Truly the very very worse customer service I have ever experienced. I will never ever shop here again! I literally got scammed from them, I'm so thankful I used PayPal when I order online otherwise I would have just been out 50 bucks (but order never shipped even though they claimed it did) and of course customer service never got back to me the 4 times I tried to get things sorted. Thank you PayPal for doing forever 21s job. Hideous
Tip for consumers:
Do not use online shopping buyer beware! And if you do make sure you pay with Paypal because they protected me otherwise I would have been out 50 bucks
