I then ordered multiple glasses for other members of the family and some of the prescriptions were quite unusual. I received a follow up email to verify what I ordered which were completed in a decent amount time. The only thing that caused me some concern was shipping was sloooow but that is the problem with Canada Post. Maybe a courier might speed up delivery. This was money well spent.

Shopping for prescription glasses was easier than expected. ILook glasses made it so simple that I have been telling all my friends to check them out. After placing my order they even called me and asked me to please verify my sizing and after I had a family member measure it turned out to be a different size which tells me they really care. My glasses took about 7 days to arrive and I was very pleased with the quality and price.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.

This was my first time ordering glasses online. After some initial getting used to it, the process was quite easy. When my glasses arrived I was surprised at the clarity of the vision as my glasses seemed to be the best I have ever experienced and I have been wearing glasses for 57 years. My wife even was amazed at how better my vision seemed. The frames were a little disappointing in the quality but they were only $49 and being on a very limited budget they will be fine. I will certainly be buying any future eyeglasses from this place. Thankyou

Process was smooth and lenses are great. Glasses don't fit as well as I'd like however as they are too big. I tried to take them into a local optician to see if I could pay them to adjust the ear pieces. Needless to say, they absolutely weren't helpful and wouldn't touch them. So I have been trying to wear the glasses although they are loose and don't fit quite right.

Very disappointed in the glasses I received... corners are rough where arm meets glasses and they are not clear at all. Having problems seeing through and when they turn to sunglasses there's a big gap down the center that takes longer to turn. I have tried to make them work but had to order elsewhere... so disappointing

I was very pleased with how my order was handled. I hadn't put in my full script and they informed me right away, I hadn't put also choose the wrong size of glasses for my face. They did a search for several different glasses for me to look at. I couldn't be happier with this company.

I ordered new specs on a weekend, they arrived within a couple of days! The service is fantastic. The glasses were another nice surprise, they're just about perfect for me.

I am able to get two sunglasses and two regular glasses for half the price of one pair of glasses from my eye doctors office. In the past when I scratched a lense ilook helped me out and replaced the lense for cheap and no hassle. Best experience ever!

The customer service person I dealt with, was very thorough when it came to sizing my glasses and reached out a few times to ensure the measurements were accurate. If she had not done this, they would have not fit well.

It was first time I have ordered glasses online. I measured my old pair of glasses and aimed for very similar dimensions as I knew what I want. It took a couple of weeks to receive my glasses and everything was great. Frames quality is good, lenses are good as well. Just tools some time to get used to my new prescription, that's it.

My entire family has switched to Ilook. Service and quality are excellent, price is usually cheaper than most, and it is rarely more than a week to be delivered.

I was a little nervous buying my glasses online but between the great customer service and the virtual try on, I found some great styles that fit perfectly. I am very pleased with all the affordable options and how each pair of my glasses look. Plus I love supporting a Canadian company.

I was worried as my progressive lenses are complicated and the frames need to be small. Everything is great, the prescription is perfect and the price can't be beat. And I get to support Canada. What's not to love?

I found the iLookGlasses website easy to navigate and filling in my prescription, once I placed the order all I did was wait for my glasses to arrive. I am glad with the frame I picked, I like it and fit very well. I am happy about my experience with iLookGlasses.

I made a PD mistake and customer care caught it and contacted me before filling the prescription. Very diligent. My only comment on the glasses is I wish they offered glass lenses. I prefer a heavier pair of glasses. Other than that, they offer a wide variety of frames, in both metal and plastic and half frames, so I am a return customer. My son also gets his glasses here. PLUS...they are a Canadian company!
