I booked on the website. A pretty smooth process as these things go. I was kept informed via email along the way and this comforted me as this is my first time using smart fares. Received booking confirmations and was asked to do this review. All that awaits is for me to actually get on my flight as scheduled and all would have been A okay. So far, so good...

I went to check into my flight and it was noticed that I'm supposed to now be leaving five hours early and I was not notified by your company of the change. I have checked emails. I cannot find any emails under smart fares or smart wings.
There was an issue with the credit card, and the person who called me barely spoke English, with an unintelligible accent. Then another person called me, and it was the same situation. After that, I spoke with someone in Spanish who either didn't know how to speak Spanish or knew only very basic, poorly pronounced Spanish. This person was also rude to me, spoke over me when I tried to talk, and then hung up the phone. I canceled the reservation for these reasons

Thought i was paying in euros as i was qouted in euros and when i looked at statement i was charged in dollars, so ended up payin an extra 110 euro got on to custmer service which were terrible
It was ok but a bit confusing and at the payment the page collapsed and I didn't know whether it worked out or not and by now I haven't received a boarding pass
Be careful when you scroll through booking. The site defaults and selects "flexible ticket" option to charge me $245 extra. Even though it is said when you book, 24 hours refund but they refuse to cancel my tickets and refuse to refund the "flexible ticket" charge despite the ticket was booked less than 15 minutes before. After arguing back and forth for an hour, they agreed to cancel my reservation and refund my money. I rather book with other sites for a little bit more expensive but a piece of mind.

The booking confirmation didn't include thd most important information, the airline booking code. I had to call them twice to get airline confirmation email and to retrieve this code verbally. And the person represent the your agency talk in a roude way and unpleasant when I ask him for the airline booking code. In addition before I clicked on the payment it show cost of $528 CAN but the final change came to $565.54 CAN

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
