I ordered $71 worth of clothing, which was for two items. I noticed they gave me a partial refund for both items totaling 51.00 after I sent them back. I called them to see what was going on because neither item was worn. The customer service rep tried to tell me it was because I used a coupon for $15 off which makes no sense. If my total is 71.00 after the coupon I should still be refunded 71.00 that's not including tax/shipping. I'm not understanding how they're doing their billing it wasn't always like this and they take the return shipping from your return. I will no longer order. My Ashley Stewart credit card balance was two dollars for the month of March. If I returned those items how do I have a balance of $20 for my April statement.
Called on 01/22/25 to make a purchase. Talked to a Maria and gave her my credit card number. She stated problem with my card. I gave her 3 other cards. Still not going through. She stated it was my cards. Called my credit card company. No attempted purchase was put thru.
Called back and Lyca answered. I explained I felt uncomfortable with my cards info being given out. She checked and said the same thing. She said it was a glitch. She said the dress wasn't available any longer, that's why my credit cards didn't go thru. I said why didn't Maria know that.
I asked to speak to a supervisor she said it wasn't one available. I know it's a supervisor or someone in charge was there
The next day I called and asked for a supervisor. I was told she was busy and not available. So Natalie finally came to the phone. Same thing happened, wouldn't go thru with the credit cards. She would give me a discount because of all I've been thru with the reps and would call me personally. Never called. She's off this weekend.
I called today 01/25/25 and the rep said some of the customers card are going thru but some aren't. She actually took the time with me. The dress was available and she ordered it for me.
I gave her an excellent review and she called me back to see if I was satisfied. We need people like her to go the extra mile.
I bought some jewelry online. The necklace was missing stones due to pour packaging. I tried to return the item to the store they didn't want to accept it. Cashier called her manager via phone to ask what the policy was. Which was strange because she should know the policy of returns as she was not a new associate. Manager said, I have to ship it. I do not understand if it's eligible for return why not accept it in the store. I bought several items from AS this is my first return. I will never shop AS again because I hate going through the shipping process and paying extra for a return especially if it came to me damaged. This was a Christmas present now I have to wait on processing of a return which could take weeks.
I placed an order with Ashley Stewart on 12/23 approximately 11:00 am, prior to their 1:00 pm cutoff time. I paid $28 for express shipping, which guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days. Considering the approaching holidays, I still expected to receive my package within the paid timeframe. However, upon checking the tracking information, I discovered that the estimated delivery date was 12/30, which I found unacceptable. On 12/27, I contacted Customer Service and requested a refund for the express shipping. The agent apologized and stated that he would submit a request. The package arrived on 12/30, and I called to confirm that my request had been granted. Unfortunately, the agent claimed that the request had been denied because the package arrived within the correct timeframe. I requested to speak with a supervisor, and after being placed on hold, I was informed that the supervisor was unavailable. I expressed my willingness to hold, but the agent claimed that I was disrupting her talk time and became argumentative. The call was subsequently disconnected. I called back and spoke with Jessica, who apologized for the previous agent's behavior and offered to assist me. After holding for 48 minutes, Jessica disconnected the call. I waited a few hours and called back, holding for 38 minutes to speak with a supervisor. During the conversation, I discovered that the person I was speaking with was not a supervisor. I addressed the issue, and the individual became unresponsive. I informed them that this matter was not resolved and would be pursued further.
I ordered from Ashley Stewart super excited to get some outfits. I ordered December 8th, by the 17th I still did not have my order, then for about 11 days it didnt move. Finally it said it was delivered, but there was no proof there was nothing. I was even home when they said they said it was delivered. They said it went to a door man, I do not have a door man, I live in a single level home in suburbia. Neighbors didnt have it. I went back and forth between the shipper and Ashley Stewart and neither would help me. Ashley Stewart said it would be escalated and they said in the end it wasnt their problem and only the shipper. It was about $100 in product and it just sickens me. How many others did they do this to at Christmas. Horrible people.
I really didn't know much about this company and made the poor decision to purchase from them. I returned everything I ordered. The clothing were ill fitting and had very cheap fabric. Now I am out 20.00 because on top of shipping they also charge a return fee :(
I had an AS credit card, always bought lots of things. Clothing stitching was coming apart on a lot of items. I closed my acct and started
using After Pay. Be careful returning items. I had $1.00 shipping AS wanted to charge me $10.00 for a return label that they did NOT enclose with my items. Customer service and the "supervisors" were absolutely horrible!
My money spends any and everywhere but NOT Ashley Stewart!

I placed a order and paid extra to have it here within 2-4 business not only did I not receive my package but was told that they cannot refund my $12.95. I will never order from Ashley Stewart again. Be careful bc if you pay extra for a early delivery doesn't mean you will get it and you will be out of pocket you paid extra for..
I bought these bad azz jeans and camouflage suits that you can wear inside out. Too small. I was so disappointed because I see you have to get them two to three sizes up that's annoying.I bad enough you already have to get big sizes bc your plus but who want to buy an event bigger sizes?! Just ridiculous! Im so disappointed bc I have to return them...
I am truly truly upset and ashamed to let anyone know that my bra's that was literally just not to long ago purchased came apart already the product was defective very bad wire came out of the bra's emailed Ashley Stewart and still no response. If I didn't have to choose a rating I wouldn't have.
I love me some Ashley Stewart, but this purchase the tights are not working for me... I bought two pair, size EE that states it goes up to 330 pounds, My weight is 280. The first pair I couldn't get past my stomach, the second pair, the panty portion does not go all the way up, only to lower part of my stomach. I have stretched, pulled, & tugged wore them to work & felt them rolling down all day. The crotch part is squeezing my inner thigh. More panty portion need to be added, & more stretch please.
Had I not missed the 30 day return deadline due to being out of town, I would have returned everything. Pants were way too long and material on two pair was so thin (see through... literally). I'll stick to other plus size vendors.
They sent me a damaged item and I reached out to customer service. I was told they were going to "open a ticket". That was the last I ever heard from them. The skirt has a snag that goes for 3-4 inches right below the waist at the front. I can't wear this! I would just deal with it if the damage was near the bottom hem somewhere but this is in a very obvious spot.
Ordered on Cyber Monday online 11/26 and 11/27... most items were "out of stock". Finally found a few pieces and settled for them. I received an email on 12/5 stating shipping was running behind then an email immediately following stating "items were not longer available" after my card has been charged for all the items. Next, they send an email stating they shipped a jogging suit top but the bottoms are not available. I emailed customer service "The Ashley Stewart Team" and no response as of today. Oh by the way, the other items I ordered separately I just got an email, "the items are no longer available". Now, I spent my Cyber shopping on a site that does not produce its products and missed the sales at another retailer due their deceptive business practices! Be aware!
Returned items that were of poor quality. They said it is a fee of $8.00 for returns. The deducted $18.00 from my refund. Ive reached out to them several times for an explanation but no response. Will never order from them again or shop in a store.

For over a month, I've emailed them, only receiving a reply, they're waiting for corporate to respond. I've even called and been placed on long holds, only to be told, supervisors are all busy. I've hi's requested call backs & still nothing! This is terrible treatment, for someone who spent damn good money with them!
But what she don't understand me and my crew can steal much more from her the company is ghetto as hell with the worst customer service online I ever seen they will make you turn on their ghetto $#*! and turn ghetto just like them
My complaint isn't the clothes quality bc nothing from Ashley Stewart has ever ripped on me or been Damaged. I've been shopping with them for over 15 years. I was previously an 18/20 now I'm a 14 in jeans and 12 in shirts. Now for those who say the quality is bad or made poorly first of all the lady in the dress with 2 different patterns Sis that look isn't for you. Ashley can't help if you aren't a fashionista (which I am) and then you want to say poor quality no you did that dress a disservice. The other with the jeans it looks like you wore them 7 days a week like they were the last jeans on earth what else can you expect if you wear the same jeans over and over again. My compliant is simple I am upset with the models they have on the website (pretty faces) but the clothes aren't being styled well anymore causing me to shop elsewhere. The models are looking frumpy and bumpy. I doubt I am the only customer feeling this way maybe just the only one who will express their feelings. Please get the models right and the outfits styled right and watch your sales go up. Trust me
I'm use to the low quality clothing, Use to the majority of clothing looking hideous and not worth the asking price. Every blue moon though, an outfit strikes gold. It's beautiful, appears to fit well and sells out every size in seconds. Yet, restock on said item never happens. Why? I try to be a AS fan but get dissatisfied most times exiting site with cart empty. Put more effort towards pieces that fly off the shelf and not on excessive crap no one wants.
Answer: Yes and $8 minimum shipping to receive and to return. Paid $16 because their item was terrible quality and see through.

Answer: Fit for me was either true or a bit big. I wear 24 or 3X and next time will try a size down.
