My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday, I have been hung up on by 6 different customer service representatives, I have been asking for a manager for over 2.5 hours and they have been busy online, I've been told that the representatives have other customers so I can not wait to chat with a manger, I have also been told the manager will tell me the same thing the representative just told me, I was also told that the period for "expected shipping" goes for 3 more days so I should contact them back on Saturday. I called the store and they told me it wont be there until next week. Worst experience ever!!!!
