I tried to book flights for 5 people. I did not receive a booking confirmation. I tried calling Customer Services but the number was not available since my booking until now. No response or support via email either. My flight option is no longer available and therefore I don't know what option is available to me but don't know how to contact SmartFares.
Quickly got my bookings and now paid for four tickets but only received three tickets. Can't get hold of the people who made my bookings. Their numbers are off.

Very unhelpful and can't resolve any issue. DO NOT USE! I've been trying to get a refund, but they don't care or call me back. Lack of English language on the phone causes more issues.
I bought a ticket for $1k two months ahead of flying. But the agent called me it's now $1.3k, then it went up to $1.7k "because tickets were being sold out". Finally I just bought off Kayak (for $1k) using a competitor and cancelled the "SmartFlyer" scam.
When I first checked my planned all-inclusive trip's costs for 2 x Adults + 2 x 'Extras Options' on ykza. Smartfares. Com, I was quoted R46,929.29 in total, plus I also had to pay another $180.85 USD to have my surname corrected from VAN RENSBU to VAN RENSBURG. However, when I checked the converted ZAR Rand - $ USD charge made to my Credit Card it amounted to R53,896.00 (i. E. R3.513.09 more than the R50,382.91 anticipated)... So, this means that one should not trust the converted currency quoted without checking it with your Bank first.
On the website, i was quoted 3380e. However i qas charged 3850usd. I called to samrtfares and Bryan qay lying to me that flight ticket is without baggage. Then he was threatening me that he will cancel my ticket with 100 USD cancellation fee. I had to say at least five times to not to do that. And then he was threatening to change my booking on different date. I strongly advise everyone to stay out of this website.
I checked the website accept price, Fill out the form and send it off, then pick up the phone. Each person needs to add around $80. That's why I gave to you two stuff.
The offered flight was initially confirmed. However, I was later informed there was a problem that would be resolved within an hour. About 24 hours later, I received a call informing the ticket was not available. I was offered a new ticket on the same flight at a higher price than if I booked directly with the airline (which I ultimately did). Employed high pressure sales tactics that appeared to be less than honest
I booked two tickets from JHB to HK, the App shows total cost is R*******. 24, but charge R*******. 96 from my account, doesn't charge the same amount as showing in the App, I contacted Smart Fares service, they told me they only charge the amount of USD. I always book air tickets from Cheapflights App, never happened this with other agents, always charge the same amount as shows, first time book with Smart Fares, feel disappointed.
They will not book what you ordered and will not inform you of the difference. When I tried to book online the payment didn't go through, they called up to tell me that the price had changed, and it would cost $26 more. Thinking nothing of a $26 increase, I said no problem and paid. Now, weeks later, as I'm trying to check in for the flight, I learn the over the phone tickets didn't include the cost of bags which I had originally selected.
Apparently, the "new rate" was actually $326 more than the original ticket price, considering I had already selected $300 more expensive tickets in order to pay for bags. No one told me this and apparently "only the phone reservation was valid" so I'm just out $300. It'll now cost me significantly more than if I had just booked direct.
Terrible company, do not use them.
I first booked two flight for me and my wife, my booking was confirmed and her booking was not confirmed. When we called smart fares they told me that I need to pay an extra +200dollar to confrim my wife flight and when I asked what's the reason for that I was told that My wife option had two bags and my option was for one bag but we had the exact same option when we book the flight. I am very disappointed because the agent made me cancel my flight.Then when i checked i could see there were two bags allocated for my flight and not two bags. I also haven't also received my refund for the flight yet.
I would love to get a call from smart fare and get my full refund for my fight as ot was not my fault.

I received a message my payment was not accepted. When I wanted to contact the helpdesk, I wasn't able to get anyone on the line.
When I send an email, I kept getting a return message my mail could not reach the helpdesk.
Up until today, I have no idea if my order was cancelled or not, and I have no option to contact the services.
Please let me know the current state of my order (Order ID: BLZTK8).
And if it's not cancelled already, please cancel it immediately.

The only annoying part of these service is providing this feedback which had to be more than 50 characters otherwise you will send pestering emails.
I tried to book a flight but it kept saying this price is not available and then the staff was offering me a way higher price. If it's not available. Please do not show on the website
It's very bad experience with them and there are same like the seats unlike the front they take they give you money and after that they call you and they give you another price on the time they give you the prize this this is take me away seem like the bad experience with them
I purchased and paid for (my card was charged) two round trip tickets to New Orleans for $240 total cost and never received my flight numbers or additional contact. Thank God I followed up. When I called, I was told the price was no longer available but that I could hold the reservation for what was now over $400. I declined and booked each individual leg with American airlines and spirit for a total of $300 for both tickets - not only did you not honor your sale, you tried to uncharged over a $100. Hate this company - dishonest and unprofessional with zero integrity.
Is disgusting that when you buy say that the price is other, that you should pay more, and don't return money, don't give better options when not is my fault. Is totally disgusting

For some reason one of my first names appeared as the middle name of my daughter. I hope we won't have any issues when boarding.
Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
