To all persons inquiring about whether or not to use MyGermany, I can honestly say it will be a big mistake and regrettable. I have lost over $4000. 00 in merchandise which was sent from Sweden to MyGermany. After countless emails sent to their customer service, if when they do respond, has just prolonged the inevitable of losing my money. Lies, deceit, unprofessional, incompetence. Etc. Are some words that can be used to describe this company.
In consulting with Fedex, they have informed me that no such packages from MyGermany addressed to me exist in any of their ware houses in the lost and found areas. MyGermany has said they will file a claim with Fedex and give us a refund, however when I asked MyGermany to provide me with the correspondence, I received no response from them; this has been going on for over a year.
