I thought I reserved and paid for seats for two of the longest flights to an fro my destination. I do no see them on the itinerary nor reflected in the final price.
So long as I receive my confirmation and itinerary, my rating will remain. I don't like that it says the ticket comes with 1 carry on and 2 checkins and when I tried to add a bag it cost $240. Confusing.
1.When I made the reservation for 2 flight tickets on 05/12/2025 the amount was R27,930-88, I made a screenshot as proof.
2.The actual amount that was deducted from my bank account is R31,130-90 and not R27,930-88 as per my reservation. That is a difference of R3,200-02.
3.As per a screenshot I made from your website this morning you were advertising exactly the same flights for R28,029-24. Also a difference of R3,101-66
4. I'vbe been trying as from Friday to resolve the payment issue.

I booked the tickets without reserving seats as to do this made the ticket price higher than other places. In the past when I book I don't reserve paid seats I choose free seats. Your employee Edwin phoned me at midnight to tell me I had to book seats as the tickets were paid through an agency. If this is the case I have to pay and additional Rs******* which makes your tickets more expensive than any of the other agencies and I would definately not have booked them. I will phone Air Mauritius later to confirm the tickets.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight.
