I booked a return ticket to India through them, my flight got cancelled. Called Flighthub they said contact Airline, Qatar Airways. Spent thousands of dollars on return trip. Never got compensation, (part of trip compensated after I filed a case with the Canadian ombundsman from Qatar Airways) accomodation or transportation in Delhi. Left high and dry. Had to fend for myself. No help from Qatar Airways or Flighthub. Total scam company. Never book a ticket with them
In 2020 we had two separate flights scheduled - 1 trip that was domestic and 1 trip that was international for a family of 4. Due to COVID, we had to cancel both trips and received a credit. We wanted to use the credit for a trip to FL. After paying an additional $300 (not sure why when our credit was for more than the new trip), we thought we were booked and received an itinerary. When trying to check-in through American Airlines, we were advised that our tickets were NEVER BOOKED, so we had to re-book at the ticket counter for an additional $512 for one way and an additional $350 for return flights.
I was finally able to get someone from Flighhub on the line (good luck with this process) and he had to escalate my issue to a supervisor, after being on hold for an additional 1.5 hours, my phone disconnected. No return call from supervisor and still unable to get in contact with Flighthub. DO NOT USE this 3rd party at all, ever. It's a complete waste of money, patience and the company is awful. Not sure how they are still in business. Due to this awful company, I am out of $5400 for domestic and international flights. Be aware.
Flight hub website showed the price of cancelation protection for $88. However, they charged me $355.47. I called less than 24 hs to cancel the cancelation protection plan. After spending 6 hours on tge phone I didn't get a response. I filled up the form on the website to cancel the cancelation protection plan. Still haven't heard from them. When I call the sales department, they answer right away. HOWEVER, they say that they can't help you. When I asked them to transfer me to a person, they either hang up or connect you to a taking computer. Flight hub are ripping me of $355.47 by ignoring me. The next a representative contacted me and spent 50 min on the phone and could figure out how do the cancelation. Extremely disappointed with the costumer no service.
Paid over $1157. 00 and because of COVID had to cancel last year and with travel credit. I am playing back and forth on the phone with these crooks trying to get my refund. They keep hanging up and when asked to return our call after a long wait of hours as soon as I pick up the phone for customer service they hang up. This site should be fined and shut down. Crooked Quebecers... The worst I've ever dealt with! 18 calls and counting and nothing is changing.
Worst company ever. We changed the flight dates and only after that was informed there were additional charges. Customers service are referring to each other and nobody wants to be responsible for made mistake, instead asking us to pay charges to complete the ticket.
I decided to book a flight to Panama from Toronto at a cost of $1057. I entered the required information and the price suddenly jumped to $1333. 95! But it turned out to be $1360. I called for customer service and there were absolutely no options to speak to an actual person on the phone. I was livid! I will be booking my flight somewhere else. Now I have an extremely expensive holiday booked with no way to get there.
With a little patience, I received very good customer service with Flighthub when I finally got through from being on hold. I couldn't rebook my flight for a future flight credit after many clicks around their website, so decided that my only choice was to get on the phone. The customer service rep that assisted me was very helpful and was patient in answering all my questions, explained what to expect in the email they'll be sending to me, basically helped get my booking done. Based on the time of day I called I was speaking with someone in Egypt, who was quite friendly and courteous.

I made reservations to fly round trip between Fresno and Omaha back in April. Flight Hub changed the ticket from an afternoon arrival to a very late night arrival and then changed it back again. I went with its most recent schedule. I arrived at the Omaha Airport on June 3,2021 for my 8:20 a.m. flight and was told it had been cancelled and was now scheduled to fly out at 5:30 p.m. I returned home, incurring a parking fee and returned later for my evening flight. The American agent commented that they had had several complaints re Flight Hub and noted that my return flight for 4:30 p.m. had also been cancelled through AMERICAN, not FLIGHT HUB - she also noted that if I had gone by what Flight Hub was still giving as a 4:30 p.m. departure, I would miss my 2:20 p.m. flight which would be the last of the day. For the "privilege" of using their ridiculous service, they charged me $71.60 for a "booking fee", albeit without correct flight information given. I cannot stress any more strongly - DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They really are worse than no help at all!
Booked a flight last year to Greece, then COVID caused my flight to get cancelled. Flight hub will not refund my money. United Airlines will not honor any travel credits. Can not get in touch with any customer service reps to get this fixed. My money/travel credits are being held hostage in cyber space by these crooks

J'ai eu beau tenter plusieurs fois de parler à un agent, aucune option ne me permet d'avoir quelqu'un au bout de la ligne. If I could give negative stars I would. I had booked a flight with them in February 2020, then covid happened. I have over $ 1200 in credits with them. If you have a credit with flighthub you can not book online you have to call. Firstly I was on hold for over 10 hours over two days before I got through. Then when I finally got through I would be transferred and put back on hold for anywhere from a hour to 3 hours and then it would. Just hang up on me. When all said and done I asked for a refund because I didn't want to deal with them anymore and they said they can't refund my money. I will never book with flight hub again.

We had a booked our flight before COVID-19 and was on April 2020 but due to COVID-19 my flight was canceled also they charged my cancelation fee. Also they never ever refund our money they gave 1 year credit amd my 1 year over in this April still flight was close to USA and i lost almost CAN $2300.

I booked 3 tickets through flighthub website got confirmation and receipt, few days later I found 6 ticket issued separately on my credit card, 2 for each passenger same trip and date.
Flighthub's customer contact is impossible to reach, and when I reached them they say they don't see 6 times
My credit card cannot dispute it as ticket already issued, they are holding $3254. 00 on addition to my actual charges on my credit card which reach maximum limit, I am not able to make any purchases and will pay interests and they still not responding to my request for over a week.
Please do not book through agents specifically flighthub!

When I had to cancel a flight because of the pandemic, they tried to charge me a $500 cancellation fee EVEN THOUGH THE AIRLINE ITSELF WAS OFFERING TRAVEL CREDIT. I called customer service countless times and the line kept going dead. The one minute I spoke with an agent they were vague and unhelpful. I eventually was able to get my travel credit after extensive pushiness and pulling a "Karen," so to speak. Although every time I tried to use the rebooking feature online, the website crashed, which is no doubt intentional. They purposefully make themselves inaccessible and hope that you give up out of frustration. Do not use them. It's shoddy business. It's worth paying the extra $$ to book through a reputable company/airline because travel goes wrong more often than not and Flighthub will not help you when things go wrong.
I have contacted them several times to redeem my tickets. They tell me they cannot redeem my American Airlines Ticket, I have to call that airline then call Flighthub back because American can't redeem the ticket. After having to wait 13 hours for a call back after waiting on hold for 2 hours! I got the call back at 10:07pm, where I couldn't call American Airlines, to have the ticket opened and my flight booked! I had to schedule yet... another call back! Notttt to forget, their flight options SUCK for them to have HIGHER prices than going directly through one airline! NO ONE, wants to travel for 23 hours both ways. Im traveling to the Bahama from NY, so I wanted to check out if I went early and just left from Miami... they have a 22hr layover in JFK!

FlightHub will not issue my refund even though they have been bailed out from the airline I booked with. Their customer service is a joke at best. I have no solutions from them. You cannot reach an actual person on their phone line and they won't respond to emails.
Save yourself and book directly through the airline to save yourself the headache.
Bought our tickets March 7 flight was changed 2 times with no communication on our return flight we called less then a hour before we are scheduled to depart they said everything was fine when we got to the airport it was completely different had to call twice for confirmation codes

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
