I booked the tickets without reserving seats as to do this made the ticket price higher than other places. In the past when I book I don't reserve paid seats I choose free seats. Your employee Edwin phoned me at midnight to tell me I had to book seats as the tickets were paid through an agency. If this is the case I have to pay and additional Rs******* which makes your tickets more expensive than any of the other agencies and I would definately not have booked them. I will phone Air Mauritius later to confirm the tickets.

I had to follow up multiple times in order for me to get my confirmation. It took well over 72 hours, and the process isn't clear. As an operations consultant, the process isn't seamless and pretty confusing. Probably won't use again. Main perk was the cost was very inexpensive.

An agent called Ravi called back 13 times and offered to book at a slightly higher price only for me to find out they booked without meeting my luggage requirements and refused to refund the cost of the luggage. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
