I do not recommend this service. There are other companies that provide the same service but are way more efficient. They had my shipment for over a week as they just kept undulating me, via email, of where I was at in the queue. If they're too busy yet don't want to hire more employees then I'd rather go with a different company that can get the job done faster.

TLDR: I had a small statue shipped to their German warehouse. I paid the fee for fedex economy shipping and I eventually got it 2 weeks later (delay while in fedex hands). Everything was very transparent, my package arrived undamaged.
Long Version:
This was my first time using a forwarding service. There was a resin statue I've been eyeing for awhile that was only sold through the publisher's eu and uk websites with no shipping options for the US. Getting the warehouse addresses from forward2me was very simple, they had 1 for the uk, 1 for germany and a few others.
I could not pay for the statue with my credit card because the website I wanted to order on did not allow the option to enter the US as country for the billing address, even though I had put a uk address. I submitted the request to have forward2me make the purchase on my behalf. They declined because even though it was the uk website, the package would ship to the UK from the EU and would have to go through customs to get to them. I thought that was polite of them to reject the request knowing there would be issues.
I was quite sad, not gonna lie. I was able to set up paypal to make the statue purchase a few days later -I hadn't thought of that at first because I just don't use paypal. I had the statue shipped to their German warehouse. I got an email when it arrived with description of the contents. Seems they do open the packages, but it makes sense they would- wild assumption that there are some things they cannot or will not ship internationally.
Upon getting the notification I logged in to check the shipping options. I paid for the cheapest fedex option which was international economy. I can't speak to how their prices compare to other services. They do let you keep the package there for 30 days and the option to have multiple things shipped to them and consolidated so you can save on shipping that way. I don't intend on ordering anything else from overseas anytime soon though so I just paid for my one item. I got the fedex tracking info maybe a day later.
Once in Fedex's hands, it traveled quite a bit in many directions before getting stuck for a week due to operational delays on fedex part. Total between ordering the item and getting it, it took 2 weeks and only for a day or 2 was it in forward2me's hands.
The statue and its box arrived in perfect condition today. I'm quite pleased, it looks great! I don't think I will be ordering from abroad anytime soon just because with so many hands and package having to pass through US customs, there are many opportunities for something to go wrong and I was very stressed waiting. That's not the company's fault, just the way things are. I'm happy with the service and will use them again if I have such a need in the future.

Ordered a jacket from London to be sent though this service. After noticing it was delivered to my UK address and not receiving notice on how to get it shipped to my address, I emailed them. They then told me it was because it had to go through a second inspection after the first one, which is ridiculous. (keep in mind this was after giving me run around for tracking numbers and sender details, which im sure they already had) they're autobot kept closing my requests without answering my questions. Finally they tried to say that the item wasn't there, when that is a lie because they told me it was there and they needed to do a second inspection. They then asked me to send proof as if I didnt already send them a tracking number. I sent the proof and I haven't gotten a response yet, just another autobot merging my request.
Frustrated and scammed, I will give them one more day to make this right or else im getting a refund and filing a report. This is disgusting.

I've been using them on a regular basis for the past year or so and the quality of service has been outstanding. The entire staff has been great, Mrs Laura C. From customer service most recently. Being a repeat customer consistency is key and now after a dozen or more orders with excellent service from them I'm confident it will continue. I was fully expecting some minimal damage with my previous order due to the size and quantity of fragile contents. That was not the case, it was prepared and packed superbly by Simon. I've dealt with other forwarding companies in the past so I speak from experience when I say F2me is the best.

Kept my package for over a year unable to ship it. Charged me 3 times for shipping, suggested that i should ship the package to their warehouse in Germany where it's easier to forward it to my country and now they notified me that the package was destroyed in Germany. They refuse to refund my money of course. Employees probably used my items

As previously advised to you we are not liable to offer you the full original purchase value for the goods in your shipment due to the issue with your shipment being a customs hold and this is classified as an indirect loss. Any customs decisions made for shipments that we send through our service are beyond our control as the shipper and also the couriers.

We have since offered you an additional service gesture and we will be happy to offer to refund the original declared value of the perfume items from your H&M order that you originally stated for the package. We are not liable to offer a full refund for the original purchase value of the perfumes from your H&M order because this is not the total value you had declared the perfumes at prior to shipping. If this shipment had not been placed in a customs hold or destroyed and the shipment had been filed as an official loss claim with the couriers you would not be offered the full original purchase value of the goods back by the couriers and the value for the goods would be calculated and based on the couriers SDR rate.

I paid to have my package delivered via FedEx in 8 business days. The package was shipped on Nov. 19th and the last scan was on Nov. 21st.
I asked the company to step in and help. They told me they opened an inquiry with FedEx on their end and I did the same thing. After one week, FedEx told me they concluded the investigation, and my package is considered lost.
Since Nov. 26th, Customer service representatives have been telling me that "They are waiting to hear from FedEx." On my end, FedEx tells me that there is no way it can take that long to hear back from them that the package is lost. This company does not want to take responsibility and has been waiting for me to do exactly what I am doing right now--give up and let them keep my money.
I lost about $150 in all of this just before the holiday. It was a gift for my kid. I just wanted to share my experience.

I notified this company 2 weeks ago did I did not get a notification for this particular tracking number. It was never investigated. So in the process it looks like they collected the item from the local station and then perhaps took the item home or gave it to another customer. According to Aimee, all tracking numbers from every parcel are logged in the system accordingly. The only problem is that this particular parcel was not logged into the system despite being collected buy a person. So in the process I am completely screwed and have lost my parcel with no follow-up or communication. Beware!

Horrible service. First they will ask you to send your CC. After telling them that this is ILLEGAL they will quickly change their opinion by saying "you can block the other digits"... Only AFTER I warned them.
Even after telling them that I´ve used virtual cc so I can protect myself from such fraudulent company they still want a picture from CC.
Now I´ve sent all necessery documents even a utillity bill they somehow pretend like they have never received. They wanted again more documents from me. I´ve sent ID and they started asking me personal question such as where will this package go.
Disgusting. Should I ask costumer service "Nica" what is she doing at 11pm with her husband alone at home?!? NO!
They stole my identity and invaded my privacy.
DO NOT SEND THEM ANY DOCUMENTS.
I´ve already filed a criminal complaint here in Germany. We will also file a criminal complaint through "*******@nca.gov.uk".
I´ve filled those three charges:
1.) Identity theft
2.) Attempt to steal credit card number
3.) Stolen goods
I understand that you need to protect your company against fraudelent activities but stealing my documents and cc number? And asking personal question? That´s too much. You should be ashamed of yourself or fire those working in costumer service.

One of the worst and most incompetent services from a company, I paid an Ups shipment from London to Guatemala for more than 65.00 euros and the shipment was not delivered due to errors caused by Forward2me. The company refuses to refund and shows the cold shoulder, the best thing is from ups that there is confirmation that they have received the money back. Never again this company

Bought an item to get delivered here. On there website they show nothing about not allowing shipping to UK. Infact they show shipping to uk is 9pounds. So i went ahead and ordered my one time product to them and it got there, then on the site it wouldnt let me ship to UK obvious sign of a scam, so i contact them adn they say oh we dont ship to uk. They asked for the item invoice, so i provided, they refused to send, asked for a bank statement, i sent it they refused to send it. They started telling me oh thats not how an invoice looks, well im sorry thats how GOOGLE makes their invoice. Now im out of pocket with no item and staff even have the audacity to ask me for my card details. Will Update if they actually deliver. This is my 7th email to them and they refuse to give it to me.
Very fast and reliable service at a reasonable price. Of course they open your package to check the stuff, but they don't take anything out, so it's not a problem. I just think that it would be nicer if they offered a cheaper option for slower shipping.
This is simply the best cheapest and most reliable forwarding service I've ever used.
I wish I overed US services really as all the service providers out there are kind of inefficient and inconsistent, like they would do a good job this time and very poorly on the next occasion. This is by far far the most consistent and best overall performer PERIOD.

Forward2me are very dishonest with your privacy. They admitted to me that they open all my packages and go through the contents before they will ship them. This is NOT stated on their website, that basically you have no privacy & they can open what they want.
They did this to my package & then told me the item couldn't be shipped, when in actual fact it could be. Their assumption was just wrong.
I have since deleted my account and will never use them again. Many forwarders offer better services, without invading your privacy.

I used forward2me couple times now, they are fast respond, quick delivery at fair price.
Their customer services is very helpful and thoughtful, they will provide solutions and suggestions.
They allow you to return back to the sender (provided with return shipping by sender) at a few bucks, very flexible to shoppers like me always changing my mind.
They use plenty forwarders at a very fair price, I always chose DHL, fast, reliable and effective. I tried few others, they are relatively high at price compared with forward2me, one even saying to me it's not possible to use DHL at such a price!
Love it! Highly recommended.
