I had a decent experience. A little bit surprised that the payment did not require any validation.
For some reason one of my first names appeared as the middle name of my daughter. I hope we won't have any issues when boarding.
I am very happy with the service I received from Smart Fees, however, I am struggling to get hold of them via their telephone line. But overall, happy with the service.
Booked trip online and proceeded to make payment. Payment was declined. Called the agent to query and was told it was due to price change of over usd700 compared to online fare. I checked same fare with Airline direct and fare was usd700 cheaper! Lol. Paid Airline direct for exactly same trip usd700 cheaper than I tried to pay online. Unsuspecting and less savvy customer would have been cheated.
I booked a flight more than a week prior and the company didn't book with the airline. Then a week and a half later they sent me an email saying call us we cancelled your reservation. Didn't even say anything about a refund or how to re-book. When I called they didn't listen or try to correct. They just kept saying call your bank.

Price went up after initial booking which was disappointing but still seemed like the most affordable price. No checked bag. Hopefully no bad surprises down the line.
All good. My bank blocked my payment but Smartfares were very reactive and quick to respond and help me solve the problem.
First of all, I did not want a flexible ticket, and when it was confirmed on my website, it had added the flexible fare. Secondly, you sent me a note about confirmation. You never confirmed my ticket, I just took a screenshot of my own order with the reservation code at the time of order. The mail you sent me was to have me confirm or disconfirm if my order had come through. If I hadn't received a confirmation, I had no option. But to send a note to your customer email, which I did. The email you said I could use could not be used. I tried several time and had the right mail address. It came back saying I could not use the mail. Very bad service, but I have my reservation number only because I took a screenshot of my own order. I would ask to have the flexible fare part returned, but I fear yet again not to hear from you. I won't use your services again if there is no positive response to my request. I suspect you have sent text to my home phone since that is the only phone you got from me, but sending text to a home phonet is of course not possible. That is also why I gave you my email address. Everything was clear thank you so much. I was told what to do and everything was easy to follow and great price.
The customer services was answering my messages in time and advised to wait but the waiting time was almost 7 hours to receive the ticket

The booking process was really okay. I did not have much trouble with it. I wish I would have received a receipt and/or e-ticket along with the booking confirmation. Reading the reviews online, I will be honest, threw me off a bit.
When I booked my flight, it originally had checked bags for 2 people, and the ability to sit next to my partner, but then I got a call saying that it would cost an extra 14 dollars, I wouldnt be able to sit next to my partner, and I would have to pay extra for baggage. I get that the booking changed between the time that I ordered and when they processed the order but I should not have to pay for that error by an extra 164 dollars. Would not recommend to anyone, In fact I would recommend them not to book with smart booking again

I was charged some 500 pesos extra what the price was shown and it was not mentioned anywhere. I think you guys are misleading information.
Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
Answer: I could no agree more. They are also very rude. Did not received my confirmation until a day before departure and I had to call them to get it. When I asked how to check in as they booked me with 2 different airlines they responded can you read?

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
