Telephone calll was made after reservation and the price proposal was higher than original reservation. After some discussion, original price was approved but e-ticket is not sent to me yet.
That is just a great way to get from point A to point B. I mean, I like the simplicity of the website's interface, there is nothing burdening in terms of UI, it's just a pleasant picture and seamless navigation. I managed to book a flight within a couple of clicks and that was enough for me to shape an impression about this service.
Maybe it's not that popular as others, but it doesn't make it worse, lol. I vouch for these guys and sincerely glad them further prosperity and development. Kudos!
I was so excited to find a flight I could afford,,,$71.00. When my card was charged, it was for $181. Why, because I was charged $90 for seat selection and I never selected a seat. The $19.99 for seat insurance for a seat I don't have and didn't select. Oh and who knows how much a carry on bag will be. SUCH A RIP OFF!
Booking was easy, but would love to have more definitive information about baggage. Flights showed 2 checked bags and 1 carry on were free, however booking shows "additional baggage fees may apply"? Would like to know exact fees, if any, when I book the flight.
Booked a flight on Spirit thru them, flight was cancelled I was never notified by them or Spirit. Found out on my own. Asked for refund. Been waiting over 3 weeks now and ever time I call get the same answer please wait another 7-11 days. Im about to call card company and file fruad charge.

The website is easy to navigate with reasonable lower comparable pricing compared to other websites in same industry. Travel dates and times requested are convenient when choosing destination with a few having alternate dates
When you select one of three options for seating, I chose the "try and sit us together" option. There was no indication this was going to be a charge, and because there was no final check out page prior to putting in my card info and clicking "proceed," I only found out choosing that option was an additional $120. For them to "try" and sit us together. On top of that, they called to tell me I should spend more money for additional things. I'm stopping here because if I keep going I'm going to get very unprofessional. Livid.
My overall experience was fair. My main grievance was with the 20 dollar fee tacked on in the very last window before selecting book your ticket for the "pick your seat" fee that was not revealed at the time of picking your seat. I will most likely try another site when choosing a flight that doesn't hide its fees.
It ended up being good because of the last agent I spoke with who finally got me what I was looking for. However I did need to call numerous times because there were a couple of customer service people that were either rude or kept hanging up on me.
Ordering was easy, I was able to make choices for flexible timing if I needed to change the time frame and at no cost. I was also called by someone who recommended I buy insurance in case we had to cancel, it was $171 for both people so I agreed. The price was good for United (flying under ANA, mixed with Republic Airways). I have not yet had to change anything, so I can't say whether complications would be a problem, obviously. But so far it's been a good experience. If things work out and it completes with no problem, I will update this or add a review elsewhere, maybe Yelp.
Good and quick operation experience for this site application. After booking, the service agent called me an oversea phone for the unsuitable transfer stopover time arrangement, he took around one hour patiently with us to re-arrange acceptable airlines transport, this is an amazing and thankful service attitude and experience.

Online planning was straightforward with multiple options available. Appreciated the departure and return flights packaged together.
Calling in and speaking to a representative was not the same. Fewer options were made available, and that resulted in an increased cost for the round-trip.
Bottom line: Do your own homework! Otherwise, it was a great experience.
Overall experience was great. Be sure to screenshot as you fill out the required forms, I always use my prefix Jr. For international traveling everything must match on passport drivers license and flight itinerary. It wasn't submitted properly, cost me 75.00 a letter to correct. 150.00… Live n learn. Other than that it was great..
After searching several competitions and comparing price, I was able to find the best flight departure as well return. The prices here saved me from $150 to $200. By far the best Pricing in the market today.
So far, great! It seemed a little difficult to get our payment to go through as I guess this is an international business and we did get a notice of a possible fraud and had to contact the fraud dept of our bank. Our nerves are on edge but we are trusting all will work out ok.
It was fast and easy experiance without filling out unnecessary forms. The only problem is that the booking is not confirmed til you get the ticket number (in one day or two). Even though, I found it reasonable.
It is good and my first experience to use the services of CheapFlightNow. However, I am wondering if the e-ticket in pdf form will be sent to me as the reservation was already confirmed with mentioning that the ticket was also issued.
FOUND good deal but had question so thought of contacting the number at the screen. Some one picked up the phone and within few seconds got disconnected (At least that's what I thought) but after redialing someone was picking the line but disconnecting everytime (I am positive about it). So ended up chatting to an agent on the web. Further had issues with the payment so contacted a different number provided in the email. The agent was able to assist and was professional and knowledgeable. Definitely they need to improve on customer service.
