I purchased two tickets with them, flying with Air Canada. On the day of the travel, Air Canada cancelled our tickets, sating Travelmakers did not issue the tickets correctly, and we were scammed. All our travel plans were ruined. The travel was to happen during March break (March 12-18).
I am yet to receive the refund from Travelmakers. All attempts to reach them over phone or email have been futile. Have sent several messages. Have asked my credit card provider to file a complain/ refund. I am so regretful that i trusted Travelmakers.

The Canadian $ pricing was inaccurate by $50+ amount.
There are too many options to click on before booking the tickets and it gets very confusing!

Very disappointed. Had to spend night at the airport because phone agent booked wrong flight. Customer service approach was to shift blame on me. When provided proof of their mistake, offered $ 100 as compensation, and refused to accept their mistake in writing. After 15 calls and several email exchanges, just gave up.
