On 12/2/15 Forever 21 sold me a damaged cardigan (receipt # 6008-05-*******). I contacted Forever 21 customer service department, and was told that although the merchandise was sold to me damaged, they are unable to accept returns if tags are not attached. This is consumer fraud and evidently the standardized corporate policy of Forever 21. I have photographs of the 5 rows of beads torn off the $49.99 cardigan they fraudulently sold me, including my receipt.
Forever 21 has some really good items, and some not so great items. Thus, it's necessary to either try items on in store, or to really carefully read the measurements and reviews! I am kind of an ultra-cheapskate so I only buy their on-sale items XD However, I've never been disappointed in a purchase that I made from forever 21. Just make sure to hang dry the shirts you buy from there so that they don't shrink! Also, don't buy the shoes, as I've heard that they break easily. But I have bought many nice sweaters, skirts, jackets, and dresses from there that have all held up quite nicely. :)
I've ordered from this site 2 times and was very pleased each time. I think the best thing about forever 21 is that they offer really cute clothes at affordable prices. The quality isn't all that great for some shirts but for under 10 dollars, it's way more than a bargain. I love this site and I think it's perfect for college women who want to dress stylish for less. I actually prefer online shopping because I find much cuter clothes and I don't have to deal with snotty employees (not that I ever have). But to summarize: cute clothes, cheap prices. I think for us women that's a perfect combination.
I repeat DO NOT shop here especially online. I ordered about $150 on clothes and I didn't receive them. Lasership was the shipping company and they claimed they delivered the package but I did not receive my package at all. I was home when they said they delivered it, I even have cameras all around my house and there was no lasership employee at my doorstep. Forever 21 took the carriers side and said that they delivered it when I contacted customer service. Now they won't provide me with a refund because the carrier that has the worst reviews by many people that have the same experience from other companies affiliated with lasership. It's horrible that the customer isn't right anymore, I'm not trying to steal, I'm just trying to get what I paid for or I want my money back. It's okay though karma is present and it will come back around. They have lost all business with me and I will NEVER shop here again.
I ordered a few things and paid for 5 to 7 day shipping about 2 weeks ago and it won't be here for like 4 days so I recommend in store pick up because you probably won't get your shipping payment back when you didn't pay for it to ship so long.
Truly the very very worse customer service I have ever experienced. I will never ever shop here again! I literally got scammed from them, I'm so thankful I used PayPal when I order online otherwise I would have just been out 50 bucks (but order never shipped even though they claimed it did) and of course customer service never got back to me the 4 times I tried to get things sorted. Thank you PayPal for doing forever 21s job. Hideous
They shipped my item without requesting signature and fedex left my package outside and was stolen. Then they say an investigation will take 8-10 business days. I go ahead and reorder something I need by tomorrow and again they made no changes to my address as I requested nor did they waive my overnight fee! Everything you ask they respond with "Regrettably" and I'm like "What DO you do for customers besides take our money"? Smh
I ordered a $40 item to get free shipping over 30$. The ONLY shipping available that I HAD to chose was priority shipping for $12. I looked on their faw site and Google and found no answered. Placed the order hoping they'd help the next day. They refused to fix it or refund me. Saying it's because it went to a PO BOX and not a street address. I even escalated to a supervisor. I said I was gonna return my stuff then and they were fine with losing me as a customer.
I requested to live chat online with a representative. [Melody. DC] was who I was assigned. They were very condescending, very rude, had to send multiple messages and question marks to receive an answer, and not helpful at all. Did not try to solve my problem at all until I asked to speak to someone higher up. Since I was not getting the help I needed from the live chat, I decided to call while still on the chat, when I called what I heard just made me even more mad. The whole time while on the phone call I heard people laughing loudly in the background, made me uncomfortable, as if they were laughing at me or other customers they were helping that were having issues and calling to get their problems solved. Doesn't seem to be a serious business at all. Will not step foot or shop online at forever 21 again, the lack of respect I got from this company is absurd.
I paid 19.95 for overnight shipping and received it 5 days later. It was a boys bathing suit that looked very provocative and came after his pool party, therefore I did not need it then!. They would not give me back my overnight shipping and would not let me return or exchange product. So they stole $36.70 from me

Ive ordered from forever 21 website on 2 separate occasions. Both occasions it was a value close to $200. The shipping is dumb fast. I ordered on a Monday and got my clothes literally the next day! Quality varies. Depending on what you buy but overall I have no complaints. Although I think if I was plus size i'd have a hard time shopping here. A lot of the clothes come in small to medium. Would be better to go in store if youre plus size.
Two of my packages were stolen by the carriers (Ontrac in our neighborhood is horrible) they were christmas gifts and I spent a lot. I told Forever21 this and they told me they submitted a claim and to wait a MONTH to come back and get a refund after everything was processed. I come back with even extra time for them to do this and today they tell me "It was never filed", OK What!? Now I am being told to wait another month because of their mess up. The customer service online is really bad and my experience with this whole thing just took a lot out of me and my money that I do not have to spare. There is way more to the customer service story. I would suggest not buying online, if something happens to your package, they will give you the run around to not give you a refund. I am done with this company.
I called to inquire about my $300 order only to be helped by the rudest and incompetent customer service representative. He had no answers and he could care less about how upset I was. He did nothing to apologize for the inconvenience. Forever 21 has lost a loyal customer!
I had a really bad experience after ordering. It says 1 -2 business days but the shipment wasn't released even after a week. Took almost 10 days for stupid paper work and after that shipping took even more time. Pathetic service. I did constant follow but they have no idea about their own store policy... $#*!ty customer care executives. Have no regard for customer concern..
Fortunately, I have only have wonderful experience from F21 online. Far better at times than going to the store if you don't want a huge crowd. I always find something there and it's so cheap. I love the flash sales online too.
The customer service is a TERRIBLE. They have minimal information to answer your questions with, and every time you call back the story is different. NOT pleased at all, and will not be using their site again.
I placed an order, only to find three hours later that it had been cancelled by them. The email claimed that I had been contacted and given five days to respond, but since I had not, they had gone ahead and cancelled the order
I agree with other posts... return policy stinks. They've happy to take your money but don't tell you the policy before you purchase something. To further add to the situation, they are rude. Stay away from this store, especially the one at Holyoke Mall on Mass. They could care less about the consumer's happiness. First and last visit to this company except to use the store credit they gave me.
I didn't receive my package until 2 weeks after the "return must be postmarked by..." date, so I physically wasn't able to try things on and return things before the return deadline. Yet the store won't honor my return! Worst customer service ever. Will never shop here again and I advise others to avoid if they value being respected as a customer.
No returns. I bought a shirt online, not on sale not final sale warning. I did not use a discount other than free shipping. This item did not say final sale when i paid and reviewed my order but upon arrival on the receipt it says final sale. Most of their clothes are different sizes and oversized so I cannot be guaranteed a small is actually a sm and not a large. Never ever buy online. I will avoid the store as well for a horrible no return policy!
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
