I contacted the chat support because my card payment was declined, but the website wouldn't let me enter another card. The chat support provided helpful assistance, but afterward, I received two emails attempting to charge me an additional fee for a cost update, which I wasn't notified about when I made my last, successful payment.
The price was the best and the service was very smooth. Got an airline confirmation in a day and I was able to verity my reservation with the airline. All is good to go!

We made a booking mistake and, in order to change the return flight time within 1 hour of our original reservation, we were charged $110 US Dollars per ticket. We will not use their service again.

Which is counter intuitive to your reason for sending this hoping for positive feedback. But when it is forced or suggestive, it's not great service.

I did not receive the confirmation from my purchase. I had to call and request it. Afterwards, I noticed I had two confirmations.
Good enough. I had problems with the payment. And first they tried to make me pay more…. But finnily the operador found a solution.
I don't fully trust the site I've been $#*!ed over so many times by bull$#*! $#*! travel websites but everything seems to be in order but I swear to god if it comes time for me to take this flight and Alaska airlines has No record of me I'm going to kill myself and you all will be solely responsible.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
