My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday, I have been hung up on by 6 different customer service representatives, I have been asking for a manager for over 2.5 hours and they have been busy online, I've been told that the representatives have other customers so I can not wait to chat with a manger, I have also been told the manager will tell me the same thing the representative just told me, I was also told that the period for "expected shipping" goes for 3 more days so I should contact them back on Saturday. I called the store and they told me it wont be there until next week. Worst experience ever!
FOREVER21- the worst corporate I have ever dealt with - lack of business ethics, integrity and truthfulness. What a disgusting!
Brief story: I ordered 8-9items from Forever21, and one of them was totally different from the pictures and from the descriptions posted on the website. Once the issue was sent to them, they got back to the website, edited the word to make it right and came back to the customer and said they already mentioned about it!
Sorry, I have a captured screen of that page before you added that statement- an evidence to show the world that Forever21 is unethical! Its easy for me to throw away that cheap stuff, but Im just not happy with this business behavior which I found it deceiving, unprofessional and unethical! I don't where you get this idea from. Stupid and unprofessional way of thinking! Please see the pictures attached for the evidence.
I recently bought a jean jacket at Forever 21 at Guildford mall, and I went up and bought it and the lady said, " You have 2 days to return it ". SO the next day I decided I no longer wanted it and the manager (white male, camo shirt) said: " It's your job as a consumer to read the signs that say you can't get a full refund in cash." He was so rude and I never had such a horrible experience. Don't shop here!
They cancelled my order without calling me, after spending hours to choose the items from their multiple pages on the website. I called in, the representative couldn't do anything to honor the discount on Cyber Monday and didn't transfer me to her supervisor, she hung up on me instead. I would suggest changing their stiff customer support policy, it is unreliable system overall. Too bad I do like their clothing and accessories!
Yes, as people have stated, their quality isn't the greatest. I usually don't buy much clothing on here. I go for the cute accessories! They've got tons of styles of hair clips, shoes, jewlery. Ect. It's my go-to place for cheap and cute accessories. Their shipping is super fast, and their stuff is packaged good. I also love how I can return something in any of their mall locations.
I love this site more than the store! They offer free shipping after 50$! They have a section called Fab Finds mostly basic tees and stuff less than 5 bucks a piece. I love their handbags! Shoes? Ehh they're okay... They always have sales and their stuff is very trendy and casual! The site offers everything the store has in an organized structure that allows you to get the most out of it. They have male helpers in female dressing rooms. Their customer service is very poor. People on the counter does not even know how to talk to the customers. They don't have any respect for human beings. Why have they been hired when their manners and customer service is disappointing. I don't want to go there again.
Their return policies and customer service are the worst I've seen. I wanted to exchange a blouse for a smaller size. First they told me try to find the right size but they did not help just said look in that area probably you will find it. Then finally I did (It looks organization is a big issue too) when I went to the register I clearly said this is a size exchange. They ended charging me 5USD due to a price difference after one day of buying it! But it was exactly the same blouse. When I realized there was an extra charge I decided to cancel my purchase and to my surprise they just gave me a gift card! So I ended paying more without the blouse I wanted and in the top of that the Manager of the Oakland Mall at Michigan was rude when I explained what happened. Last time I will go to this place. Not even interested on using that gift card. They will probably trick me next time. My advice if you buy something make sure is the right size or you will not be able to return it.
I have ordered clothes and accessories from Forever 21. The quality is ok but, for the price, it is a good deal. I've always received my full order. I have ordered final sale and always make sure those items are reviewed so I can know about size and quality details first.
Waste of time effort and money I ordered from here took about 2 weeks to come the clothers were terrible then when I wanted to give back was 10 pounds to give back

I give the Forever 21 customer service a 1 star. This is because I did not receive my item, or my money, or any compassion or empathy from Forever21 customer serves (Omer the manager). Who know 100% I did not receive my item and was losing $ 180.
AMAZING :) i ordered $300 worth of clothing! 2 dresses, pair of pants, 4 shirts, 2 skirts, 3 rompers, cute panda sweater, and a cute belt. Everything fit awesomely, the delivery took a 5 days!, pricing was amazing (i used a random coupon off the internat+ free shipping). I want to order from them everytime :)
Shopping here was the worst experience ever. I placed an online order purchased a dress and shoes. The girl pictured with the dress is wearing an undershirt the dress itself shows your entire bra down past the bottem. They didn't disclose that it wasnt part of the dress. The Material is thick and rough feels and looks like it should hang on your windows. They charged me the shipping to return it and told me i will have wait a month for my refund. Worst service, dress and overall experience ever. Never shop here.
I have been shopping at Forever21 both online & in-store for years, so I am in disbelief with how horrible their customer service has gotten. I purchased some items online and used a promo code, as I always do, but for some odd & very peculiar reason, the promo code and discount disappeared AFTER I placed the order. I called numerous times and was given different ignorant excuses (i. E., the discount doesn't apply to deal items despite no deal items in the order), so I finally emailed them expecting someone to at least be knowledgeable and research what happened. Clearly, I was wrong. I received the response that it is their policy not to apply merchandise credit after the purchase has been made. So basically despite the fact that I received the discount and they removed the discount, there is nothing that can be done. Ridiculous and foolish. I will never shop with them again, and you can bet that I will fight them on this.
I am so disappointed in forever 21's service they have ridiculous policies and I refuse to ever order from them. I ordered a package with standard shipping and I was honestly so excited to get it. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received anything. No one was able to locate the package and when I called their customer support was not at all understandable, they barely understood what I was even talking about... they said they would process a refund and I got no confirmation of it until I called chase to dispute the charge. Forever 21 managed to send me an email notification right after telling me its going to take another week or so to get my money back. I dont have my package and Im down $150 dollars so Im definitely not a happy customer and do not intend on purchasing any products online. So upset. Not to mention they couldn't even replace my package because they claim the clothes are not in season any longer...
I am so tired of ordering stuff online from Forever 21. When they don't have an item that you ordered they will send you a similar item and then make YOU pay the shipping cost for their mistake to send it back and get the correct item. This is the second time they have done this and I am so sick of it. How hard is it to just send the customer an email saying "sorry, we no longer have this item in stock we have refunded your money"? Why send the wrong item at all? It's such a waste of time.
I used to buy everything from Forever 21 but the past few years this whole company and quality has gone down. I spend over $100.00 for items online (god forbid they have the things online and in stores where you can even find them) and nothing fits. I'm a small in certain things and an xl is a crop top for others. Everything is see through and makes the tops look disgusting. I honestly try to shop here and everytime I do I end up returning it, it's just not worth it for me to shop here anymore. I went to the mall yesterday to look for some cute shirts for vacation and they had a whole section dedicated to tacky 90s clothing. This was the last straw for me, they won't get any of my business any longer.
I placed an order on 6/24. I got an email notification telling me it was shipped however it sat waiting to be picked up for 4 days. I was told it would be here by 6/30.
I check tracking again and my stuff didn't move for 6 days. I was told it would be here yesterday 7/2 from FedEx. No. It was not. Here we are day 9 and my stuff still isn't out for delivery.
Forever 21 needs to partner up with a different carrier. Every FedEx experience I have ever had is horrible.
I love their style of clothing, and I love how cheap some items are (especially on sale), but I think a lot of their clothing is expensive for being cheap quality. I also don't like their return policy - once you buy, you can exchange or get store credit after a week, but you can't get your money back at all.
Very disappointed with service. So I saw a promo in the store that you will get $10 on your next purchase if you spend $50.00. After I paid, I have to asked the lady in the counter and the manager if I get a $ 10 coupon. The manager's response was NO you don't get that because your total was $49. And something cents. This is after I slide my debit card. It would be nice if they at least offer you, oh you have to spend 1 more dollar and get the coupon? And the lady in the counter has no clue of the promo and I don't think they care either. If you want customers to return to your store, please train your people how to treat their customers!
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
