I recently registered with Forward2me, a UK-based shipping company, after an unexpected but positive experience. A parcel intended for me was mistakenly delivered to their address, which I later discovered belonged to the company. With the exceptional assistance of their team, particularly Aimee, who was incredibly cooperative and responsive, we successfully located my parcel. Her professionalism and willingness to help left a strong impression on me. This high level of customer service motivated me to register and start using their services. My first overseas shipment was handled with great professionalism, reinforcing my confidence in the company. So I had one hardcover book that shipped from the UK and was repacked and forwarded to me in Canada. The process was easy and the packing was perfect. Package arrived safely. However the cheapest price was 40gpb which worked out to 70$ in shipping for a single book. More than double the cost of the original purchase.
Would love to use this more often but I will need to look for a cheaper option.
Used them a couple of times no problem. Last time I bought a kettle from the UK and although it wasn't very heavy it cost an absolute bomb to send to Australia. It arrived the box was falling apart.
Update: Customer service gave me a partial refund, advised that their repackaging service would avoid the packaging issue in future. Pleased that they take customer satisfaction seriously.

Once i figured out the address format for other countries the rest is easy and my account is permanent. I used it last year and again this year. Great workaround for when i find an item i want and it doesnt ship to the US

I received my package in the warehouse and the staff immediately got in touch with me to arrange the best way to ship my parcel. They were attentive every step of the way and offered solutions to the questions I had, replied in a timely manner and ensured I got my goods safely, which I was really worried about because they were chocolates and I was afraid they would get squashed! But no, everything went swimmingly! Highly recommend.
