I received a package from MyGermany without an invoice. They gave it a value of more than 500EUR, it was originally purchased by 1223Euros. We have spoken to Dora (a great guy) and she fixed the problem immediately. The customer service is top notch. Mistakes can be made, but you need good customer services to problems. They are a good one 😊
