Positive 3+ years Experience. I have been using this service for more than 3 years, as well a few others. To ship from Germany to South Pacific Islands near Australia. I have found myGermany.com offers the best service and shipping fees. No place is perfect, however my experience with shipping and customer service has been very good over the past 3+ years.If I was to give any negative, it would be that at times when a change or update needs to take place for something to change regarding a value or customs id it may take 1-3 days for the matter to be corrected. myGermany.com is a very good service and they work hard to meet your needs as well comply to shipping rules. I have and do recommend their services. And rates are about the best in the business of shipping.using FedEx, DHL,UPS and USPS.
For a number of years, I have shipped my goods from Germany to my home using this company's services. It is a trustworthy business with excellent client support. Everything has always arrived on schedule and in good packaging; I have never had a single delivery missing. My current issue (which was entirely my fault) was fixed thanks to the prompt, kind assistance of Dora from customer support. MyGermany comes highly recommended.
Excellent experience and customer service Despite the other negative reviews, I went ahead and ordered something from tally weijl and had it sent to myGermany. Their customer service and communication via whatsapp was brilliant and they shipped my order for me very quickly. It arrived in the UK within days! Really good service and would definitely use again.

I love the clothes from this one company that only ship within he US so being able to use MYG to get items I buy form the company in question is great. The service is quick, I can always get a reply on a query and the shipping options are really reasonable. Would order again! Am very very very satisfied with their service and happy to have dealt with them, i ordered my shipment in 8th of august and received it in 20 august, to be honest it took a longer time at the mygermany facility than for it to be shipped to me it took like 4 days, and i didn't have to pay any more fees but for fedex i paid them like 10USD amount of tax

Habe ein Paket aus Germany bestellt. Ich wollte eine aussergewöhnliche Tonie Box nur auf Englisch für meine Tochter. Im Voraus habe ich auch geprüft nach Versand und Zollkosten etc. Alles lief problemlos ab. Ich konnte den Status nachverfolgen und bekam die Rechnungen über Versandkosten direkt von myGermany.com. Die Zollrechnung hat mir DHL dann per Mail gesendet, welche ich sogar erst nach Erhalt der Ware bezahlen musste. Die Versand und Zollkosten waren etwas mehr als die Hälfte (99.05 statt 178 USD). Nutze der Service gerne wieder!

They opened my package, and now they don't ship it to me, they just keep my expensive items

Excellent. Makes the process of ordering goods not available in India from the GER so easy. Delivery and customs are all handled by them. Bought 6 x New Balance Trainers from Germany in wide. They consolidated the order as the vendor sent them out in multiple orders. They put them in one box. Arrived a week later.
The customer service was great and they were really helpful. I got pictures of my goods when they arrived at my suite.
Sehr schnelle Lieferung von Deutschland nach Australia. Dankeschön! :) Es gibt unterschiedliche Versandoptionen, DHL, Fedex, UPS,... Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Top Service und günstigere Versandoptionen (Stand: Februar 2023) als bei shipito.com! Zoll ist etwas teurer als erwartet. Ich bekam mein Paket mit DHL Express, und die berechnen für den Verzollungsservice 18€ + zusätzliche Gebühren, welche zur Einfuhrumsatzsteuer noch oben drauf kommen. Damit muss man leider rechnen. Ansonsten top!

I have had mixed experiences in the past years. The MyGermany team managed several packages without any issues. Now, they have crushed the good image. I have ordered a phone. It has arrived at MyGermany. I have paid a high amount for the shipping. They shipped it by FedEx, and several days later, the courier handed over an empty box to me. I complained about the issue at MyGermany and my local FedEx office, where they told me that MyGermany should send an official complaint. I offered all the necessary information to them. Nothing happened for weeks. I inquired to get an update. No reply from MyGermany. I got the feeling that the phone was stolen at MyGermany, and it would be against the business to investigate, or they would know it. I will probably initiate a legal process to settle the issue, and I will request help from FedEx since it is also about their reputation. I'm sorry to experience this from a good service provider.
