By far the worst company I booked a flight with. The worst customer service, managers are liars. I've been spending 2-3 hours a week on the phone trying to have them send me a new ticket, because my current one was cancelled by the airline. Flighthub said they'll send me a new one within 24-48 hours and it's been 3 weeks. Because of their delays, now even if I try to book a flight with a different company, the tickets has gone through the roof with the prices. This is trip is a must go trip for me to see my parents back home. I am just very disappointed, I do recommend them at all!
They were recently required to pay millions in restitution for their cancellation policy plans. Even after the fines, their cancellation policy is sold to customers such as me for their own financial gain and not to protect us if we cancel a flight. I had to cancel a flight and to date, my refund request has been rejected. Also, the customer service reps hang up on you, they lie, and you can not get through to management EVER.
I would highly recommend you use another travel service.
I had worst experience booking with flight hub, please don't book ur tickets here it's waste of time and money. I was stranded in India because these people didn't help my return journey has it had a change of travel plans. It exhausting to get in touch nobody will answer ur phone no one trust me, I went thru a mental torture of my travel and still no help. I had to buy a new ticket altogether to come back United States. But this website FlightHub is fraud and useless all I wanted to change my travel date. I was only kept on long hold for hours me n my husband had worst experience. I want my money to refunded half back as I didn't travel on my return. Date. Hoping any one would respond to this
I just booked a ticket on this website and initially they charged me the amount of the ticket, but then in the evening I received another unknown charge for $84 which is a fraud. I tried calling their number to get this investigated but no one is picking up the phone. These guys are absolute fraudsters, Do not use their services. I request the Flight team to immediately contact me and remove the extra $84 fraudulent charge right now. I used their service in the past where they tried to scam me as well.
Bought our tickets March 7 flight was changed 2 times with no communication on our return flight we called less then a hour before we are scheduled to depart they said everything was fine when we got to the airport it was completely different had to call twice for confirmation codes
I decided to book a flight to Panama from Toronto at a cost of $1057. I entered the required information and the price suddenly jumped to $1333. 95! But it turned out to be $1360. I called for customer service and there were absolutely no options to speak to an actual person on the phone. I was livid! I will be booking my flight somewhere else. Now I have an extremely expensive holiday booked with no way to get there.
Cancelled in less than 24 hours for medical reasons. My booking agent talked me into cancellation insurance. The company still kept 29% of the money that I paid. The agents always tell me that they feel sorry for me. That being said they will not give me a refund of that amount. I booked my flight on October 31,2022 and cancelled it November 1,2022.
My cancer may be back and I will have to see my surgeon on 29 November 2022. For that reason in the case and my cancer is back I will not be able to take a flight at all. I decided to cancel the flight and book it again if my health is OK.I've been fighting with them for weeks now with no luck. The agent talked me into buying cancellation insurance for $200. Still, I cancelled is the next day and this corporation has kept 29% of my money. DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB!
I booked a flight to Europe; it stated on my flight reservation that the carry on bag and first checked luggage bag would be included. Due to a change in departure time I found out that the bags were NOT included. Had to pay extra fees. Trying to talk to an agent and I've been on hold now for 1 hour and 7 minutes. Just AWFUL customer service. Never again will I book via Flighthub.
I bought 2 tickets and had to cancel them within 24 hours. Flighthub charged me $150 despite the fact that the airlines did reimburse Flighthub full amount. A dishonest way for Flighthub to make money. You are better to use the airlines directly or other travel sites.
I used FlightHub to book a flight from Canada to India that was cancelled due to a technical issue. When I asked them to reschedule the flight, they said they would respond in two to three hours, but after two days, they gave me the same response, which is the worst experience ever had. Moreover, On the phone for more than an hour at a time with the false response from a company they needs well-trained staff and better services to handle the customers problems. However, If flighthub staff won't able to do anything, I would lose my job and that would force me to do legal steps because it's very important for me to reach within a week I am unable to stay longer than that. If they cant reschedule it refund me money to book another flight which is costing me 1500$ or do flight change themselves.

I have booked the ticket on jan 2020 flight company from there side had refund to flight hub and flight hub till today not refund the money and now they send me a email that its time sensitive and contact them whenever i call them it automatically disconnected we might made a million calls so far
Tried to get a refund as my daughter suffered a heart attack; I then 3 weeks later suffered a heart attack and stroke. They will not refund me even though I have cancellation insurance.
If i call to make a new booking,i could get to talk to some real person in 30 seconds.
If i want to change flights,i need to go through chats with Robot first and it guide me to call a phone number,then it took me 2 hours waiting on the phone and still can talk to nobody,what kind of crappy scam like service is this flighthub?
I recently booked a flight on the website. After a month another stop was added and they only offered a refund while a new booking was costing me much more. Flighthub should have arrangements of compensating their passengers for the cost when they make such big changes to the flight schedule. If I wanted a two stop flight I would have booked one for a cheaper price initially. Very dissatisfied.

Read all the reviews. Wrong flights and wrong names appear then they try to rip you off with surcharges.

I've used this website to book at least 40 times.
The prices are generally better than most competitor sites but the customer service, along with their contact center, is very sad.
Much room for improvement
Very disappointed. Had to spend night at the airport because phone agent booked wrong flight. Customer service approach was to shift blame on me. When provided proof of their mistake, offered $ 100 as compensation, and refused to accept their mistake in writing. After 15 calls and several email exchanges, just gave up.
Booked a flight. Received a call the following day stating that the airline had changed their price and we now had to pay $350 more for our tickets. 5 hours later (4 of which we were on hold) they did virtually nothing for us.
I don't enjoy having my time wasted (two full evenings), being ripped off, or being taken advantage of. We will be taking our travel business (10-12 round-trip fares per year) elsewhere in the future.

They took double the amount I paid for. I am too much in shock right now that I can't even understand what is going on. They keep taking around $1999 per 1 ticket (total of costs of 3 tickets) every single day. Its completely worst place you could ever buy your tickets at.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
