Xiaomi mi band 2

This smart band is awesome! Came nicely wrapped, was in nice transparent film. Box was also intact. Seller shipped the order really fast and I received this item in aproximately 15 days. Alarm clock is just wonderful. Now I can get up slowly and I don't need to rush to find my phone ringing. Sleep tracking is quite accurate also. Mi fit app is really good and I don't understand why it has such a low rating in google play... In general, even if heart rate measuring and sleep tracking aren't that great, in other means this smartband overdo them all. And for such price you will never find anything better.

Everything is perfect except that heart rate monitor isn't very accurate and you can not measure your heart rate continuously. But for such price it is a really wonderful fitness tracker!

Ok, i try to write my Review in English! But my last English-Lesson is many years in the past... so i hope people will understand me?!

I ordered serveral Times at GearBest and I am very pleased
With GearBest. The Shipping is fast! You have to know, I live in Germany and it takes
7 - 9 Days to deliver.
They have many offers, low prices and good quality Products.

Great shop

I have already tried many different shops like Gearbest but found out that Gearbest is one of the best. There are many reasons why, the prices are great, shipping time as well with several options how to ship the product to the destination. One of my latest orders was a Xiaomi Mijia IR sensor / light (WW**************). Product came very quickly, without damage, working as expected... just good experience!

Great products with a good price

If I want to order something, I always look at first on GB, as they have a great support, with various shipping option which suits my needs. I live in Hungary, and my orders were always in perfect condition, so I really recommend this site.

Hey friends, Please do not buy any product in gear best website. Product are very worst and damaged one. Customer support is very worst after sales there is no support.

I have received the product as expected date, bcz i order it as expedite and the product was very worst. On before ordering i have confirmed with the support people and they have informed if i do not like i can return it on with in 45 days and full refund will be credited. But now few of the watches are not working and few items are not working. I am very much disappointed on this, So please those who are interested to buy please read this review and do not loose your money. I found this website in face book and the designs are very good, so i have ordered around 30 watches to give a gift, 80% of watches are worst and not to wear, very worst quality. Thanks for reading and save your money.

Great experience

Ordered a robot vacuum, ilife v5s pro. Got the item in month. Very pleased with the product! They processed the payment from my credit card with-in minutes. Then shipped the item after 2-3 days, even though it was while black friday.

I found Gearbest by a fluke, looking for a very hard to find item. I was hesitant at first but the price for the item was too great to pass up. I ordered it, it was trackable, arrived in a timely fashion and worked beyond my experience expectation.

Since then I have placed several orders, at unbelievable prices, for quality merchandise. When there was a problem with an item received defective, my dedicated customer service representative, was very attentive with communication and taking care of the issue right away. She and the rest of the Gearbest team provided OUTSTANDING Customer Service which earned them a Loyal Customer

Ordered some masks from Gearbest and not only did the delivery take a month but turned out to be a knockoff of an authentic Korean brand. It charged more for these masks claiming they were "Korean made", shipped from the "USA." My order was actually shipped from a China warehouse and there's even a typo/misspelling on the packaging the masks were in. If you can read Korean you'd recognize it right away, especially when compared to the packaging of the authentic Korean brand it tried to copy.

I just want to warn: they said thing that aren't true. On the first of September they emailed me that they shipped out the item with tracking number, after few days that the item seemed stacked I contacted DAC Italy (the courier) and they said they don't have received the item from GearBest yet. Is this a normal way to do things? I think this is not normal and fair.
I'll ask PayPal my money back.

I have bought many things from Gearbest, mostly mobile phones and i have to say that all my orders came fast and everything were perfect. Everything was as described and most of the time they provide a coupon to give you some discount which is cool!
Now that i need aftersales support about a defective phone i have to say that the whole service is just a joke. I would say stay away!

... worst of them all. Product's desription mentioned 15-20 business days and today I got told that I will get my product without any notice in 40 business days...

Don't trust them - Dont Buy.

The Best Shopping page experience where i buy.

All the pages should be like GearBest, your shopping system is totally programmable, from month to month it improves the experience of its users. Their products are guaranteed and protected against most of what could represent a bad experience. Customer service is not limited to only support in English, it has improved multilanguage. Gearbest not only shoots massive products, it also protects the loyalty of its users.

I'm buying on gearbest for 8 months and everything went perfectly. I only have some issues with a problems two times and the customer service allways gave me a solution fast enought. They are allways available to help you.

My favorite online store

After spending time and money in other webstores i finally found Gearbest and my trust on online shopping changed completely, now when i want to buy something i first see if its available in Gearbest and without doubting i buy it, pre and post sell service is excellent and they have Colombia registered as a shipping option which is an outstanding service.If you have any issues you send them a ticket or via chat they tried to solve them as quick as possible in a very dilligent way, besides they have a points reward system which really helps yout buy when you want something but you don't have all the money. Until today it has been more than 40 orders placed and almost none issues..

Terrible Avoid!

I ordered 7 days ago, order says processing. Finally got a response "out of stock will fill order in 7- 14 days" but their site says in stock. So I cancelled the order

Also their site says "Free shipping on all items" not true, some items have shipping costs.

Gearbest The Best!

The GearBest, is one of the most my favourite online stores. Goods which are on sale on Gearbest qualitative and at the favorable price + it is possible to receive still additional balls (Points) which it is possible to pay 30% of cost of purchase. It is very good that on the page of goods
Always it is possible to look at responses with photos and video it facilitates a choice upon purchase.
Also they have very good back coupling, the staff answers all questions very quickly and are always ready to help. I recommend this shop.

In April 25 this year I order SoundIntone P6 Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Headset from Gearbest. The number of order was Order No: **************619.
They deliver a order really fast, in about two weeks.
The box of product was sealed well and intact. The headphones are really good, my daughter is delighted.
I will buy from this shop again.
