I am guessing this is the on-line flight group where I had to select seating and pay for it after the ticket price was paid. This is the trend, however there was a time that the seating was included, where one still was able to pick their seat. Getting too costly to have constant tacking on of fees! Otherwise, kept me informed well and appreciate doing so!

Like for the example the price debited in my account 1062 euros and the invoice received in 1018 Euros.

Very dissapointed with the service. An exsortinate amount to add a bag on. I have never expereinced this in all my time booking flights. Extra bag a third of the cost of the flight for two people. Absoluetly crazy!
I was charged extra because the fare is in USD but I was quoted in Zar so that's what I should have paid. Not happy and will never use this booking platform again.
I purchased my flight and chose the option to select my seats, so I paid extra for those seats, but they were never activated. I called you, and I was told that it could be done within 24 hours, but it wasn't done, and then I called again and was told 48 hours, and that didn't happen either. Later, after 48 hours, I contacted you again, and I was told that I would be refunded the cost. Now I'm waiting for the refund,. 😒

SmartFares found a great flight at a great price, but after the booking went through and verified it was accurate on airlines own site, I received a call telling me they would have to cancel our flights unless we paid more money. They said the airline would no longer honor that fare. They eventually agreed to take less than they first asked for, which was still well below the airline's price, but it was a very frustrating experience.
Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
