Two times I've ordered a few items from forever 21's online store. On both occasions I received items I didn't even order or ones I did but in a different colour! This last time I received two of the same horrifically ugly jackets costing $56 a piece when I hadn't even ordered one. The customer service person claims they sent me a confirmation email which I never received and refused to refund my purchase! Now I'm stuck paying paying over $100 for two ugly $#*! jackets I'll never wear! Beyond pissed!
I'm really upset that I spent $32 and put in my information correctly but yet when I checked the email that said my order had arrived, it arrived at my old address. (I have just moved) it's really annoying because now I can't get my stuff back because of a mistake forever 21 made and I lost $32. Very upset and not going to shop online at forever 21 ever again.
We went there to buy my daughter a dress but their fitting rooms are closed so we had to purchase items, find a nearby bathroom. And when the dress didn't fit after we tried it on the store refused to give us our money back but instead said they could only give us store credit! Absolutely disappointed because you can't try on the clothes before you buy them and then can't return for your money. We bought 3 dresses and went to a nearby bathroom to try them on and in literally 29 mins later were refused a refund! We would have never bought the dress if we knew we couldn't bring it back for our money! But yet there is no way to try the' on in the store and NO one told us we would not be able to get a refund as they advertise full refund within 30 days but failed to mention if you buy it in clearance they won't give you your mo way back! I will never shop there again and I will make sure everyone knows how shady Forever 21 is!
The prices are very reasonable, especially when it is on sale. And the quality is still great! I only spend about $20 per items here, while other brands cost up to hundreds buck.
But I got 1 bad experience with F21. Last time I bought a bunch of accessories and the package never arrived at my place. I didn't know what happen, but they said it was sent back to F21 and I have to pay shipping fee again to get the box. It's been months and I still don't get it :(
If you like this company, go to the store to see if you can find what you want. Otherwise, don't bother. Their policies are trash, selected ship to store. Arriving outside of expected delivery & I will be out of town — called customer services and got hung up on first call & 2nd call, was told it would be at least 20 business days before I could get a refund due to it having to go back to— which come on, we know it likely will not go back and just be re sold in store.
Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a dress and when it came in it was too short. I paid for shipping and mailed it back the next day. It took over THREE MONTHS to get refunded on the return. The customer service was avoiding and kept putting off my return. After several emails back and forth I was about to give up and let them keep my $25. Then after over 3 months, the money appeared in my account.
WoW returned a pkg with tracking to Forever 21, at my cost for defective items, and am still waiting for my refund! It shows it was received 21 days ago. They keep saying the warehouse hasn't scanned it in. How that is my fault? I don't know. They won't let me speak to a supervisor. They won't explain to me what they feel is a reasonable time to give the warehouse to "scan in" the package. I've called numerous times! I've had them hang up on me more than once and are unwilling to be reasonable. Must say they take the cake when it comes to the worst customer service ever!
It's a really good website to buy stuff off of, but not all is what it seems. Somethings are smaller then others, and sizes vary too much which making it difficult to buy the right size. I would suggest going to a website that's usually has sizes you're more familiar with and have more of a guarantee. BUT sometimes you do gotta take chances because clothes here are fab asf, but remember your risk.
Cheap Junk and they keep your postage on returns even if you pay for overnight and get it 3 days later when your trip is over and you no longer need it. I am sure they make hundreds of thousands just keeping peoples postage.
Worst experience ever at forever21, i bought a bag for my daughter on her birthday she want other color. She went to the store with receipt but the women at register refused to return it. Her attitude was very bad. Very poor return policy.
We ordered a few pairs of leggings. Our order was cancelled for unknown reasons and we received an email saying our billing address could not be verified. We call customer service and they tell us to try ordering online again. This time we double check our billing address and place an order. Well, you already know what's coming…our order was CANCELED AGAIN. We have confirmed with our bank that nothing is wrong with our card. We've never had problems with our card before but we still double checked in case. Customer service was nice but offered no valid solution. They just tell us to keep trying to order again which would probably result in more pending charges on card while they once again cancel our order. Not sure if it's a website problem or what. So really, save yourself the trouble and don't order online from this company. If you really must buy from them, stick to in-store.
I bought 3 items from them and they never delivered it to me and after I call them, they said we don't care. They stole my $60 and didn't send me anything. If they still just 100, $60 per day which possibly they do. They make $6000 per day buy not sending out anything. This is horrible. I wont ever buy anything and I hope some one sue them for their horrible customer service and being thief.
I would love to rate Forever 21 as 0 stars, if it was possible. I have not had a positive experience in the multiple times I've purchased from them. I'm incredibly disappointed in their custom service. I've had one situation where they refused to return my brand new items, with tags still attached. I at least was offered the store credit. However, I recently received an order with an item missing and an incorrect item. I'm being accused of lying about the missing item and being required to sign an affidavit. I also have to take pictures to prove the incorrect item is indeed incorrect. Most stores apologize, send you the missing item, and correct their errors. If I was lying about not receiving an item, why would I pick a $19.99 t-shirt, of all things?! This process is ridiculous, when clearly I'm not the one at fault for MULTIPLE mistakes in the order. If it wasn't for the store credit, I would never shop there again. Do not buy from this company.
Good selections of cloths. They have amazing collections of trendy and classy outfits. I really liked the jeans and the top which i recently bought for my self and it turns out so pretty. I have never expected such great fabric quality at very reasonable price range. So, i am very happy with my purchase.
Poor quality clothing, not true to size, poor customer service and you have to pay to return eligible items. Plain waste of your money. Im stuck with clothing that can't fit and they're large which I wear.
I love forever 21 clothing because not only is it cheap, it also has whatever is trendy now but for a fair amount of money. It's heaven for me because i get bored very easily so if i'm sure it's not a classical piece, i tend to buy it here! The thing is though that since it is cheap, be aware of their quality!
I've always loved forever 21. I've never had a problem there until today. I went to the Eastwood Location in Michigan, and it started off by trying to ask someone where the $8.50 cardigans are and she rudely replied "All out" then as i proceeded to check out there was about four employees standing around talking to each other just looking at me as i stood at the cash register. Finally as one of the ladies rolled her eyes, she walked over and grabbed my stuff told me the total, bagged it up then threw it infront of me. I was astonished. I have never had such a horrible experience and they need to hire new employees. I definitely wont be going back there for a while.
I have to get my clothes exchanged for a smaller size, customer service rep was as robotic as she could be, no empathy, Im a vip member coz I order online, needed a return shipping label and she was as least concerned as anyone could be. Hire ppl who actually want to work with you and for Gods sake dont be as cheap as your prices when it comes to customer service.

Never order anything via express shipping. Took 6 business days in order for the product to reach me. Paid $16.95 for the order which was over half the amount of the actual product. Called in to get a refund on the shipping along with the item because we ended up going into the store and buying it again be cause it did not make it here within the time frame we needed it. When we called in the gentleman told me that it take 24 to 48 to ship and then another 2-3 business days after it is shipped... what kind of $17 express shipping is that?! I will never be using Forever21 again because of the service we received
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
