The fare was advertised at a price that is stll on the web for that price yet I was contacted to pay an increase and dispite paying to date I have no confirmation of my tickets
The price is unbeatable, but there are insufficient details about the ticket type. I noticed after booking that no carry-on luggage is allowed.
So before I made my booking through your service I read a lot of negative reviews about Smartfares and I was worried that it's a scan site. So far my experience is very positive and everything is going well.

Had mistakes on my confirmation phoned the suppled number, got the wrong department and the person ended up hanging up on me. On the third call i got through to a person who could help me. Very upsetting.

1) no live chat on the site, only imitation 2) customer support only by phone - nonsense nowadays 3) incorrect information both for booking (I choose check-in luggage option and received ticket with no luggage by email) and when answering my claim (information about refund by phone differed from information contained in your customer service emails) 4) the customer support call was made during the overnight time with no care for time difference even though it can be clearly seen on the customer data. VERY LOW QUALITY service
Good but 1)no confirmation about luggage option with Royal Maroco, I have to rely on my choice at Momondo 2) too many options that are not really needed. Overall it's good
- Due to the poor communication I had with one of the staff members, I ended up paying for an extra bag which I later cancelled out and only a third of what I paid for the bag was reimbursed.
- I also encountered a problem where the price increased after I had already selected the tickets and submitted my forms at the lower rate.
I needed to top up on my airfare, and this was communicated quickly and efficiently. After my confirmation my booking details were sent quickly.
Everything was simple and to the point. It is nice that there is a follow up afterwards to make sure you received your flight confirmation.

I tried to get my frequent flyer information added for a Star Alliance flight. I had to request over 8 times to have it be put in for Air Canada and not the operating carrier. The agents, 2 of them as the 1st one had given up, kept saying that they are partners so it can go under the operating carrier. I continued to inform the agents that I need the number to be listed as Air Canada's and not the operating carrier's and the agents continued to say that it is the same thing when it is not. It is clear the agents do not know about travel and need more training.
I had a great experience booking with SmartFares. The prices were very competitive—definitely lower than many other sites I checked—and the booking process was quick and straightforward. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout. Overall, good prices and a good experience. I would gladly use SmartFares again for future travel.
The experience has bern good so far although I am unclear whether my seats are confirmed, as I received a message that was unclear. I selected and paid for seats both directions of the round trip flight. It is a long flight and I want to make sure to be in the seats I selected. Thank you!

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
