I was annoyed with the first shipment as there were many staples on the package and books covers that I shipped and it was not forward2 me fault, but the handeling company. However, when I complained to forward2me they gave the matter consideration and fixed the issue, the second parcel was well-packed without any issues.

I faced trouble with you many time Loss original boxes, delay shipping and expensive No choice between shipping company, all most shipping with FedEx and I asked you to change but nothing happened, any way I find another company,,, by your policy you will lose a lot of customers

Jamie, from the forward2me U. K. team, was extremely helpful in assisting me with my shipping requirements for a very small, lightweight package. It took some careful communication, by e-mail, for me to relay my particular requirements for the delivery of the package, but Jamie was very accommodating and understanding and managed to satisfy these requirements. I was anxious about my package being delivered to the destination warehouse in Delaware, USA but was given "to an individual" by USPS, so I contacted Forward2Me via email to ask why it was not displayed in my Shipping inventory on the Forward2Me site.
NICA assured me most parcels are displayed within 48 hours and so it was. I was really worried someone else accidentally took my parcel and made off with it at first, glad it panned out for me in the end

I have been using Forward2Me for over 13 years, and I can confidently say that they are one of the best package forwarding services out there! Their competitive prices and excellent customer support make them my go-to choice for shipping items to Greece.
The team at Forward2Me always does their best to assist with any issues and ensure that parcels are shipped efficiently. Over the years, they have been reliable, professional, and fast, which is why I continue to trust them for my deliveries.
One small downside is that there aren't many options when forwarding parcels to Crete, but I understand this is more due to courier limitations rather than Forward2Me itself. That said, they still offer great solutions, and I always receive my packages safely and in a timely manner.

The cell phone number didn't seem to work for me on some pages. I then wrote to support and Nica from support helped me immediately and within a few hours I was able to change the number and register. The support is very good!

The service provided by forward2me is top notch: I have used them several times and never had any issue, my parcels have always been reliably and quickly sent to me.
The conditions and pricing are absolutely transparent: just check the website and you will know what is going to happen and what you are paying.

Sent a package from the UK main warehouse to Spain and it got stuck in customs. FedEx was useless in solving the problem. Julie from forward2you customer service was very helpful. She provided me with the documents I needed to send and the package was on it's way the next day.
