While myGermany was helpful initially, when an appliance arrived dented and I tried to claim on the insurance they had sold me, they simply ignored my emails.
I satisfied with the way myGermany provided prompt answers to my questions and advised on shipping options for appliances.

Have been using mygermany for a while and have not had any issues until recently. I initiated an order for forwarding on the 20th of January and that order still has not shipped. All they have to do is slap a label on it and hand it to the carrier but I guess that's too much to ask for. It's now a month later February 20th and numerous e-mails have gone answered sporadically. When answered they give a vague answer like "I will help you" but never do anything. I believe they either lost my parcel or are going out of business. I highly recommend NOT doing business with them, unless you like being scammed. I will change this feedback if my shipment eventually ships, but I doubt that happens. ***Mygermany: If you want this changed then ship my order please.***

I had a package shipped to them to be forwarded, for over two weeks I received almost no response from them. When they finally got back to me they wanted 1500 euro to ship my package! They took so long to get back to me I was not able to send this package for a refund. They dont respond to Emails or phone calls. I dont know if this is a scam to steal people packages or they are simply going out of business, but I personally lost 850 euro...

From admirable to outstanding I have used Germany for many years, but I now only shop once or twice a year because the EUR has grown significantly in value relative to my home currency. Regardless, I always receive excellent service. They went one step farther now, though! Johanna was a huge help to me today with the chat feature. I discovered that my free membership did not permit me to combine two incoming packages, which was something I wanted to do. For those who aren't regular users of their service, I proposed that Germany consider offering a pay-per-use option. I would be more than willing to pay for the service only when I utilize it.

For a number of years, I have shipped my goods from Germany to my home using this company's services. It is a trustworthy business with excellent client support. Everything has always arrived on schedule and in good packaging; I have never had a single delivery missing. I have found myGermany.com offers the best service and shipping fees. No place is perfect, however my experience with shipping and customer service has been very good over the past 3+ years.If I was to give any negative, it would be that at times when a change or update needs to take place for something to change regarding a value or customs id it may take 1-3 days for the matter to be corrected. myGermany.com is a very good service and they work hard to meet your needs as well comply to shipping rules. I have used my Germany services several times for shipping items from German e-shops to Greece.
They provide professional service, always having clear and quick communication when needed. Their platform works great, most of the times you do not even need to contact anyone. Small delays during lock-down periods but besides that, very quick.
Shipping costs can be calculated beforehand so you will be aware what you expect to pay. Also freedom to choose the courier service of your preference.

To all persons inquiring about whether or not to use MyGermany, I can honestly say it will be a big mistake and regrettable. I have lost over $4000. 00 in merchandise which was sent from Sweden to MyGermany. After countless emails sent to their customer service, if when they do respond, has just prolonged the inevitable of losing my money. Lies, deceit, unprofessional, incompetence. Etc. Are some words that can be used to describe this company.
In consulting with Fedex, they have informed me that no such packages from MyGermany addressed to me exist in any of their ware houses in the lost and found areas. MyGermany has said they will file a claim with Fedex and give us a refund, however when I asked MyGermany to provide me with the correspondence, I received no response from them; this has been going on for over a year.
First time I am using myGermany services. I ordered an iconic desk from nickel, and It arrived in 2 days international express shipping.
Just before that, I got the option to have a look inside the box with pictures that myGermany took. But most important thing - the clients services was professional and personal!
Dora helped me to understand the process and answer every small question I had as it was the most important.
Also, always felt I can keep asking because the personal treatment.
It's not obvious to get this level of service. I appreciate it, and would definitely will recommend to try it.
