I love going to fry's there is just something about it. If you like electronics there is nowhere else I can think of that is like fry's. If you not lucky enough to live by a Fry's then you can still go to the website. They have a lot of stuff to look at. I use fry's online store more for finding hard to find parts and getting part numbers when trying to build or fix a computer. I usually just find the part I need and go to fry's in person to get it. So as far as shipping goes I can't tell you. What I can tell you is if need a part that is hard to find they probably have it.
The purchase for a washer and dryer went well; the price was not too bad. Two years later, the purchase is not looking too good. At this point, I may have to go out and buy a cheap dryer for the house because the Frys service department at this point is a "no show". I have a "Frys In-house" ticket number which tells everyone involved that I have warranty service coming, but as previously stated, the Frys service department is a "no-show." This problem is making the Sears purchase that I passed up, look pretty good right now.
Purchased a laptop on frys.com used a gift card to pay for it and a credit card. Order went through. We got confirmation on the website, so I let the kid play with the gift card.
Long story short, the laptop was never shipped, trying to call frys customer service you will have to wait 10-20 minutes average. (first time i called the guy acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up).
They try to call the store to see why it's not shipped and the store customer service won't answer. They will ask for a number to call you back when someone is available (they won't). Trying to call them right now the 5th time.
What's on their site is never available in store, even when it says it is and store confirms it. They get you to "buy up" aka something more expensive that you didn't want and that item will rarely work for very long, if it isn't DOA entirely.
Update. Had to deal with them on an attempted warranty the other day on a different product. They put these stickers on their refurb that say "we honor full manufacturer's warranty." Well they don't. That's a laugh and a half. Call center tells you to go into the store where you're at the mercy of the store manager. No way to talk to the store manager on the phone and they don't respond to emails.
So I have a higher-end video card that still has 3 years left on a full warranty that's essentially a paperweight. Manufacture would have covered it if it had been entered into warranty but it never had... so someone took the warranty card... leaves me with this darn card and the bill to boot.
Completely worthless. Buy from anywhere else.
I placed an order on Frys.com Friday and today I received a call from my bank alerting me that someone had fraudulently made a purchase using my credit card the same credit card that I used to pay for my order with Frys. In reading the other reviews, there needs to be a class action lawsuit brought against Frys since this seems to be a reoccurring issue and needs to be resolved immediately.
I took my computer in because it had a blue screen and it was trying to repair itself with no a veil. They told me it was $35.00 to look at it and they told me to come back in 2 hours. When I came back the tech told me to take it home and I could try a test at home. If it doesn't work I would need to by a new hard drive for $150.00 or a new computer. I did exactly what he told me to do of course it didn't work. So basically they got $35.00 from me for doing nothing!
This is a review of Frys delivery service. I am shocked and amazed. I have used this service twice. Today, at 10:00 a.m., I placed an order, online, for 100 blank memorex cd's. It was delivered at 12:30 p.m.! And the delivery charge was $1.99. I am not kidding. $1.99! Are they out of their mind?! This is amazing! Best delivery service ever! BEST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!
Frys Electronics sent a microwave i had cancelled. I emailed Fry's and the person i talked to said they would send me return postage. When i call about the email saying they would send me return postage. Their customer service workers are Rude. The rep i talked to called me a liar and said you bought yourself a microwave and hung up the phone. After spending more that 1 hour i got hung up on. Plus i had a microwave cooker and 3 pairs of Pliers they said they would not refund that money. After they cheated a 75 year old man i had already bought a Microwave from a local store. The customer service man said now you have a backup.
I bought a computer from Frys. I asked for help picking out the perfect one. The guy directed me to the computer I have now, saying this was the fasted computer, works wonders, and better than XYZ brand. Got home, turned it on and immediately notice it was slow as dog $#*! and froze everytime I wanted to do simple tasks. Months previous, I bought a printer- NEVER WORKED well. Do not trust Fry's. I think they referbish electronics and resell them.
The mecca for all geeks - I get lost in here for weeks at a time. They have the best return policy on the planet. If its broken, just return it. If you get tired of it, just return it. Just don't ever buy something that was returned even if its 10% off.
Tried to place an order, they declined both cards I tried to use, so I ordered from another site. They charged my cards anyway and didn't ship me what I ordered. They stole over $2000 from me before I reported them. Hopefully they get the justice they deserve and go to jail where they belong..
I did not see these types of site and service because I buy one camera from this site. After the one week the camera did not work properly I tried to contact frys.com site but they did not give good response. I paid big amount for this camera but it is not good.
Pre-ordered a Wii U Deluxe on Sept. 16,2012 for my autistic son. Called frys.com to confirm recent of my order and it was confirmed with a confirmation number. In addition, I received a confirmation of my order via email. Recalled frys.com on 11/10/12 to confirm my order will be shipped on 11/18/12 and again was told yes. Now on 11/20/12, am told that my order will not be fulfilled. Only the Frys stores received the product. This is the worst customer service ever. Will never buy from Frys.com again.
To start off the computer department guest service was outstanding I didn't even have to approach the crew memebers they came to me. I woulda never thought buying a brand new computer would be so easy I would like to recommend to people to go check out the Burbank CA Location. It has great guest service and are willing to help you out when ever you need help or have any type of questions.
I like Fry's. Every time I wanted something from there, I got. I have no problem with Fry's. I never ordered on line, but I look at their website, call the store for the product, and never have no problem with getting what I want. The product is always in stock.
I drove 1 hour to get to Fry's, I got what I wanted, went to price match 2 items at the sales desk and it took over 30 minutes (there computers are super duper slow - my smart phone was way way faster than there computers). Then when I get up to the front to purchase, I show my resale certificate (that the State of Texas tells you to furnish to suppliers - the same certificate that every other company accepts) and they say they require a different certificate that says on it to display on the business wall. Why would I have that certificate if it is supposed to be on the wall of my business? No where on their website does it state what certificate you need. Hey Randy (CEO) thanks for wasting my time.

Nice stores, they look good, products look good. The problem is that it seems to me that the products that they sell are of inferior quality, I bought 3 drones, and for 3 days had to take them back. 3 different drones, every time I took one back I upgraded to a better one, until finally I gave up and took the last one back for a refund. Getting a refund was not a problem at all. This was not the first time I had a problem with their products.
At first I odered because it had 4.5 star reviews. I'm now 5 days in and regretting that. I ordered an item on Friday with 2 day shipping. I get a call on Tuesday (the day it should arrive) saying I need to verify it. So it gets verified and I'm told by the customer service at the time that it will arrive Wednesday in the PM. I ask her again to confirm and again I'm told Wednesday in the PM. Now here it is Wednesday and my tracking is telling me it will arrive Thursday between 7 and 9pm. So I've been postponed, lied to, postponed again, and all this before I even get to see whether these $#*!ing idiots broke my package or not. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give less than that.

Answer: I used to shop at Fry's when I was in the United States and I now live in China and have actually visited a factory where some of the Beats products are manufactured. Fry's products are all genuine products. During my 5+ years of shopping at Fry's, they have always given me excellent service and refunded my purchase price if ever I needed to make a return. If want FAKE products then try a famous auction web site, some no-name web sites with lots of bad English grammar and too-good-to-be-true prices shipped from Asia. Alternatively, you could book a flight to Shenzhen, China and I could introduce you to many Beats counterfeits. Fry's is a great place to shop and I highly recommend them for good price and quality products. I hope you enjoy your new Beats headphones when you finally get them.
