I couldn't get my refund on time. Canceling just withing a week of july 23 2020 i still did not get my refund yet.
Paid over $2200. 00 and because of COVID had to cancel last year and with travel credit. I am playing hell with these crooks trying to get me and my wife's seats and luggage costs included from our original payment to our new flights. They keep hanging up and when asked to return our call after a long wait of hours as soon as I pick up the phone for customer service they hang up. This site should be fined and shut down. Crooked $#*!ing Canadians... The worst I've ever dealt with and thanks for screwing another retired military veteran!
Took 4 hours of arguing and waiting on hold to get them to help with changing a credit flight (covid related) origin and destination that was authorized by the parent airline. Once we finally got that sorted out, they agreed to book the new flight, but charged 30% more than the actual ticket cost. The WORST travel company I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY.

I bought a flight ticket on 8th March 2020 to travel to India at the end of that month. Due to covid-19, my flight was cancelled. I tried to contact them and ask for a refund but no one was picking the call so through the website I sent them a cancellation request and they cancelled my ticket and gave me travel credits which I have to use before 31 JAN 2021. Since my travel credit was about to expire this month, so I tried to contact customer service but they are not answering the call. Once they put me on hold for nearly 2 hours. I have the proof for everything and the funny part is, they send me email asking how was their customer service experience. Don't buy tickets from this website guys.
Our flight was cancelled in July. Flighthub gave us an option of getting cash refund for an extra fee of approx. $70. We paid the fee. Our flight was with Air France. Many weeks ago now we were told that the refund has been processed and the money, close to $3K will be deposited to our credit card account within 6 business days. No money was deposited, we are still waiting and cannot contact anyone at Flighthub. All many phone numbers I tried connect to the same automated message with no option to speak to anyone. I called Air France to confirm if they refunded Flighthub for our flights, they did long time ago. So Flighthub is keeping our money and hiding blocking all contact. This is unacceptable and illegal. I will be fighting to get my money back. I attached all relevant info to this review to make it handy for Flighthub to identify my account and pay me back promptly.
We have always booked flight through Flighthub for Local and International travels, They have been flexible to work with. Best prices are available when compared to other sites.
Can't wait to fly again when things get normal and book through Flighthub.
Prices were great but not easy to deal with when trying to get a refund. I don't want travel credits that expire. I won't be travelling anytime soon thanks to Covid. I called months before my scheduled trip to get my money back and was told I would get a credit. Again, I don't want a credit. I'm in Canada and we aren't even allowed to travel by air unless it's deemed essential. I have no plans to travel anytime soon. I'm out almost $1500 now.
They charged me 50 dollars of my money because my flight got canceled due to COVID! That's horrible due to it not being my fault!
Schedule a call back for 7:30 get it at 8:35 rep keeps putting me on hold for no apparent reason. Then puts me on hold one last time never comes back. Worst experience ever with any customer service. Would give review a zero if I could.
I had to cancel my trip because of COVID-19 and Flight hub never reimbursed the amount they said they would. They told me it would take 8 weeks to receive my money and it's been more than 9 months since my cancellation. I called them multiple times (around 10) and every time they didn't want to give me an update to my case and didn't want to take responsibility. They blamed the airline company. It seems they really didn't want to pay me back. I bought my tickets through them, and they kept saying to me that I had to deal with the airline company for my refund, and they did everything they could, but they still never reimbursed me.
Never ever buy a ticket through Flight hub
Airline canceled my flight due to COVID, and Flighthub accepted to refund my money in 18 weeks, I called them after 22 weeks because I haven't got my money yet, they asked me to wait another 18 weeks. So poor service, unprofessional agency.
They charged me 35$ to process a refund bexause of covid, in june, they were refunded by American Airlines on august 5th for their bulk purchase including my 308$ & they said 18 weeks, its been 6 months & their system denies you a route to talk to a real person. They just route your call to a 1hour plus silence or just hang up.

I would give it less than one star if I could. There is no help from you off any form I have tried for hours to try to get to speak to a representative about my four flight tickets that I booked through your website worth at least $2000. I just need to apply for a refund or talk about credit but there is no leading us anywhere. I just won't even find a representative or any kind of lead to sort this booking out.
I bought a ticket from them and canceled it on the same day because I didn't notice how long the connection time was (my mistake). They refused to refund me and gave me a flightcredit. I couldn't even use that flight credit to buy another ticket on their website. They never answered my emails or my calls or called back after scheduling a call-back from them. I stayed up all night trying to talk to them. It's been 2 months and I never got refunded. PURE THEFT
I would NOT recommend anyone book through flighthub. TERRIBLE service. If anything goes wrong with your booking, not only is it nearly impossible to get a hold of their customer service department (they don't even have a number to call), their agents have no solutions, even for simple issues, they just repeat the same scripted lines over and over. And if you need to escalate your issue, good luck trying to speak with a supervisor or manager. They certainly don't want to do that. I had to explain to their level 1 agents 1000 times that I've already tried to fix my problem with them and they can't help me, that I needed a supervisor! Even if you do finally get a supervisor, they obviously don't know what they're talking about, NOBODY takes notes or writes updates on your account for each time you speak to them, so every single time you get transferred (if you're luck enough) or you get a call-back from them, or you get disconnected, you have to re-explain everything each time! SO tedious, and they all say the same thing. What's worse, when I had to cancel my flight a supervisor said he would deal with my issue, that he could get me a prepaid air canada card instead of flight credit, and was submitting the request, but after being on hold for over 30 minutes, he hung up, or transferred me to a dumb dumb level 1 agent again who didn't know what was going on! That supervisor was Eric Anderson, and I can't get ahold of him since, so all that "help" was a waste of time, and what he promised me is basically out the window, SINCE THEY DONT TAKE NOTES so I have no way of proving what he offered me to other agents, So I've been waiting for over a week to find out whats going on, and now nobody knows. I'm back at the beginning because now I will have to start all over again with a level 1 agent. And all they do is try to placate you, it's patronizing! They never update you on anything, and I've had to request call-backs from them over a dozen times now to deal with ONE simple issue, and now I've had to take it to their escalation team, who pretends to take it seriously, then emails a form for me to fill out... and guess what? I just get a scripted email back from them that doesn't even remotely address my issue, let alone offer ANY solution. Such a joke. I've been hung up on, told lies, and their supervisor said that was unacceptable and that after I submit my formal complaint, I would receive a call from management to deal with it. Nope. Just so unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and don't deal with flighthub clowns. Unless you have endless money and time to waste.

I booked a flight for my Mother and my son on July 14 of 2018 for departing date Sep 05,2018 and Return on Oct 22,2018. A few days before the flight departure, my mother couldn't find my son's passport. So we had no choice but to call the airline to cancel the flight. Originally, I was going to cancel the flight. However, pursued by the booking agency, instead of cancelling the flight, "you should pay a airline postpone fee of $262. 83. 00 so you will have a credit of travel agency so you could Use your credit in the future" said by travelling agent. The agent did not send any written policy just asked me pay the $262.83. I was bit of panic over the fact the passport cannot be found and airline will be delayed so I paid 263.83. Now, I am Calling to flight hub to use the credit. They told me I have to pay another $4000 to use my credit. I ask why wouldn't you tell me About the policy and how much more I have to pay when I paid the $262.80 dollars. They said they won't tell you until you Book with your credit. I do believe flight hub set it up for the customer. Now the I lost all my $2000 which I was told I could Used some of my credit toward my future trip. The flight hub mislead the customer into purchasing additional $262.80 so customer Could use the credit for future travel is a complete scam and fault. The customer has no way of using the credit when you Spent over $6000 on the flight which the regular price should haven't been a bit less than $2000. If I was going to cancel my Complete flight as my original request, flight hub is obligate to refund portion of my tickets back. Instead, they lied to me and Have my credit completely unusable.

Worst service ever ever ever
If you like to be left unhelped in case of an emergency, use this online agency. My husband had a multi-airline flight and at the last minute we accidentally noticed that the last flight schedule was changed ( and no one had informed us!) and therefore, he couldn't catch it. I spent about 9 hours calling the agency and all airlines but no use because it was only the Flighthub that could fix the problem and there was no one to answer. Just a machine voice with some unhelpful guidance about how to use the website, or asking you to wait for a call back, which never happened.

We booked our flight from Toronto to Calgary before covid pandemic in $1776 but obviously we couldn't go because of COVID. Flightub did not give refund but credited our money, so that we can use it in any next flight.
Now here's the actual scam starts. When we tried to book another flight for same destination they overcharged $1811 so now we have to pay $3587 for the same flight that we booked in $1776 before pandemic. It doesn't matter whatever destination we chhose we've to pay more money to use those credits.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
