Please forgive in advance for writing this opinion, but unfortunately I am forced to do so, because info.mygermany.com does not provide any specific information on my case.
Namely - three weeks ago you received my package. Your customer service asked me to upload documents to Dropbox, which I did the same day. Since then, on November 5, I have been waiting for your company to check these documents and allow my parcel to be redirected to my address.
I am very sorry for that because you seemed to be pioneers when it comes to forwarding service in Germany, so I did not expect such problems with such a trivial matter as checking some screenshots and pdfs.
The cup of bitterness was shed by the fact that one of your employees (Lisa), who deals with customer service, promised me that the matter would be clarified to the maximum. November 13, which turned out to be, of course, a total lie and a false promise. I understand that I am not a unique snowflake for which you are able to give up all your work, although THREE WEEKS - and the number of days keeps growing - it seems to me to check a few screens is a disastrous result.
If someone who is responsible for employees picks up this review - please try to do something about it. I am at the moment when I am ready to get in the car and come to Weimar to explain this matter in person, and the road from Szczecin to Weimar is not long.
However, if I hear again that it's all because of a virus, and then that your employees were on vacation - and hence the delays - I assure you, dear myGermany, that I will not have to take the case to court because you are in possession of my personal data and the package with equipment I bought for my company that is worth a lot of money.
I am waiting for your reply - here or my private e-mail, which your customer service is sure to know well and this time I advise you to not ignore it.

Habe ein Paket aus Germany bestellt. Ich wollte eine aussergewöhnliche Tonie Box nur auf Englisch für meine Tochter. Im Voraus habe ich auch geprüft nach Versand und Zollkosten etc. Alles lief problemlos ab. Ich konnte den Status nachverfolgen und bekam die Rechnungen über Versandkosten direkt von myGermany.com. Die Zollrechnung hat mir DHL dann per Mail gesendet, welche ich sogar erst nach Erhalt der Ware bezahlen musste. Die Versand und Zollkosten waren etwas mehr als die Hälfte (99.05 statt 178 USD). Nutze der Service gerne wieder!

Sehr schnelle Lieferung von Deutschland nach Australia. Dankeschön! :) Es gibt unterschiedliche Versandoptionen, DHL, Fedex, UPS,... Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Top Service und günstigere Versandoptionen (Stand: Februar 2023) als bei shipito.com! Zoll ist etwas teurer als erwartet. Ich bekam mein Paket mit DHL Express, und die berechnen für den Verzollungsservice 18€ + zusätzliche Gebühren, welche zur Einfuhrumsatzsteuer noch oben drauf kommen. Damit muss man leider rechnen. Ansonsten top!
