This smart band is awesome! Came nicely wrapped, was in nice transparent film. Box was also intact. Seller shipped the order really fast and I received this item in aproximately 15 days. Alarm clock is just wonderful. Now I can get up slowly and I don't need to rush to find my phone ringing. Sleep tracking is quite accurate also. Mi fit app is really good and I don't understand why it has such a low rating in google play... In general, even if heart rate measuring and sleep tracking aren't that great, in other means this smartband overdo them all. And for such price you will never find anything better.
Everything is perfect except that heart rate monitor isn't very accurate and you can not measure your heart rate continuously. But for such price it is a really wonderful fitness tracker!

On before ordering i have confirmed with the support people and they have informed if i do not like i can return it on with in 45 days and full refund will be credited. But now few of the watches are not working and few items are not working. I found Gearbest by a fluke, looking for a very hard to find item. I was hesitant at first but the price for the item was too great to pass up. I ordered it, it was trackable, arrived in a timely fashion and worked beyond my experience expectation.

Ordered some masks from Gearbest and not only did the delivery take a month but turned out to be a knockoff of an authentic Korean brand. It charged more for these masks claiming they were "Korean made", shipped from the "USA." My order was actually shipped from a China warehouse and there's even a typo/misspelling on the packaging the masks were in. If you can read Korean you'd recognize it right away, especially when compared to the packaging of the authentic Korean brand it tried to copy.
I just want to warn: they said thing that aren't true. On the first of September they emailed me that they shipped out the item with tracking number, after few days that the item seemed stacked I contacted DAC Italy (the courier) and they said they don't have received the item from GearBest yet. Is this a normal way to do things? I think this is not normal and fair.
I'll ask PayPal my money back.

GearBest is a very good seller. I never had any issues with my orders or shipments, all the products that i buyed in Gearbest.com.
The WebSite have a nice layout, very organized, they also have a lot of promotions and discounts.
I have bought many things from Gearbest, mostly mobile phones and i have to say that all my orders came fast and everything were perfect. Everything was as described and most of the time they provide a coupon to give you some discount which is cool!
Now that i need aftersales support about a defective phone i have to say that the whole service is just a joke. I would say stay away!

In April 25 this year I order SoundIntone P6 Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Headset from Gearbest. The number of order was Order No: **************619.
They deliver a order really fast, in about two weeks.
The box of product was sealed well and intact. The headphones are really good, my daughter is delighted.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
