I booked a flight to travel to my mother-in-law's funeral. My credit card declined the charge because they wanted to verify that this was not a fraudulent charge. I verified that it was not a fraudulent charge to the credit card company. Assuming the first booking had not gone through because of the credit card denial, I re-booked the flight. As it turned out, this site charged my account twice even though the first charge had been denied. The representative that I spoke with said they could only refund the taxes (129.00) for the first ticket ($529.00). After speaking to a supervisor and explaining the mix-up, he also refused to refund the total price of the first ticket. So I am expected to pay $400. For a ticket that will not be used. Needless to say, I'm very upset and think this is shoddy business practices. I will be getting in touch with the credit card company to challenge this charge.
I clicked the "choose your seats" which doesn't show extra charge for that, but it will change $40 after you purchased. I called and emailed them to decline the change. I'm still waiting for that. I'm not happy that they change like this.
Overall it was very disturbing having to phone someone about the flight and then not know if it was booked or not. Yes the price is good but I will not use it again because of all the questions. Sorry.
I feel cheating,after I booking tickets, cheap flight sales contact me say my tickets price grow up,I have to pay extra. But after I say no I want to cancel, and he told me he can give me same price.i almost pay extra money, i will really be careful with this website.

Terrible custumer service i booked a flexible flight, when i want to change it because i couldnt arrive early to the Airoport i called them, to updated for another day, they couldn't fix this issue and told your ticket is nonrefundable no changbeable even i paid $200 extra, and they cancel whole flight departure and returning, are the worst online booking i have had on my life, this is kind of rubbery office stolen the people money, with their fake lawfull policy, i dont ask no one to book any flight on this site :( . Im verry mad because they stolen my money and they miss all plans :( : ( :(. And im verry worry about the victims people.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I got flight and car from this horrible company. They hung up on me multiple just cause I needed to change date on car rental portion. One rep said I had wrong number then hung up even. I'm still concerned my car rental portion wasn't canceled after I requested it. I was super surprised I received my flight tickets. I never used this website before … I started looking for plane tickets to finally go on leave/ vacation due to COVID my family and I were not able to go on vacation for three years. I decided to look and try this website and it was nothing but amazing. The entire trip was booked in a matter of seconds. I would like to thank this wonderful agency to have made possible for me and my retired military family travel to the duty station and country we spend for many years serving the United States Navy. I booked for someone else. Pricing was affordable compared to others and I like the PayPal option. Booking was done yesterday. It went well and was easy and simple. But, still waiting for the e-tickets.
It was good because the price is affordable but your customer services needs to upgrade. They voice and how to communicate isn't really respectful and appreciative.
They should have a Client friendly communication and makes the client comfortable when speaking to the client and not try to rush the client or try to end conversation quickly it makes it looks like it's a fraudulent site.
The prices are ok but they charge you for any additional service that is included in most other tickets. Don't choose any seat choices. They charge a $100 dollars just for choosing a seat. I wish I would have just went with southwest because at least I would have had Covid insurance for free.
The process was fairly easy to navigate. The problem was making sure the flight was out of a desired location. That took the most time. I did not want to drive 2 hours fit a flight. When I have 3 airports that are 45 minutes to an hour away. I hated that part. It I say...BOSTON...I DO NOT want to drive to Hartfird CT or Providence RI. THAT was extremely annoying
Everything was ok with the information. All the flights were good it made me feel pretty good about the web site. This will be my first time trying out with the web site. The reviews were good as well.
Prices are good, but the self booking system has many glitches. Everytime you make a slight modification (like trying a different date for a better price) you cannot just change the day, but you have to retype everything from beginning to end. And if it is multicity it will change the city on you. It almost seems like it was designed to be problematic and frustrating as a way to force one to call the live agent number.
I agreed to the price offered for the flight and as soon as I completed entering all of the information, the price increase and a message came up stating I could look for a different flight or pay more. I paid more!
I was booking a trip to Alaska to be with my Granddaughter on her second birthday. I made the mistake of omitting my middle name when I was booking my flight. When I checked my driver's license I realized that omitting my middle name, as it appears on my driver's license, was going to cause problems going through Security at the airport. I immediately contacted the Customer Service people to explain my problem. They were able to correct my error but it cost me over $74 to have my middle name added, even though I contacted Customer Service in under 30 minutes of booking my flight.
When I saw the long layovers with the first flight I booked, I called an agent immediately to cancel. The agent, Blake, offered my flight change options and stay on the phone with me making suggestions and asking questions. Blake was great. Very helpful.
I looked on the website and found which flights i wanted. When i called the foreign operator kept telling me that my return flight didnt exist. Then when i ordered my flight online, there it was. If the operator was trying to make extra money, it didnt work.
