I had purchased a roundtrip ticket via Spirit Air thru cheapflightnow.com, to Texas from Florida, the line was totally overbooked for the flight and by the time I got to the ticket counter, I was 5 minutes out for my flight. Once the lady tried to check me in, she stated that I was not showing in the system, I was then instructed to go to another line, which now forced me to miss my flight completely. I waited in the other line for another 45 minutes. I had a schedule planned event that evening in Texas of which now I would not be able to attend. So I called this company and told them I wanted my money back and my status in the computer system of Spirit Air which was non-existent. They denied my request and basically kept my money, as I no longer needed the flight. I was needless to say extremely perturbed and they did not care, so much for customer care. Worthless and a complete theft of my money. Do not ever purchase from this company. Heed my warning.

I couldn't connect to the airline on the KG allowance for the flight. This information is essential, especially for international travelers.
Right now I have NO CLUE on what I'll pay for my luggage. This isn't what I expected.

I called about the $20 off by phone booking. 3 reps hang up on me. That's not bad connection is it? It's fine though. But don't advertise what your not willing to give. Simple.

Confirmation receive within 24 hours but fail to tell how many luggage each passenger can bring also I had to call several times before the ticket went through due to credit card decline

Overall process is difficult to understand and manage first time through. It has been over 72 hours and still have not received my electronic ticket.

That was my first experience with you guys but i'm sure it's not gonna be the last because your booking is so fast and cheap

Very user friendly. This site was the least expensive site for my round trip that other airlines were not offering. The flight is long but saving money comes with sacrifice.

Overall good experience but I got charged twice for a ticket I called customer service which We had a little bit up trouble understanding each other but was able to get a refund for the ticket I didn't buy :)

I must say that every time I book with 'CheapFlights' they never disappoint me. I always find great deals & their customer service hotline is excellent.

I followed up on my flight scheduling the next day after booking with CheapFlightNow and everything has checked out good. I checked with American Airlines and my flights are booked as planned. I upgraded my seating while on AA.com website and I am glad I am able to sit where I know I will be comfortable as I have long legs and need an isle seat to be comfortable. When I called CheapFlightNow customer service I was able to get through to a live operator and he was very helpful and courteous.

So far I am satisfied with my experience. All my booking information was emailed to me in a very timely manner. I do not travel until July so too early to describe if everything ran smoothly.

Obviously these are airlines I haven't heard of. And I was skeptical about going through especially as it's my first time out of the country but saving over $100 was nice.

Experience was fast and easy. Quick booking. Stayed open until i put my card information in. Wish it had more deals or a little cheaper. But ik it was last minute.
