You will never be able to use a credit with these scumbags. Trust me, after 20 hours on the phone with them, i got nothing back.
I bought a ticket last year, and in time of the flight, it turned out that Flighthub cancelled it and changed the date to a day before the real date! They never notified me about it (and I have all of their emails)! I paid over $1600 for that ticket, and now they rejected my refund request! DON'T PURCHASE ANY FLIGHT FROM FLIGHTHUB!
They are ok when selling and making reservations, but are impossible to deal with when one needs to change anything or talk to a live person. The information they have about my trips are all screwed up. When i have talked to an agent], i mentioned this and their comment was that's not a problem. BUT it is a big problem. I cancelled my most recent trip on April 18 leaving on May 28 and requested a refund.
And originally received confirmation of their having received my cancellation request. Now they can't even find it. I will not do business with them again. I am now about to have heart surgery and would very much like my refund to cover my medical costs. I was release from the hospital 1 week ago as seen in the attached picture. Proof of purchase made Jan 31,2020 is on my credit card - not attached. Thank you
DO NOT BUY YOU TICKET THROUGH FLIGHTHUB. They basically stole 900$ from me. After COVID hit I was eligible for a refund. 13 months, of calling, talking to dozen agents, telling me I will receive the refund within 72 hours, then received nothing. They did that MULTIPLE times.
Calling, waiting for HOURS. "A supervisor will call you back" then... NOTHING. Calling back, waiting, and hours of listening to them promise the same lies. They push you until you give up. It's so upsetting and disappointing to see companies literally robbing people off that way. I will repeat: never book through Flighthub. Poor customer service.
Bait and switch. Worst customer service ever. Charge for one class of ticket and receive another. 6 hours on phone to get zero satisfaction or resolution. Never again!
I booked with Flighthub. Then they completely changed the booking months later so I had a 28 day layover in LA, before proceeding onto Fiji, which then had another 5 day layover before finally getting into Christchurch New Zealand. I cancelled the flight not only because they had completely rescheduled the flight, but the flight actually never existed as Fiji Airways were not allowed to fly into NZ because of Covid. I have a visa for new Zealand and was ready to go no matter what. They said the refund would take 12 to 16 weeks to process. Currently sitting at 21 weeks with no refund, and you can't talk to anyone at Flighthub because their call centre has now been updated to only take new reservations when talking to customer service. If I try to inquired about the cancellation, the call is just ended.

Scams people and don't care about the customers, they only want take the money from the people. I would like to give less than one star.
Don't ever try to book flights with them. I tried to book a flight last year, then because of COVID, I had to cancel, I got travel credit, then when I tried to rebook, they would call you multiple times to charge your the price difference, each time different amount. And they would have the same reason, ticket price is changing. This won't stop, I paid $300 then called me again 1 hour after asking for extra $500. While the ticket price is only $1500, that I paid last year. DON'T TRUST THEM EVER.
System got stucked wen I tried to change the flight, and now even if I am paying for the cancellation, I got no email confirming that flight will be cancelled and called them twice, but nothing has changed.
I am deeply frustrated, this is the worst experience of my life :(
There customer service is terrible. Couldn't get a hold of an a agent to talk about my flight, because my flight got canceled on me and i bought the insurance and they didn't help with me with anything! So I tried to call them about the credits and i still cant talk to an agent, just a voice recording. If i was you don't use this booking company!

Hello, how can I pay $1277 September 2 2019 to travel in March of 2020 but could not for COVID and when I wanted to make the trip with my travel credit I was charged another $472.35 for difference in the airfare. And another $75 And after booking I decided to change the date to meet up with my work schedule and was charged another $75
Which now totals to $1899. 35 just to go to Nigeria. One of the most expensive ticket I have ever bought. And yet just less than two weeks to my trip my ticket is not confirmed and yet flight hub are now trying to make me go through Qatar instead of Frankfurt (Lufthansa flight) that I paid for. You guys are trying to make me stay 3days instead of two days telling me that the ticket is non refundable. Are you guys kidding me? This is my worst experience with you guys. I need my ticket to be issued in less than 24hrs from now else, you guys will hear from my lawyer and I will post this on every social media forum and your website that flight hub is a scam.
Never again! I bought a ticket through Flighthub in October 2020. I paid for the round trip but they issued only one way ticket, so to be able to return I had to buy another ticket and pay again. Half of year has already past and they do not do anything for the refund. Anything! I call them twice a week. Poor quality of service, terrible agents, no solution for my issue...

All nippon cancelled all flights from houston to tokyo, including my flight. Flighthub never contacted me to inform me of the cancellation, and I only learned of it while attempting to do the online check-in the day before departure. I called flighthub, and they refused to refund. They only offered a flighthub.com voucher, less $120 fee! So thru no fault of my own I lose $120 automatically and I am forced to deal with flighthub again in the future as well as purchase a new ticket at a higher cost. I asked flighthub if they could change the flight and their fee for this was more than $800, which was more than the cost to purchase a new flight direct from Al Nippon! And of course they were applying $120 fee to the change request also. I called Al Nippon 4 times and Flighthub 4 times. Al Nippon says they do not issue any flight credits and also that they do not charge $120 change fees. Al Nippon says flight hub needs to get in touch with their service desk, but flight hub seems to have no knowledge of how to accomplish this. After seeing BBB reviews for flight hub at 1.05 stars out of 5 stars, and thousands of BBB complaints I will never do business with flight hub again, so a voucher less $120 penalty is laughable. Incredibly pain to my son and wife there, who I will not get to see this year, and a loss of $700 flight.
October 2020 book a trip with West Jet using Flight hub to Costa Rica for November 2020.
West Jet one week before departure decides to cancel the flight and I'm told by Flight Hub
Customer service that it would be a week or two for my refund. Rebook with Flight Hub Copa Air
And visit Costa Rica using my own funds and waiting for refund. Now February 2021 and still waiting on

My flight PVR to YVR was cancelled the same day it was booked in March 2020. Despite my picture showing their site promising a refund if cancelled by airline, FlightHub has refused to honor their word. They insist on keeping the change fee and say that to access the travel credit the flight has to originate in Mexico.
If there is any risk of disruption, DO NOT TRUST FLIGHTHUB. If you are not worried, their prices are good. You get what you pay for though, if you are lucky.
Had a credit voucher for 596.00 ( 3 passengers), got it when i wasnt able to use it due to pandemic. After running around for a year with flight hub, i found a flight for 552.00 for 3 passengers. Called flight hub, told i am suppose to pay 732.00 for flight difference plus use my voucher. Asked her why? I was told thats was the rule. 552.00 was only good for a new fare. Damn this is a rip off. Never buying ticket from this guys again. Customer service was poor. Can i report them to BBB.? I would rather buy new set of tickets than to pay 732 + 596 for the same flight. WOW
Terrible company. Absolute SCAM! I don't know by which kind of support they are still in business? I'm losing my trust in Canadian justice system that allows such horrible company to rip off Canadian customers. It is very disappointing. FlightHub sold me two flight tickets from Turkish Airline which didn't exist at all. I fought for a refund about five months and got my money back from airline by disputing them but with FlightHub I haven't got anywhere because they play a lot of tricks. There is a tip that I should have done it right but unfortunately I didn't. However, here is what I learned: "AS SOON AS YOU GOT YOUR CANCELLATION MESSAGE FROM YOUR AIRLINE IMMEDIATELY CONTACT BOTH OF THEM (FlightHub&Airline), AND ASK FOR A FULL REFUND (DO NOT PAY THEM ANY EXTERA MONEY FOR CANCELATION FEE; it is another trick to get more money from you) OVER YOUR PHONE CALL REPEATEDLY TELL THEM IF YOU DON'T GET A REFUND YOU WILL DISPUT THEM THROUGH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT PROVIDER". DO NOT SAY ANYTHING THAT CAN BE USED AGAINST YOU, because your communication will be recorded over your phone call and will be used against you. Consequently, if they refuse to refund your money, get a copy of your flight ticket, email, text message or any communication you have had with them and go to your online banking account or your branch and immediately dispute them both(FlightHub&Airline) separately. In addition, Keep in mind that they may try to play with you to buy more time to postpone your disputing and eventually make your disputing ineffective, "That was exactly what happened to my case."
Very hard to talk to customers service, when I did speak to them very arrogant people. They can't even answer a simple question. I been trying to speak to a manager for the last 4 days, I don't recommend at all.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
