I never received my order number when ordering items over the phone. The money has been taken and processed from my account, but the items are still in my cart. I have no way of knowing whether the items are being shipped to me or not. Please help?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY- AND DO YOUR BEST TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Call your bank or credit card company and tell them and take a screen shot of your information and show it to your bank. Tell your bank or credit card company that you want your transaction to be reversed and cancel and your money in your account because you never receive the merchandise.
