They have provided me with excellent service over the past few years. All of the things have been beautifully packaged and there have never been any lost or stolen items. I have been using them for a few years. I even occasionally succeeded in clarifying things through email or chat, and each time I got a helpful response that solved the issue. Bringing all my belongings from Germany to Malaysia was made much easier by Johanna.
My experience have been extremely disappointing. I have placed multiple Concierge Orders from Jan 2024 and I have only received 1. The rest of the orders are not even placed and I'm asking for a refund and they are not even replying after countless emails! I never experienced such a terrible customer service like this before. Safe and Trustworthy: I have used the services many times, I am very satisfied with the German suite, there are no complications like other companies that can keep your account or items.
They also have live chat support which is great. The only thing that needs improvement is the facility as they are a bit slow and don't offer the same things as the US suite, such as photos. Safe and great company, recommended.

Better is still possible. I have ordered items from Amazon Germany and waited for 3 weeks instead of four business days (to US). It definitely spoiled the whole shopping experience. Nevertheless, it arrived in one piece and everything else was explained well form the myGermany team.
Sometimes, Amazon packages are not properly delivered and we need to intervene manually - which we have done here. Happy that you received it!
Their online estimator grossly underestimated shipping charges, but you do not learn this until it is too late to return the item. Then they tell you that you can have a small discount by leaving positive online reviews. Their customer service is so slow that the process has dragged out now more than 6 months. I paid for door-to-door delivery and was afterwards advised that they would only deliver door-to-port and that I was responsible for additional delivery charges. When I complained they only responded after I left a bad review, and with vitriol. I paid for tracking and when I asked for an update on the status of the parcel, which was only tracked to Hamburg, they sent me a very rude email. Avoid dealing with these people. I have no confidence my item will arrive.

To all persons inquiring about whether or not to use MyGermany, I can honestly say it will be a big mistake and regrettable. I have lost over $4000. 00 in merchandise which was sent from Sweden to MyGermany. After countless emails sent to their customer service, if when they do respond, has just prolonged the inevitable of losing my money. Lies, deceit, unprofessional, incompetence. Etc. Are some words that can be used to describe this company.
In consulting with Fedex, they have informed me that no such packages from MyGermany addressed to me exist in any of their ware houses in the lost and found areas. MyGermany has said they will file a claim with Fedex and give us a refund, however when I asked MyGermany to provide me with the correspondence, I received no response from them; this has been going on for over a year.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use MyGermany- they will steal your products.

The service was excellent although I have a question. One of my packages wasn't logged into my suite, which is understandable since I accidentally left out the suite number and the shipper refused to add it when I asked.

I read a lot of bad reviews AFTER I placed my order. As you can imagine, I was worried about getting my package on time or at all. However, I was very pleasantly impressed, I had no problems at all, I followed the instructions given which were simple and straightforward (including uploading my invoice and credit card verification), selected my shipping provider and received my order within a reasonable time. In fact I believe the delivery from the German company to myus.com warehouse took longer than from myGermany.com to me in the UK. I chose the option to have myus.com settle my duties and taxes upon delivery, which also saves me that hassle. Overall I'm really satisfied.
This is the first time I have used this company to deliver a highly valuable parcel overseas to me. Everything went really smooth.Though the timing of the deliveries isn't always precise, but they they consistently ensured that every item arrives undamaged, which is the most crucial aspect of a dropshipping service for me. There were 3 big problems with myGermany:
1.
They declared that a small chest bag costs 500 euros, which is incorrect. I contacted *******@mygermany.com, and no response for **15 days**. Then I sent a second email, and Dora replied this:
"maybe you have not added the order but they are 2 different orders as from what I can see. Do you want me to check if they are complety different?"
It didn't make sense, so I explained the situation again; I didn't get a reply.
After that, I found that I could change the declared value in the app. The items did need to be rearranged, but I only changed the declared value.
2.
I received the package, and when I opened the box, I found that my expensive inflatable sleeping pad was punctured with a box cutter. It was a long cut. Luckily, I successfully taped it.

After all of this, I mistakenly bought items to my MyGermany address instead of my Mailboxde address, because I had it saved in my Amazon account. I wanted to return it, so I submitted a return request for the cheapest item to test the functionality. The item disappeared from my suite, but it didn't get returned, nor did I receive any message about it. With that option eliminated, I submitted a shipping request for other items to my home address. After a few days, MyGermyny (Dora) notified me that I had to pay more than double because it contained a special item. The previous time, the same item was successfully sent to my home address with valid special declarations, but it didn't cost that much.
I gave up on that and asked for a refund for the DHL delivery payment. MyGermany said that they had refunded it to my account. I didn't see it anywhere there. Then, I again asked them to refund it to the payment method I used (payment card via PayPay). Multiple days later, there was no response. After I submitted a PayPal complaint, MyGermany refunded it the same day.
Since they scam returning it and scam sending it to my home address, my items stayed with them.
Though I do have a question, the service was amazing. Understandably, since I unintentionally forgot the suite number and the shipper declined to add it when I asked, one of my packages wasn't logged into my suite.
It arrived yesterday. Could you please tell me the steps I need to take to get my package delivered to my suite? Thank you.
After buying a hobby rail way in Germany, I had to ship it to Australia. My Germany took care of the transport and the paperwork. The very sensible packaging process was very professional and everything arrived well protected in Australia. Well done!

I received a package from MyGermany without an invoice. They gave it a value of more than 500EUR, it was originally purchased by 1223Euros. We have spoken to Dora (a great guy) and she fixed the problem immediately. The customer service is top notch. Mistakes can be made, but you need good customer services to problems. They are a good one 😊
