I don't know where to start. I have talked to people from this app like 10 times. It has been always the same, rude people, trained as they should the costumer stupid, they dont let people talk. The interrupt and raise their voice. They play with you and the options they want to give you just because. They hang up the phone on you and then if they are not please they are even more rude. Please avoid buying anything with SMARTFARES. I couple of friends told me exactly the same and I was next to another person dealing with the same situation and was the same. Disrespectful and frustrating.

As i was still navigation the booking i got a call from the agent who help me through the process with ease. I am happy.

As the title suggests, it was east to find the most direct flight for a good price. Got through the process quickly and so far am happy with the communication I have recieved.

Easy process to purchase the airline tickets. We bought ticket in the past, and it was good deal.

I booked a fare with them after seeing the price displayed in CAD as $891 (approx), then there was a note that the final price would be charged in USD to be $673 something. I was fine with that because I had assumed that shown price in USD was the conversion from the Canadian price it showed, fair to think that no? Well, after booking and checking my bank statements, to my surprise I was charged $952 CAD. Confused, I called and a rep said the CAD price shown was promotional…. That's where things got misleading because why show a CAD amount that isn't what I'd actually be paying. You have the ability to show prices in CAD, so be direct to show the actual amount that will be charged, than being sly to go the USD route. To all my Canadian flyers, be very wary when purchasing flights here, confirm the actual price before booking to avoid being blindsided like I was. They will show the price to be cheaper than what it is actually.
