This company just does exactly what it claims to do and dies it very efficiently. Extremely satisfied. I gave it only 4 stars because the customer service leaves a little to be desired. They are not always available etc. but as far as the shipping/forwarding part goes they deserve a 5.

Everything comes as advertised. Products were well packaged. No damage at all and the timing was very acceptable.
Pricing is a little difficult to understand for estimates.
But price was fair in the end

"The shipping cost was excessively high. I initially contacted their support, who informed me that I could opt for land shipping to save on costs. However, the shipping fees remained at their high initial level. During a second conversation, there was some confusion. Time passed without a resolution to the issue. Eventually, I received an email stating that I had only one day left to pay for the shipping costs, forcing me to make an emergency payment, which resulted in me paying twice the value of the products. Very disappointing!"

Don't sign up for this service until you have secured some quotes. I foolishly signed up to the website and then got myself some quotes for sending a package. These quotes were null and void because I have already signed up with Forward2Me. Also there are costs of taking photos of receiving packages. The couriers provided are super expensive, there was no option for slow sending e.g. by surface.
All in all, a very expensive lesson.

Additionally, optional services like package photos and repacking are clearly outlined in our pricing structure.
We work with a range of couriers to offer fast and reliable shipping, but we understand that surface mail options may be preferred by some customers.
We do offer Forward2Me Lite and Forward2Me Cross Border, which are postal services with certain shipping limitations.

Been using Forward2Me for a few times now (approx. 5 times?) And so far the customer service has been really helpful with my questions and request. Items also arrive to me in good conditions. I had a generally very good experience and will reuse in the future. I had found my parcel and was going through the process of paying for shipping and accidentally hit the back button. Suddenly my parcel was no longer displayed. I finally found my way and was able to continue the check out process but wish the software could have helped me along, re: which steps needed to be taken next. Regards, Brian
