I had a lot of distrust towards parcel forwarding services, so I wasn't thrilled about having to use one, but Forward2Me actually delivered and did so really transparent and authentic. Me personally wouldn't risk trying another because in worst case your parcel is just gone overseas.
Everything was very smooth and easy. I order a lot from the UK and set this up when tariff issues arose. I wasn't excited about the repackaging, but thankfully everything arrived safety.

My package with Kirinite scales got stuck in customs and Jus was absolutely relentless to have it freed! New regulations and tariffs are confusing and responses from the place I bought it were rather slow but that is where Jus stepped in… She was in constant contact with me, the seller, and customs to have things done so the package would not be shipped back to the UK. She is true gem, dedicated, professional and most importantly effective in her work. There is a time difference between USA and UK but she made it non existent…responses to emails were instant… does she even sleep? I am completely satisfied with the way she helped me… if not for her I doubt this issue would have been resolved. She needs a promotion and big bonus because she is really dedicated to what she does! Thank you thank you thank you Jus… You are THE VERY BEST!

Nica at the German site and the team there are absolute stars.
I wasn't sure if a poster needed repacking to ensure it didn't get damaged on way to UK so I opted to give the site a call and spoke to Nica and expressed my concerns. Nica said she would check with the team and let me know.
I very quickly got a reply back confirming my suspicions.
Nica instructed the team to repack for me ensuring safest transportation as per their usual standard and my parcel is now shipped and on its way here.

Ordered something on Amazon US (only available there besides Walmart) and without forward2me no chance to send to Europe. So with the professional service (really nice support) I received my goods very fast with a fair price. All in all, happy to found this service and I will use it again for sure!

The perfect solution for me. I buy mainly Pokemon items from the Pokemon Centers in UK and US. As an English collector from Switzerland, it's not that easy to get to stuff. My experience with Forward2me is fantastic. I had only one damaged product (repacking damage) and after getting in touch with Forward2Me, the complete amount was refunded to me. The value of the products as well as the service fees from Forward2Me. It's always a headache, if something goes missing or is damaged. But when the service is on this level, it really helps. I will keep using this service.

Overall good but… Not worth it because of the price, even though the shipping and everything was fast. Otherwise very happy about the shipping times and the state of the package.
-unnecessary high costs for repacking (unpacking perfectly pacakged vinyl records into a box with loose items - vinyl records end up being damaged!)
-"repacking" is simply putting items in a big box -limited amount of delivery rates

I used the Tax free warehouse to forward my shipment, just to find out that the shipping fee is double the order value with no option to return the order to avoid the exuberant fees.

The Tax Free warehouse, and we'd like to clarify its concept and purpose. The term 'Tax Free' pertains to the exclusion of additional sales tax from the item's purchase cost by the online retailer. Any retailer capable of shipping to Guernsey should not include the extra sales tax in the purchase price for an order or item.
For example, when you order from a mainland UK online retailer, you aren't obligated to pay the usual 20% UK sales tax included in the total purchase price. The savings from the UK sales tax deduction can contribute to your final courier costs for shipping items to your international address. Ensure the total sales tax saving exceeds the difference in shipping costs from Guernsey compared to our mainland UK warehouse; otherwise, using the Tax Free warehouse might not be advantageous.
With UK warehouse - we offer DHL, UPS, FedEx and forward2me lite and lite X. DPD for EU countries like Germany, France and Netherlands.
With UK tax free warehaouse - we offer DHL and FedEx.
Furthermore, it's importnat to note that when you ship items from the UK Tax Free warehouse, you remain responsible for paying the duties and taxes once the shipment reaches its destination country.
The term "Tax Free" specifically pertains to the exclusion of certain sales taxes within the UK, but it does not imply exemption from duties and taxes imposed by the customs of the destination country, whether it be in the UK or Guernsey.
These charges are determined and levied by the customs authorities in the receiving country and are independent of the Tax Free status in the UK or Guernsey. It's important to factor in these additional costs to have a comprehensive understanding of the overall expenses associated with international shipping from our Tax Free warehouse.
I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was to set up a Forward2Me account and use the service. I was notified of my shipment status all along the way.
